Well there is so much on the docs that have come out I am still putting things together!
I am rather confused about the doll. The documents state in one part that chloroform has been found on the doll (Q244), then at the end of the write up it states that chloroform was not identified on specimen Q244. I am hoping to have this straightened out, and you can not go by what they say on the NG nor JVM shows as we have found out from the knife incident that it was NOT found with the body! But it was in the car.
After reading this blog, I need to point out that LP said this weekend that Tracy M’s whole interview has NOT been released. Very interesting! Guess there is some information we won’t find out until the trial?
What also gets me is now that the chloroform needle has been brought to the public, we know why Casey had that little break down on 11 December 2008 when she was told remains of a body were found, and where they were found. I guess she knew she was toast from that moment on.

Steph so true. As for the calls you were asking about,I think either they were to make sure the coast was clear or to “pretend” to be in a frantic after Nanny Zanny (fake) “took” Caylee (not). She was frustrated that day for just that reason, she knew what they found near Caylee, she didn’t care that they found Caylee, just that she was totally framed. The state is building a wonderful case, IMO, she is toast…..

The knife was found in the car, unfortunately it didn’t have any tape residue on it. Then again, why use a knife when you have big arse horse teeth? Aye? Neeeeigh

When I see the items regarding the knife, I pretty much took that it was the one found in the car with a “sticky” substance on it..
Col, when the results came out it was found at the scene according to the media!
Today they have not ever said it again! I think Kathi Belich was also emailed that it was not at the scene.

Thom I agree the DP wasn’t to force a plea. As the good evidence trickles in, the more and more i bet Bozo wishes he would have had a speedy trial!
I wish the media would not sensationalize everything. There is enough incriminating evidence against
Casey that half-truths about a knife being found with the body are not necessary to bring justice.

Do you think the prosecution plays the same strategic games that the defense does?
I am a purist and believe that the prosecution does not rush to justice and go after someone just to “close” a case. It is not a “next” type of job.
Macarthur I think they read the docs wrong! If you go to the link I posted above, it was somehow mixed in the the evidence found at the scene! FL is really good about bringing attention to their murders, though!

I do not think they play the same games as the defense. I don’t believe the prosecution does either go after someone to just close a case. BUT cases are started by LE. They are the ones who bring the evidence to the table.
The defense is about games in this case. They have looked into people thinking they can blame others, and it has backfired!
I understand, but I have a problem with “mis-reads” being publicized as facts. I think often, it is done for sensationalizing an incident. I do not think Kathi Bellich would intentionally misrepresent anything for the sake of a story. I have a lot of respect for her and believe her stories.
The defense will play games, but this defense team is all about games because they don’t have a defense.

The defense games are what I hate. The facts are the facts. People getting off on technicalities is ridiculous. The defense twisting the facts just win the case. What about justice? Let justice win. I have been following this case since the beginning, reading documents, saw news, watched NG, et. al. – more or less “obsessed” with this case because it is so crazy and unjust. Baez really set the stage for the defense way back at the beginning when he said “the prosecution did this to make my clieny look bad”. My first thoughts were, you’ve gotta be kidding me. She has done an excellent job of that all on her on. The defense games began!!!!!!!

I was curious about the doll thing on HLN tonight because I did not get that out of the docs, but then again, there was a tremendous amount of info to absorb!
I am not sure why Casey thinks Baez can get her off of this, but I think she does! Baez is a rotten attorney, and he is just plain and simple not ready for a murder trial!

Did anyone listen to the interview with the author of Mommy’s Little Girl? Interesting analysis about the dynamics of the Anthony family. A totally irresponsible and dysfunctional family that enabled unnecessary tragedies.
I did not listen to it! But I have heard she needed to get the opinion of someone with a degree in that field! LOL
Baez – a not ready for prime time attorney! He is in way over his head and Casey probably has no other alternative. Who else would defend her at this point? The writing is on the wall with the discovery in this case.
I think Baez let his emotions get in the way of his brain..there is no logic in what they do. Most of us can see they are desperately trying to cause reasonable doubt.. but there is no doubt whatsoever.. I hate to ramble

Humble, I was talking about the doll with the chloroform on it. My imagination went wild when I heard that. That would have been the total straw that tied everything together, IMO. The doll was found in the car in the car seat in the car that Casey was driving when she ran out of gas near Amscot. IMO, that was “full circle”.

It was also stated chloroform on the clothes….I am still looking for that info!
I wonder when was the last time that someone besides WF was in her car. Did anyone else notice the terrible odor? If so, I haven’t heard.

I think the case is cut and dry, especially with the 31 days she partied. The defense has their work cut out for them, but they aren’t as good as they think they are! Bozo says “famous” case, I say guilty as charged!

I agree with the guilt. Bozo will end up with a lot more financially with the exposure he has received with this case. Even though he will not end up with respect as a lawyer or defending his client, he has the potential to earn mega bucks with books, etc. Maybe he will go back to his old business – he could create a commemorative Casey Anthony bikini!!!

Casey allegedly runs out of gas en-route to the Anthony home. [Note: Based on how Tony L. described her car's disposition, there is an assumption being made here that Casey was on her way home].
He sees Casey walking and picks her up somewhere on Chickasaw near the Anthony home.
Tony L. breaks lock off shed per Casey’s instruction and takes two gas cans. Tony L. drives Casey back to her car, which is parked on Killian DR. Casey puts gas in her tank and the gas cans in the trunk of her car. She follows Tony L. to his apartment.
4:00 p.m. Casey goes back to Tony L.’s (in the area of Sutton Place)

Ok, that’s what I thought. They went in his car to get the gas cans. That makes me think she might have been the only one in the car once the decomp smell was there.

Which is worse, life in prison without parole or the death penalty? If you were in her shoes, which would you take. I do not think there is another option at his point if there was a plea except LWOP. I think. Casey is a gambler. With LWOP, it is a done deal, whereas, if she does not plea, maybe some miracle will occur and she gets off for whatever reason, she may think there is a remote possibility

Glad you didn’t leave! LWOP would be worse on her, I think, but the dp is appropriate! Caylee got the DP so should she! It will be worse on C&G, but I really am to the point where they are in all of this for the money and no one counts but them!

I truly want Casey to suffer. I think a 5′ x 5′ enclosure with Casey hung by the toenails and 500 lbs of fire ants let loose in the enclosure is not sufficient punishment. I want her to hurt because of what she did. It was beyond atrocious!
