Casey Anthony week roundup 01-07 November 2009

8 November 2009 at 18:00
By

Wow it was a long week with great documents released.  Alot of reading!  No wonder all these motions came out this past week:

Looks like the defense team is having a motion frenzy.  3 motions were released:

Dismiss Fraud charges

CLAIMS defective indictment

Preclude death procedures

And here is the Grand Jury indictment 2008

The results from the poll:
…Did you buy Fanning’s book?

Yes~28
No~30
Not Yet~30
Not buying the book~23
Undecided~10

Here is what is said about the duct tape…..well unlike what the defense has been saying, the tape from the gas can and the duct tape on Caylee are consistent with one another.  Base on the examination of the tape from both were compared and are comparable to one another.  It also states that the physical attributes and the chemical composition of their backing and adhesive components are comparable.  They originated from the same source of tape of from rolls of tape manufactured on the same manner.  (I would like to mention that the tape on the posters that the A’s hung around town, would be nice if it was tested.)

Tape information

Not to mention that there was chloroform in the syringe, and on the doll.  I am still reading them, and will post on more in the morning!

    Hi ya Smoke!

  3. smoke&mirrors on 8 November 2009 at 18:07

Did anyone catch the Levi Page Blogradio Talk Show last night at 10 p.m.? Diane Fanning and Leonard Padilla were guest speakers.

  4. smoke&mirrors on 8 November 2009 at 18:07

    Hi Humble!

  5. humbleopinion on 8 November 2009 at 18:09

No I did not Smoke! Was watch tv. And trying to get the old blog back together!

  6. nannab on 8 November 2009 at 18:09

    Humble..from previous.. I knew I was talking to myself..no problem..lol

  7. humbleopinion on 8 November 2009 at 18:10

What did Mizz. Fanning have to say. Who is she donating the money too?

  8. nannab on 8 November 2009 at 18:10

    Hi Smoke..

  9. humbleopinion on 8 November 2009 at 18:10

Nanna, I can get you help if you need it! LOL

Smoke, LP say anything good? Is he still sad?

  10. nannab on 8 November 2009 at 18:11

thanks Humble..but it’s too late for that.. lol

  11. nannab on 8 November 2009 at 18:12

Why is LP sad? I haven’t heard that one..

  12. humbleopinion on 8 November 2009 at 18:14

On NG he was sad about the syringe and the chloroform found in it! he wanted to think it was an accident!

  13. smoke&mirrors on 8 November 2009 at 18:15

    Hi nannab!

Humble, I know Diane Fanning is not one of your fav ppl, but she makes a lot of sense to me. First of all, writing this “true crime” book is what she does… it’s her job. As Diane said, she did not wake up one morning and decide how she was going to cash in on the “Blood Money” like some others have and continue to do. She also says if her book can help others recognize some of the signs like what was happening in the Ants household, it may help prevent another child from being murdered.

  14. humbleopinion on 8 November 2009 at 18:16

I never thought it was an accident! If it had, there would have been no reason for her to NOT call 911.

  15. humbleopinion on 8 November 2009 at 18:18

Thanks Smoke. She is right, she just didn’t wake up one morning and decide to write it, but it is premature that she did. And not to mention there are many other cases she could have written about, she just picks the ones where money will be made. jmo

  16. nannab on 8 November 2009 at 18:19

It’s time he took his head out of the sand too.. I thought he got over that.. if it were an I think she maybe would have confessed that it was..just to save her butt..she has known all along that the evidence would point to murder..

  17. smoke&mirrors on 8 November 2009 at 18:19

Leonard Padilla praised Diane Fannings account of the dynamics in the Ants home with Cindy running the show, calling the plays and controlling everyone. He thought the book was on point!

LP also stated that the full interview for Tracy “Mcwoman” (as Filipa says) was not released in discovery. Can’t wait to hear the rest of what she had to say. LP, Rob D. and Tracy M. have all read Diane’s book. They all agreed that it was spot on!

  18. humbleopinion on 8 November 2009 at 18:22

Nanna, true! LP needs to move on from the accident, I thought he had!

That is interesting that Tracy whole transcript has not been released. Wonder if it will be. I still believe we will not get all the good docs. That must be where Mark Hawkins and Mallory’s and the other one that is not released is…incognito!

  19. nannab on 8 November 2009 at 18:22

Actually, I am surprised she hasn’t lied about it being an accident…

  20. smoke&mirrors on 8 November 2009 at 18:23

$pindy’s brother Rick told Diane that his baby sis (Cindy) was referred to as “Princess” and expected to be treated as such when they were growing up. Now does that sound familiar?

  21. humbleopinion on 8 November 2009 at 18:23

Nanna so am I! But she has hid it so long to late now! Even if she came out and said it had been an accident, I wouldn’t believe her!

  22. humbleopinion on 8 November 2009 at 18:24

Smoke! Too funny! I guess Casey expected the same! Did you read the book smoke?

  23. nannab on 8 November 2009 at 18:25

they are saving the best for last…

  24. humbleopinion on 8 November 2009 at 18:26

The last will be the needle in the arm!

  25. nannab on 8 November 2009 at 18:28

or the jolt in da butt.. lol

  26. humbleopinion on 8 November 2009 at 18:29

LOL! it will be more than a jolt. It will be Electrifying!

  27. nannab on 8 November 2009 at 18:30

I just keep remembering Bozo saying she was too young to get the death penalty.. what a Joker he is

  28. smoke&mirrors on 8 November 2009 at 18:31

No, because any of us who have been reading all of the discovery and following this case in the media very closely understand most of what the book covers.

Diane only named Jesse G. and Rick P. as ppl. who contributed insight into the family dynamics. She spoke with others too, but they did not want to be identified. However, she ran into a “brick wall” when attempting to speak with the Ants and/or their Atty. Imagine that?!

I would like to better understand the psychology of the family dynamics, but I doubt that a writer (with all due respect to Ms. Fanning)is in the best postion to cover that aspect.

  29. mamajohn on 8 November 2009 at 18:31

Good evening all, I was reading on the last blog about the man cindy is all up on, wasn’t that the lawyer named Richard Kelly or something like that. The on cindy was messing around with.

  30. smoke&mirrors on 8 November 2009 at 18:32

    Hi mamajohn,

The lawyer’s name is Paul Kelley, esq.

  31. mamajohn on 8 November 2009 at 18:32

sorry typo the one cindy was messing around with!

  32. nannab on 8 November 2009 at 18:33

    sounds familiar mamaj.. lol

  33. mamajohn on 8 November 2009 at 18:33

Yeah that’s right smoke, I knew the name Kelly just did not quite remember his first my bad.

  34. humbleopinion on 8 November 2009 at 18:33

Well, let see kids at the age of 2 1/2 are getting it, why not a 22 year old brat!

Oh, I am not sue I knew that Jesse contributed. Oh well, I haven’t bought it either. I have read all the docs……She maybe should have talked to a psychologist.

  35. humbleopinion on 8 November 2009 at 18:35

Hi ya Mama! I have no clue!

    Thanks smoke…..Mama Paul Kelley!

  36. nannab on 8 November 2009 at 18:35

  40. humbleopinion on 8 November 2009 at 18:37
  41. humbleopinion on 8 November 2009 at 18:38

Nanna yes they did, and now the A’s are saying they are making donations to them. Yea, I bet!

  42. mamajohn on 8 November 2009 at 18:38

You know when discussing about the syringe I can see cindy having those around the house. My mom was an RN and she gave us shots when we where growing up. They are probably not that hard for her to get either. She probably has some around the house that where unused.

  43. nannab on 8 November 2009 at 18:39

wow.. a lot has gone on this past year and a half..a lot of players.. in and out..

  44. humbleopinion on 8 November 2009 at 18:39

That is a good name for a book the A’s can call it, Criminals how to take money and make money!

  45. smoke&mirrors on 8 November 2009 at 18:40

Humble, according to our write-up, it does appear to be him…..

Paul A. Kelley – Attorney with Bichler & Kelley, PA Law Firm provided oversight for the HelpFindCaylee Trust Fund at Suntrust Bank. The account was closed in Sept. 2008.

  46. humbleopinion on 8 November 2009 at 18:41

I was thinking Casey stole it from Cindy’s work!

  47. nannab on 8 November 2009 at 18:41

yes MamaJ.. that’s him.. wonder if he is/was married and his wife saw the picture..

  48. humbleopinion on 8 November 2009 at 18:42

Smoke, I saw that, and it does look like him in the picture with Cindy…….he seemed slimmer back then!

  49. smoke&mirrors on 8 November 2009 at 18:43

    Humble,

Maybe $pindy feed him too much of her chili & cornbread!

  50. nannab on 8 November 2009 at 18:43

he also looked younger when he was embracing Cindy..

  51. humbleopinion on 8 November 2009 at 18:43

 she fed him too much of something! maybe chili, cornbread and bs!

  52. nannab on 8 November 2009 at 18:45

men are gullible to begin with.. some don’t have a chance..

  53. humbleopinion on 8 November 2009 at 18:45

I’ll bet he didn’t want a chance with corn bread head!

  54. mamajohn on 8 November 2009 at 18:46

I keep looking at both of those pics it could be him in the pic with cindy, if that is him he has either lost weight or gained weight in one of those pictures…lol and changed up his hair style…he but the fuman shu looks the same!

  55. nannab on 8 November 2009 at 18:46

almost forgot about the crumbs.. lol

  56. humbleopinion on 8 November 2009 at 18:47

lol Mama! I think once he met the nutsheads he gained some weight! Maybe he gained a tattoo too!

  57. nannab on 8 November 2009 at 18:48

Tatoo in memory of WF’s Mother..

  58. mamajohn on 8 November 2009 at 18:48

I bet he wouldn’t touch her with a ten foot pole now with seeing all the bs she has spewed.

  59. humbleopinion on 8 November 2009 at 18:49

    Nanna, yea! WF’s mommy dearest!

  60. humbleopinion on 8 November 2009 at 18:50

Mama, she is a bs’er big time. not to mention a mistruth teller!

  61. smoke&mirrors on 8 November 2009 at 18:50

Atty. Kelley didn’t fall for $pindy’s B.S. about him having handled the Trust Fund that “Caylee’s dad Eric” set up for her. He told LE there was no file on such an action. Well, what do you know?… you just can’t count on some ppl. when you really need them to “get in bed with you!”

  62. mamajohn on 8 November 2009 at 18:52

Oh I bet he wouldn’t talk about her after he found out she told that whopper,I bet he has her blocked on his phone now…lol

  63. mamajohn on 8 November 2009 at 18:54

cindy is so full of herself she probably thought this man would lie for her, thank goodness he didn’t and had the sence about himsef to tell the truth to le.

  64. nannab on 8 November 2009 at 18:55

He may have learned one of life’s lessons.. after having dealings with her..

  65. nannab on 8 November 2009 at 18:56

    he’s a workman’s comp attorney… interesting

  66. smoke&mirrors on 8 November 2009 at 18:56

mamajohn, you are probably right about $pindy expecting Atty. Kelly to lie for her.

  67. humbleopinion on 8 November 2009 at 18:57

Smoke, I remember Cindy saying that, that must have been something Casey made up!

Mama, anyone who had contact with them, I’ll bet have them blocked! They are bad news!

  68. nannab on 8 November 2009 at 18:57

wonder if anyone has interviewed him..

  69. humbleopinion on 8 November 2009 at 18:58

I saw that workmans comp and labor laws!

  70. mamajohn on 8 November 2009 at 18:58

Well lets see she has george and conway and d.casey helping her do that now.

  71. smoke&mirrors on 8 November 2009 at 18:58

    Yes nannab,

George said Atty. Kelley helped him with his worker’s comp issues regarding his knees…

  72. humbleopinion on 8 November 2009 at 18:59

I guess the picture of cindy hugging him and Casey hugging bozo…2 peas from the same mold!

  73. humbleopinion on 8 November 2009 at 18:59

    She sure does Mama! LOL

  74. mamajohn on 8 November 2009 at 19:01

Those two cma’s thought if any man would give them the time of day they would go for it just to see what was in it for them. Both have the same mo’s when it comes to men.

  75. nannab on 8 November 2009 at 19:03

    and men fall for it..

  76. humbleopinion on 8 November 2009 at 19:08

Mama, that is how they roll! Both think they are hot chicks! One is a “10″ and the other is, well not a “10″

  77. gigwails on 8 November 2009 at 19:10

Hi folks. Just got back from doing a little office work. Fun, fun…

  78. humbleopinion on 8 November 2009 at 19:11

Hi ya gig…we found out who the guy was in the pic of Cindy and him hugging.. Paul Kelley!

  79. nannab on 8 November 2009 at 19:11

    hi Gig

  80. humbleopinion on 8 November 2009 at 19:12

Thanks Mama, where ever you are…we couldn’t remember the guys name in the pic!

  81. nannab on 8 November 2009 at 19:14

Paul Kelly prolly wishes we forgot about him…lol

  82. humbleopinion on 8 November 2009 at 19:15

I bet he does Nanna! I also bet he wishes it never happened!

  83. smoke&mirrors on 8 November 2009 at 19:16

    Hi gig!

Paul Kelley? Does he play any role in this whole sad saga?

  85. nannab on 8 November 2009 at 19:18

thanks Smoke… looks like Paul Kelly might be keeping his distance..

  86. nannab on 8 November 2009 at 19:19

he was involved in the original *caylee trust fund*..

  87. humbleopinion on 8 November 2009 at 19:20

thanks Smoke….wonder if all of them have been interviewed?

  88. humbleopinion on 8 November 2009 at 19:22

He is the huger, link is somewhere here!

    http://humbleopinion.wordpress.com/files/2008/12/friendlyhug.jpg

The guy is Attorney Paul A Kelley he was involved with FindCaylee

  89. mamajohn on 8 November 2009 at 19:23

Here Humble, got a phone call, I sure would like to see an interview of Mark Hawkins, wonder if he had anything to tell LE about all the phone and texts he had with casey late at night. Gosh you would think tony would of wonder who she was talking and textwing with that time of night. Opps I bet she lied to him….lol oh my not lie just a mistruth.

  90. humbleopinion on 8 November 2009 at 19:26

Well, Mama Smoke wrote that LP said that Tracy’s whole interview was NOT released. SO I assume his is in hiding with all the others we haven’t seen! I bet he had good things to say! Prolly more damning then the last doc dump!

  91. mamajohn on 8 November 2009 at 19:29

Well when I read the bug report I felt like for sure she is a goner and there is got to be more to come, seems like nothing is going in her favor at all, surprise surprise!

  92. nannab on 8 November 2009 at 19:31

nothing has gone in her favor since day 31.. but..we will be surprised when the real truth is revealed at the trial :w00t:

  93. humbleopinion on 8 November 2009 at 19:31

Mama, nothing will be in her favor. I wonder when the judge get the documents, or does he? I am sure he is not shocked by any of it!

  94. humbleopinion on 8 November 2009 at 19:32

That real truth and it’s coming out in the trial makes me laugh!

  95. mamajohn on 8 November 2009 at 19:36

I bet when this goes to trail tru-tv will have another all time record of most viewers. Maybe not as much as OJ but almost as much. Unless people just get tired of waiting for the trail and forget about it. Then miss casey will be the star in her momma’s eyes… then I hope it cindy’s turn and right on down the line with all of them! I feel like if they don’t charge them with something then others think they can act and do the same thing like they are above the law!

  96. gigwails on 8 November 2009 at 19:40

Cindy’s nonsense knows no bounds. She proclaimed that Casey should be commended for remaining in jail to protect Caylee and the family. Well, Caylee is dead and G&C seem to be anywhere publicity is to be had, so they don’t seem to be concerned about their own safety. So, who is Casey sitting in jail to protect now?

  97. humbleopinion on 8 November 2009 at 19:42

Interesting, reading one set of the docs it says that the Armed forces DNA ID lab contributed!

  98. mamajohn on 8 November 2009 at 19:43

Gig its simple she is not sitting in jail to protect anyone. cindy knows there is no one out there to get them. Cindy knows the truth she just won’t admit it. That would conflict with her perfect family image!

  99. humbleopinion on 8 November 2009 at 19:44

I will be watching on the web mama! The tv stations in FL will have it on!

Gig, she will get her pay when she goes to prison and Bertha gets her!

  100. mamajohn on 8 November 2009 at 19:45

OH Humble maybe that is the DNA of Mark Hawkins where they have his DNA on file. Maybe they compared Caylee’s dna to Mark.

  101. humbleopinion on 8 November 2009 at 19:45

Mama, she might be in jail for C&G’s protection!

  102. humbleopinion on 8 November 2009 at 19:46

It was a hair comparison. But they used the Armed forces DNA, I assume they were trying to figure out something!

  103. humbleopinion on 8 November 2009 at 19:47

They also used the state of Illinois, State of CA. There were a few they used.

  104. nannab on 8 November 2009 at 19:48

I don’t understand the Sunshine law and letting the entire world see the evidence before the trial..

  105. mamajohn on 8 November 2009 at 19:49

Nawww I think she is in jail for murdering her sweet baby girl named Caylee. And she is never going to walk amongst society again and be allowed to hurt other people anymore. Its totally a sad situation all around but she deserves whatever she gets.

  106. nannab on 8 November 2009 at 19:51

Mark H may play an important roll.. the gov’t could be protecting him.. lol

  107. mamajohn on 8 November 2009 at 19:52

Humble where all those labs used for DNA or for other testing?

  108. nannab on 8 November 2009 at 19:53

I think Humble means she may harm G&C… lol

  109. humbleopinion on 8 November 2009 at 19:54

I was meaning that C&G could be next on her list! If she was out, who knows, the nanny might come over in the middle of the night!

Nanna, that is what the JAG at my husbands work said, he maybe under a privacy act. May never come out.

  110. humbleopinion on 8 November 2009 at 19:54

Yes, that is what I meant!

  111. humbleopinion on 8 November 2009 at 19:55

They are in the FBI Form at the end…let me link it for you!

  112. nannab on 8 November 2009 at 19:56

Humble.. what about when he gets out of the service?

  113. humbleopinion on 8 November 2009 at 19:58

At the very end….give it a few to load…

    http://www.docstoc.com/docs/document-preview.aspx?doc_id=15181806

  114. mamajohn on 8 November 2009 at 20:00

And I don’t believe for one minute of cindy saying she talked with casey I think she yelled at her alot and casey at her. In Lee’s depot is sounded like she sure was going off the night Lee was there. He even stood in the doorway he said, I bet he did that so cindy wouldn’t go in there and choke her. Cindy seems to be one of those who don’t like to let the neighbors see her yelling outside but inside she thought they didn’t hear them going at it.

  115. humbleopinion on 8 November 2009 at 20:01

I have no clue Nanna! But I would assume he still falls under some privacy act the military has in place!

  116. humbleopinion on 8 November 2009 at 20:03

Mama, I have no clue, but Cindy didn’t like to confront her on anything. Casey spoke the Gospel according to Cindy, even if George knew the truth!

  117. nannab on 8 November 2009 at 20:04

george had no say.. he was outnumbered.. he admitted that at some point..

  118. nannab on 8 November 2009 at 20:06

he is like a whipped pup..lol

  119. humbleopinion on 8 November 2009 at 20:06

He did admit it! He also said a bunch of things that contradicted Cindy in the depos!

  120. nannab on 8 November 2009 at 20:07

I hafta go get ready for work.. only 2 days of lurking this week then 5 in a row off…

  121. nannab on 8 November 2009 at 20:09

kinda hopin I will be retired before next winter.. I hate these cold mornings and dark evenings…

  122. nannab on 8 November 2009 at 20:09

    nite everyone.. hugs

  123. mamajohn on 8 November 2009 at 20:10

He did nannab at the memorial talking about how strong willed they all where. It to bad he has never stood up and been a man and a father and husband in that family. Instead he chose to stand by and let cindy rule the roost and just turn a blind’s eye to everything casey did. And cindy told him he would go before casey or caylee. There was no family unit in this family at all just a bunch of liar’s thieves, lose moral people who lived in a house.

    Night Nanna!

I must say, the FBI is pretty good about their records!

  126. mamajohn on 8 November 2009 at 20:17

Humble its a good think that cindy wanted the fbi in on this. Cause it sure has backfired on them. But I think I am going to call it a night. So have a good night Humble and talk to you all later.

Mama is sure has! I remember her having a fit that an amber alert wasn’t put out also. Yea, I am thinking waiting 31 days before it is reported isn’t going to get an amber alert…whose car would they have said she was last seen in, Casey’s?

The FBI is great with logging evidence in, change of custody, emails, etc. Boy it seems like a hard job!

    hey ya!

  129. Filipa on 9 November 2009 at 03:25

You know, there’s something in the US courts that intrigues me a lot..
Since the Judge it’s neutral and it’s forbidden to campaign to either party. Ando once a jury has indicted her for such criminal offenses, HOW COME now the judge be able to drop all charges in a blink and ignore the ppls (indictment jury) appreciation?
    I just dont get it!

  130. Filipa on 9 November 2009 at 03:29

it’s kind of…the jury considers her apt for trial, wants the case fully presented/explained, and then, comes a judge and says “well I think there’s no case here!”
    does it make sense?

they could have tried this motions in the indictment…but at this moment, would ANY judge in possession of all racional faculties, DARE TO DO SO ? or could he/she ,acctually DO IT?

  131. Filipa on 9 November 2009 at 04:36

anyway, any news on the egg-larva-puppa-coffin fly GATE?
    I’ve seen on a show,them extracting a person’s
    DNA from the maggot!!!!

    Wouldn’t that be wonderful???Let’s hope!

GM Everyone…I only can lurk, real busy. But wasn’t it when Casey got out on bond that the DCF came out to visit her. This is when she told them about the trust fund. I am not sure but didn’t Cindy have her interview with LE before this and she told them about the trust fund?

  136. Michelle (Not MFM!) on 9 November 2009 at 07:02

    Hi Everyone!
I wonder if the syringe or the plastic packaging it was in had fingerprints. I didn’t see anything in the docs about that.

  137. humbleopinion on 9 November 2009 at 07:17

Michelle, I finally got through ALL the docs and there is nothing mentioned. I guess that could be in the next doc dump.
