Good morning all who are here..
I don’t know if anyone has thought of this or if it has already been discussed, but it is also a possibility that the syringe may have came from the dogs vet.. I have to inject my cat with steroids once a month for his allergies.. They give me the syringe, already preloaded with depo medrol.. Just wondering..
OMG.. Something just hit me like a ton of bricks.. Testosterone is also used when someone is preparing to go through a sex change.. SURELY NOT!! This crazy biotch wasn’t going to try to change Caylee??? I know that’s far fetched, but this woman isn’t the brightest peanut in the turd.. And Tony did want only boys, remember?? I know, I’m crazy..

Yeah Filipa.. You know.. She had a real busy work schedule.. *ROFLMAO* I take steroids from time to time, by mouth, not injected unless the doctor does it.. But it’s for my aches and pains.. I have severe joint and shoulder pain and swelling.. And I DO work ALOT.. So I rip and tear myself up alot.. But I only take them about once every 4 months, and then ONLY if needed..

I somewhat agree with that Filipa.. As long as the mothers pole dancing doesn’t affect the child directly.. It’s when the whole community finds out that the mother is a stripper/pole dancer, and the child starts being tormented by it, it gets bad.. I have heard of women, (don’t know any, there are no “poles” in my town), that have made a decent living, and have raised their children.. It’s the public opinion of them that hurts the child.. I wouldn’t advise that as a profession, but sometimes they have to do what they have to do to support the child.. I would, of course, try to find other jobs FIRST, and it would only be a LAST RESORT.. But that’s just me..

I followed the McCann case for a little while.. It always amazed me that stupid people leave small children ALONE, for ANY REASON.. My children were never left alone, especially not while out of town in a strange place.. That’s pure stupidity in itself.. I followed the Natalee Holloway case for a long time.. I sure wish that she’d be found.. Her mother needs closure.. She seems to be doing okay, but I know it’s taking a toll on her.. I haven’t heard anything on that one in a LONG time..

I don’t know about the plea Steph.. NORMALLY, and you see I emphasized NORMALLY, once a plea is denied, it is out of the question.. I don’t know about a case of this magnitude, but in most cases that I have seen/been involved with, if you don’t accept the plea, you go to trial.. I guess we’ll have to wait and see though..
Nanna…Exactly and the more that comes out the more sure if she goes to trial she will get the dp. Maybe Lyons agree to Baez having his trial and Lyons trying to do her thing with the jury. It is a dumb dumb move, imo.
So many things have changed since the first plea was offered.. Even the case numbers have been combined.. So it may be that they can offer another plea deal.. I just don’t know.. Would like to know though..
The only reason I thought of that stupidity steph, was on a show I watched a few months back.. Where a mother and father had a set of twins, and had ones gender switched.. Only years later, after one of the children murdered someone, did they find out about it.. But of course it was on CSI, or something like that.. Hehehehe
I don’t know that it was really a plea before. Did they offer her a plea or was it just the immunity but not complete. They couldn’t use what she told them are something to locate Caylee, but anything from the site that led them to other evidence could be used.
Plus I think the defense can go back in and ask for a plea…there has even been some trials going on where the defendants decided to take the plea…the trial wasn’t going well. But, I do think the state would gladly agree to do lwop with the cost this has already been and will be. Along with all of those crimes they still have on the books…more every day there.
Every time I am watching a crime show…fact or fiction I think about this case the defense and family behavior.
I don’t have the state attorneys email addy, or I might just do that.. Don’t know where to even start looking for it, and really don’t have time.. Considering my son is breathing down my back wanting the computer..
Lyons prolly had her students think up motions for this case.. a student read them over and filed them.. seems to me she has the credentials but not the brains.. no one in their right mind would take on this case..
They gave her about a week to fess up..
I think it was a plea deal.. not 100% sure.. But it was BEFORE Caylee was found.. Something that if she’d come clean and help them find Caylee, they’d do so and so.. Don’t remember the exact wording, etc.. But I’m almost positive it was a plea deal…

The age of the victim – 2, the heinous nature of the crime….if duct taping a baby’s mouth shut and injecting her with chloroform, while placing her in a car trunk either to die from the chloroform or suffocation isn’t heinous, I don’t know what is. Premeditation – the computer searches by themselves, suggest that. The defense team better get ready to beg for a plea deal.
For the longest time I thought she died in the trunk. Than I thought Caylee died in the house and was in the trunk the night when they went to block buster. But, now I believe Caylee died in the house and was placed somewhere in the back yard until the next afternoon. She backed up for the first time and than went out to the airport area. I believe for some reason she decided not to place Caylee out there…than the next day or day after she borrowed the shovel to bury Caylee in the back yard and that didn’t work out either. I believe Caylee was in the trunk the whole time until she threw away in the woods…who really knows other than Casey and her family.

Also, once you have to start taking replacement testosterone shots post-testicular cancer, you have to take them for life…

You know I am still confused about the laptop and it blue screening..I think that is what it is called. Going through TL’s interview Amy comes to the door while Casey is on the laptop. When listening to the car audio of TL and Lee I could have sworn I heard them discuss the laptop and the blue screening…like TL saw it before Lee ever left with it…I always thought Lee messed with it.
