And do you think that the media puts in their records release request to stop him in his tracks?? It seems something is going on.. Motions filed Nov 3, documents scheduled to be dumped Nov 6.. It happens this way everytime.. Too many times for just a coninkydink, don’t you think?? *L*
Justme, there weren’t any motions against the docs coming out. The motions that were filed were dated October…they just filed them recently, I think they have to many tv shows to do! lol

Humble…i sure hope we get to see them. I am also wondering why we haven’t seen Mallory’s interview. I am assuming she was interviewed and they are getting ready to depose her aren’t they? She spent a lot of time with them after the fact…time with them before hand…I would think they would ask her a LOT about the whole family dynamics.

I haven’t heard of the permanent disfigurement either…That is strange. Did they forget to delete certain charges in this motion before adding the correct charges…I wonder if Lyons had a client that was charged with this…although I never heard such a charge except for maybe civil suit.

WELL.. I just went and looked.. These attorneys are about as bright as a burned out light bulb in a dark room at midnight, with no moonlight.. And that’s pretty darn dumb… There is NO disfigurement in the charges.. Count 1, Murder.. Count 2, aggravated child abuse.. Count 3, aggravated manslaughter… Counts 4-7, Lying to LE.. Now where in the heck did they get disfigurement from?? I guess they pulled it out of their arses.. (or looked in a mirror while naked, and just couldn’t get what they saw off of their mind).. *ROFLMAO*

Hi all, nothing new on the motion, Lyons just keeps recycling the ones she has already used, just plugs in the pertinent facts. The previous motion made Casey charged with not supervising her students or some such nonsense. Now permanent disfigurement!! I think we are not seeing Lyons A game on this, and if we are, they should rethink some of these DP cases she has gotten reduced.
It makes ya wonder if their strategy is ineffective counsel. If it is, they should be barred from practicing law, obviously that is not the purpose of that appeal, to keep your client alive for additional trials!

Well, its not pro-Anthony. Thats about the only good I can say. VERY lazy author. Copy and paste all the interview transcripts into Word 2003 and turn on grammar check. You will then have a slightly better version. That is the only comment I am going to make here about it.

I find something very confusing. Who is it that decides when the documents are to be released. Must the defense give the okay to LE, or can LE just release them if there is an official public request. I know that defense reviews them first, but then how is it decided. Aren’t there a couple of batches of docs that were given to defense which we never saw. I find this all very confusing. mikka, that doesn’t make sense. He could claim he is too busy to read it all, or just drag it on for months at a time. There must be some sort of protocol involved.
The defense has nothing to do with the release of documents. The only thing they can do is write motions to seal something up. It is the state and the media requests them.
Humble, is it only the media who can request their release, or can the general public, i.e., Florida residents also request the release.

One interesting tidbit from thebook, Shirley finally lost it with Cindy and George prior to theremains being found, and told them if they cant tell her the truth get out of her house and that she hoped Casey rots in he++. She reached back out to Cindy after the remains were found, but they agreed not to discuss caylee or casey. I guess to answer your other question, she believes Casey did it in the Hopespring Casa with the chloroform, added duct tape and a heart sticker, then into the laundry bag. She doesnt state whether the ” sweet smelling” vapors of the chloroform killed the child, or just incapacitated her, and the duct tape was the murder tool.
I have to be honest, it was a little boring, but very accurate. Im glad people not on the case like the bloggers are, wil have a chance to hear all the friends that call her a liar, even Paisley being called by Baez asked questions, then asked if he would be a character witness for her. Ryan said uh no I dont think I would have anything to say to help your case, and Baez hung up on him. I like that people also can see the discrepancy in Cindy and Georges testimonies, travels etc. Its all in there, and pretty accurate. I felt a few things werent included tht should have been, but for the most part a good synopsis of events so far, which make Casey look like the narcisstic monster she is, and George look like the loser he has ultimately proven himself to be, both financially and ethically. Cindy is described as ” sneering, scornfully speaking, harsh, angry” Not a pretty picture of Cindy, and almost a comparison of her trying to compete with Casey, whether by her appearance, or by her actions.

I have the feeling many of the friends talked to Fanning. They remained anonymous..who would blame them with Cindy terrorizing people, but lots of little comments of Cabrissi, and Paisley, and Hopkins parents, people like that. I do believe she put alot of research into this. Like I said, kinda boring for me, Ive read it all before, but the few insights into family etc were worth the 6 bux and few hours to read it. Dang Thom is a fast reader if he read 350 pages in 90 minutes! I hadto take a break here and there.
Well a character witness only has to speak to her character as a person, but since he said everything she has ever told him is a lie…uhm, how could he speak positively about her?

I thought just a couple hundred were coming out today, Im glad Im off today and tomorrow! Gonna be 90 today, unseasonably hot, the yard work can wait, cactus dont grow that fast lol.
