Oh goody, there will be a play in the honor of Casey Anthony!  OK, well TOT MOM!  And from reading the articles, look likes they will be using the transcripts from the Nancy Grace show, and the document dumps.  I assume they have permission from the NG show!

The play will run from 18 December-31 January at the Sydney Theatre Company in Australia.  Next we will hear the A’s are going out to Australia to see the play!  Yea, only if there is money involved for their pockets and of course their story!

George and Cindy showed up with the utmost disrespect to Somer Thompson Memorial service.

And convict Elgine Furlow, has filed a motion in this case to dismiss. This was filed on 22 October 2009, with the courts.

    Mad thats the guy.Now let me see….he was an investigator right? Do you think the investigators on Caseys case can write a book? Or the prosecuters? Wonder what the rules are on that.

    eyespy,, I dont know.. but, I soooo hope they get a conviction on casey anthony….. she is such a piece of crap, the killer of her baby daughter.. and if they do get a conviction.. It wont be possible to write a book… mark furman could only write it because OJ got OFF….. and free…

    I was looking at the upcomming events on the calendar Humble posted.Looks like D.Casey is up for his depo by the state on the 12th.I dont think we will hear anything right away on that though…..just another pack of b.s anyhow.

    Eyes…In the Scot Peterson case a woman named Catherine Crier wrote the book and interviewed many of the detectives. So I don’t know they can write a book…i would think they could. But, I know they can do the interviews after the trial is done.

    I don’t know Eyes…I haven’t seen anything. But, I do know he said he can’t answer questions because of privilege or something. I would think he would have to file a motion unless they are going to play the game they did with Morgan and he gets an LE escort.

    Now that I am thinking about it maybe that is it…you don’t file a motion to not answer questions because of privilege…You maybe just refuse to answer and the state than takes files a motion…I am not sure.

    East…I have never heard of privilege with an investigator except when working for the defense. I don’t even think it counts when working for Casey because he isn’t an attorney and was no longer working for the defense. Only privilege I ever heard of is with an attorney, dr and clergy.

    Nanna…I think that is really strange too. Not to have your siblings or any of them…really odd.

    Cindy might have made that call.I know the one sister of Geo’s is pretty well off.Mabey that causes distention with cindy.Could be they didnt want all the media hoopla, could just be appalled or embarrased.
