In one interview, Casey came out of the kitchen with a SMILE and a warm greeting. They sat down at the dining room table and read the allegations to let them know the maltreatments are inadequate supervision and threatened harm. Casey said she is looking forward to speaking with someone other than LE or OCSO. Throughout the conversation Cindy and Casey kept stating that the OCSO is misrepresenting Casey and are focused on criminally prosecuting her instead of looking for Caylee. Cindy also said the OCSO said they wanted pictures of Caylee to start an Amber alert, but was mad when they didn’t. (Well, we all know now why it wasn’t started) Cindy said she thinks one was never done because Casey was lying to them.
But both believed that Caylee is out there and felt they had to take matters into their own hands to create a local and national awareness so people would be looking for her. Cindy said she contacted the FBI because she believes that Zanny has the child. Casey stopped Cindy from butting im telling her that this is her chamce to explain her side instead of Cindy talking for her. Casey then goes into her BS story: Zanny was her babysitter for over a year and a half. She never suspected anything was wrong. She claims she has never been shown the right picture of Zanny by the OCSO. She also stated that the OCSO has never followed up on any leads she and her family has given to them. Casey also stated Zanny didn’t have her own children. Casey stated Zanny was around 24 yoa not 30’s like the LE stated. She claims Zanny would watch Caylee at her home or at her mothers. Due to a criminal case, Casey did not want to comment anymore.
Cindy stated they almost had Caylee potty trained before she disappeared, and they gave OCSO Caylee’s DNA, foot prints, finger prints she had done when Caylee was 1. Cindy said she would bath the baby and never saw any bruises or unexplained marks. The child could talk and never said anything negative about Zanny. Casey said she would discipline the child by sitting her down and talking to her. No physical punishment.
She stated the FATHERS NAME WAS ERIC. Would not provide the last name due to privacy of his family. She stated the father and her met in middle school and when his family moved to Kentucky they kept in touch. They later hooked up and Caylee was born. She stated he was killed in a car accident and is buried in Kentucky.
She stated the OCSO has all the information. Eric did not support the child the child through normal means but he had set up a trust fund in her name that he was contributing prior to his death. Cindy stated when the child was born they set up a will and she and her husband George were given power of attorney in case anything happened to Casey. Casey stated that Caylee had Cigna insurance it started with the Blue Cross/Blue shield then changed to Cigna. She said the child was healthy, current with her shots and at 100 percentile in ages and stages. Casey states the OCSO thinks she sold or killed the child. But she did not. She said the OCSO is trying to break her and make her confess to something she did not do. She said the OCSO releasing her trial documents today is another attempt to put pressure on her.
When asked about the psychological testing she stated she completed and MMPI and was told everything was normal. She has never been diagnosed with any mental health condition and does not take any meds. When asked about drugs she had done a test that day and was clean. She was not given a drug test on the day of her first arrest. Cindy talked about the seizure and she was clean when drug tested. Casey said she was never arrested prior too and has no prior DV. When asked about the phone call Casey said it was real and they discussed the 31 days that had lapsed prior to her telling the grandparents. Casey claimed she did not have a falling out with her parents she was just living with her boyfriend. She stated when she could not find the child she started backtracking, (yea right into BlockBuster) her steps and making phone calls trying to find Zanny. When this did not work she came home and told her parents. She admits that she mad some bad decisions during that time. Again due to the case, Casey stopped.
A tour of the house was conducted. It is stated Casey stated she could get over emotional about the whole thing again but she would not be able to communicate what need to be said. Casey appeared very detached emotionally appearing very cool and smooth; she talked with confidence and conviction. Both women are very bitter and angry with the method of the OCSO. When completed, Casey talked about all the children missing in the USA and Florida. She felt proud that a search for Caylee in one area turned up a child that was missing. She stated she enjoyed working with the agencies and volunteers looking for her child, and it would be her new vocation in like. As a mother, Casey has the gut feeling that Caylee is alive and she hopes their efforts will find her soon. She has two websites dedicated to Caylee . She stated the media is starting to give her more positive coverage.

Also…didn’t Cindy say to LE that the family knew what had happened…that Caylee was missing? While they all talked about the father knowing and the trust fund. Didn’t Lee say to the media the father doesn’t know and there is no reason to tell him now or something similar to this?

Lee did say that to the media. I believe that none of them knows who Caylee’s dad was.
I also think that if “ERIC” was putting money away for Caylee that when he passed, she should have been receiving social security. I honestly think her dad is alive and well!

Although Stephanie K (aka: Special K) scheduled a jail house visit with Casey on 3 August 2008, we do not know if she or Casey canceled it.
The reason for making the connection between Jesus O., Stephanie K., & Casey is because it may be the link to ZFG (not the one filing the law suit). Here are a few reasons:
Richard G. said Casey told him about ZFG in 2006
Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez [ROSADO] married in 2006
Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez [ROSADO] birthday is Sept 2 vs. Casey’s ZFG’s birthday of Sept 1.
Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez [ROSADO] has a connection to the Ortiz family.
I believe Casey used information she may have obtained via “Special K” about Jesus O. to create her fictious ZFG. Then that name took on a life of its own as Casey added more details from other sources in an effort to make Cindy believe she really did exist.
Casey also played this name-game with “Eric.” Eric J. Baker vs. Eric F. Baker. Both died in car crashes. One lived in KY and the other in FL. and on and on…….

I believe Casey crossed pathes with ZFG (the one filing the law suit) on f/b or MySpace and/or at the Cast Iron Tattoo Shop were she hung out. For someone who was considered a regular customer but only have 2 tats, I questioned why she would be just hanging out there with her friends without getting more tattoos.
Casey may have added more details to her original ZFG profile once she found the 38 y/o ZFG from Kissimmee, FL. I just find it difficult to believe that Casey waited until after 16 June 2008 to go find this ZFG.
I would agree that Casey added some details about the ZFG who went to Sawgrass like a similar car (Ford Focus vs. KIA) w/NY License plates, etc. Of course, if she waited until after 16 June 2008 to find a ZFG for her story, how do we explain Richard G. knowing this name back in 2006?

Oh, just one other point about ZFG. There is no doubt in my mind that the ZFG from Kissimmee was harmed by what Casey did…IMO, she had every right to file the civil suit! And I so hope she WINS IT!

IMO, Casey doled out these little tidbits of information (i.e., LIES) to different ppl. to thoroughly confuse matters.

She also had said at some point that Tony had cleaned the dead squirrels off of her car. Not true of course, Tony said he never did this.

I do think Casey took Caylee to the airport…but I don’t think she left her there…not sure if she even took her out of the car. But, i do think she was going to place her there. Other than that I think she was murdered in the home and placed right into the laundry bag, than to the trunk for a ride to the airport, than she was going to try and bury her at home and that didn’t work and she finally decided to throw Caylee out into the woods.
Mikka…I really like the bug report, but I think the chloroform syringe will be really important at trial too…after her computer searches. I just wish we knew where they found the latent print and who it belonged to.

Mikka…Even without the finger prints it is too much a coincedence the things Casey was looking up on the home computer happened to be found with Caylee’s remains. I don’t think it was about her being smart or dumb. I think she felt like she was running out of time and her car was smelling more and more…she grabbed including the disney bag where she through the chloroform bottle and tossed it when she threw Caylee away.

Let me go look back up at Smoke’s post, Chlry. I think the first time she started talking about the smell was to Amy and that is was after Cindy brought Casey home some time that she told Lee the 5th of June.
ok she tells lee the 15th of july the smell started back june 5th , duh , i need to wake up lol . still she knew that woul sound like enough time for the smell to get so bad , you know when she said that to him a bulb went off in his head , he can’t be that dumb , he knew it was caylee

Chlry…I think they all knew it was Caylee and Casey was responsible and that is why they didn’t call LE. That is the only thing that makes sense…You find a car that is supposed to be with your granddaugher and daughter that is in a tow yard and smells of death. They knew Casey wasn’t dead they had communicated with her. Cindy started damage control, imo. But, i also believe she still had a little hope inside that what she believe was wrong…until she found Casey and no Caylee. JMHO

Because of her searches we all know this was premeditation.. if I remember correctly, one search was on death? she knew a body would smell so could have made up the story about dead squirrels & told Lee or whoever to cover her tracks but I still don’t think KC is all that bright as a lot of this case are based on our own speculation too.. mho is that Lee may be lying or covering for her & maybe still going with the original timeline of June 9th [concocted by Cindy & KC] as being the last day they saw Caylee..

I think she thinks she is soooo clever,, that on the night of july 15, cops there and all, she wants to make a big separation between caylee not there and the smell of the car.. she sooo cleverly lets it out that the car has smelled like this since june 5th …. WAY before caylee was not seen anymore…

Since this was the night of the 911 call, all of the Ants were saying the last time they saw Caylee was 9 June 2008, so it appears Casey was trying to piggy back off of that date by telling Lee the smell actually started sometime around Cindy’s birthday (6/5/08).

The FBI should send Cindy the bill for that little trip down to Miami in the early part of August 2008. I’m convinced she was the one who called in the tip about Caylee being at a flea market with a Zenaida in Miami.
And she just happened to have someone living in her home by the name of Zachery, too! But the story falls apart with the sister named Josephina. Casey told Cindy in the jailhouse visit on 25 July 2008 that she did not know if Zenaida’s mom, Gloria had a sister named Josephina.

The poor DCF ppl. probably did not know what hit them after spending an hour or two with Casey and Cindy.
I wonder why they did not ask Casey about Caylee’s pediatrician…. No, that’s someone worth hearing from, IMO. Of course, I realize medical records are confidential, so I would not expect to see them, but it would be nice to know that someone has talked with Caylee’s doctor.

Casey’s car was at the towyard from 30Jun – 15Jul08. This picture below, looks like that car is sooo clean, you could see your reflection in it! WHO cleaned this car? I’m telling you, this car was ‘detailed out’ it’s amazing to me….!
