The defence may seriously be trying to talk casey into something,, because, there is no way the, I left her with the nanny story will work, nor will the blanchard park, nanny and her sister knocked me down and took caylee….. the framing of jessie, amy, ricardo, or tony as code for nanny,are impossible defences too.. so, what has she got??? I mean, seriously, this is what they are looking at ,, no options!!! and to switch to a stranger took her at this point will be laughable to a jury .
i agree max , the stranger did it is just down right stupid ! i also think casey won’t take a plea deal , that would be her having to admit she did it , i just don’t see her doing that

does the fact that the results from the syringe, and bottle with urine, and bottle with chloroform are released to the defence MEAN,, that these items are in fact part of this crime scene????? surely, they wouldnt include items that are NOT related to caylee, casey in any way, would they?????? surely, those items would be discarded as just trash at the crime scene… and not sent to distract the defence or the public… ?????
but, what can the defence say or do to refute this stuff???? they have to have something to say, dont they???? and especially, if she cant get on stand to tell her new or old story…I guess she will just sit there like a stump and let herself be found guilty and hold her head up, like we all (the whole world) just did not listen to her words and clues….. so, she is martyred??? youre probably right, and anyway it will just be lwop,, since lyon can probably get the sentencing phase to drop dp….

the allells might not permit full match due to tamper (cleaning) but they can say “it’s human”,right?

I think that she still used chloroform, true…but not with that needle. That needle is there to throw people off IMO. The bottle had a lot of different compounds in it, I’ve written a piece on it too….the syringe had different compounds in it too ~ But I have a feeling that syringe came from Tony and when she was getting rid of things in the car (including cleaning supplies) she threw that syringe in the bottle with the other crap

The syringe was once in that trunk of the car though. But she didn’t use it on Caylee. She killed her with Chloroform, but by allowing the “fumes” if you will, into the trunk. She would not go through more effort in killing her if there is an easier way “in her opinion” to do it.

What was that drug they said she did with the roommate…does anyone remember. I know pot stays in your blood stream for 30 days or at least used to…not that I have ever been drug tested, but have had friends that have.

Steph, it depends on what type of drug test it is. Blood/urine/hair. Different drugs remain in the system or can be detected for longer periods of time if given a blood/hair test vice urine test.

I don’t believe it for one minute! Cindy is and was afraid that Casey will blow up on them so they never confronted her, and look where she is now. Casey has many issue and anger is one of them, you can tell in her me, me me video from jail!

Could you see Cindy going after Lee’s and Casey’s friends when they were little being a bully? I totally can see that…I wonder how many of the families remained close to them through the years. I think Cindy thought both of her kids were angels. But, I don’t think it lasted with Casey. I really believe when Casey was much younger a competition started between them. I don’t know if it was before that or after but at some point Casey didn’t measure up…and Cindy let her know it in not a very nice way. That argument or I should say when Cindy went off on Jesse just humiliating Casey…That this was far from the first time and that it started many years ago. I believe it was a way to keep Casey in her place and allow Cindy to continue to feel superior to her. jmho

i think lee got maybe the proper attention he should have , they had control over him , he was punished i bet when he should have been . forget what they said how they parented , about talking to the kids like adults . i think they had control over lee and non with casey , they lost control and it was to much an effort to get back
Listening to Lee’s depo…he jumped when mom wanted him to. George did the same thing when he wanted to find out what was going on with Casey…Cindy told him to leave it and he did. IMO, it was Cindy’s call for everything…otherwise they would have done something a long time ago, but had to have permission from Cindy first.

Usually people like Cindy that is very competitive with their females are much nicer to their boys than they are their girls…i don’t know if Cindy was, but usually they are. The one reason I could see her not being in the norm with others like this…her need for the perfect family. That when he didn’t do as well as she felt he should…she may have let him know it.

humble i see it with my sister and her son all the time , he has add and other problems but they won’t go get help , probably because they don’t want to admit there is something big wrong . my niece is the perfect kid , but she is the one they discipline , the son forget , because there is always a fight to put up with when it comes to everything , i can see the a’s being that way when it came to casey, they gave her power by ignoring it in a way , like my sister is doing with her son .. in the end the kid wins , or that is what they think anyway

Chlry…there is hope for him. We have a friend that their son didn’t get on meds until he was about 21…on his own. He is doing really good now, but they did go through a lot before he was on meds. At the same time it was his dad that kept saying their isn’t anything wrong with him and that is why he was never put on anything.
it could be that steph , in my sisters case though , both parents are in denial and like to say it’s just the add , or boys will be boys from the dad , but to tell you the truth both parents were never on the same page , regret will happen when something really bad happens , by then it’s too late , like with casey . i see my nephew doing worse things daily and nothing happens by the parents , maybe a little yelling but no real punishment , i tell my sis , whats it goig to take , for your son to wrap a car around a tree ! talking to parents of kids like this is a waste , they don’t really want to hear it because it reflects on them

Are friend was also disciplined much harder than his older and younger brother because of his add. Dad decided he was just a problem child. It didn’t help that he wasn’t the oldest…the name sake or the baby of the family. It was sad and he became my fav when they were young, lol.
