Well, it looks like Dominic Casey has successfully postponed his deposition until 16 December 2009. We know that he lied on the stand when he was at the hearing. I wonder if he will get busted.

I really don’t believe she went out and bought clothes either…no matter they are going to lie about the clothes. But, Casey is just not that far in advance with thinking. I do believe even though she had been thinking about this for a while…computer searches. I think the fight made her decide it was time…I think she did it with what she could from the home and didn’t think very far past that. Casey driving around with Caylee in the trunk for so long shows how she doesn’t think very far in advance…I really believe she thinks in the moment, jmho.

Gigs…in his motion he stated the dates he starting working for each person…he left out the date of Oct 1st when he no longer worked for Baez. It doesn’t matter if he worked for Casey or her parents…there is no privilege. They will try to get around it, but it won’t work. Again, my two cents.. I have always been one to look past a kids scrapes and bruises. As parents, we know kids can get into all kinds of trouble, so I wouldn’t point out the boo boo on the eye and make anything of it.. If my mom didn’t allow me to get a few scrapes and bruises, then I’d probably be afraid to go outside.
On Dominic.. Have you ever had a group of friends that sucked you in like a vacuum as kids and they had you participating in all kinds of things that you thought you would never do? That is what the A’s, in particular the ring leader C is doing. Dominic is getting wrapped up in their BS and it has ultimately killed his credibility as a professional and if he had any common sense to begin with, he would have run the other way. BUT, on the other hand, his raison de’etre is to investigate so he has his hand out. On it’s own the drink bottle and syringe are noteworthy, but when you look at another drink bottle, with a deadly insecticide based poison in it within her trunk, it amps both up a notch with the latter being the most damning in my opinion as it is directly tied to her via her car. I believe the State will focus heavily on the poison in her trunk found in the Crystal Light bottle, whether the media gets the clue is another story.

eye, thanks for the link. I think her hair looked so much better with a bit of color and straightened and softer looking. Actually, I think it was a very nice interview. She came across as being very sincere in her quest. I, personally, don’t care about a murderer’s good qualities. If they are proven to have murdered another human being, then the punishment should fit the crime, and for me, that includes the death penalty. I sincerely believe she is a brilliant woman, and she most certainly over shadow’s Biaz with her intelligence.
Does anyone know where the photo above of Casey and Caylee was taken? I notice a pair of men’s sneakers on the right of the photo. I don’t believe Cindy would allow them to be strewn on the floor in her house.

They have actually made CMA look more guilty & buried themselves too! Bozo cannot defend CMA because he can’t defend himself! To make this all come together, or full circle, we have to hear from DumbdumbCasey to find out who told him to go there & search, {who was he talking to on his cell that day?.. Cindy? Lee? or Bozo?] No matter what, I know this case is going to take down a lot of so called professionals who thought they were so great! They will wish they never heard of CMA! Makes me so

Howdy, OMGosh HUGE today……and of course Casey cries didnt see if George had on his earring…..but noticed they left the courtroom as the prosecution was descibing the duct tape….and the fact Caylee was average or above average as a 3 year old
