In the USA 906,000 children are victims of abuse and neglect. Abuse is physical, emotional, sexual or neglect. Fifteen hundred child die a year from child abuse. Seventy percent of child abused are under the age of 3. (This is 634,200 under the age of 3 years old)
What leads to child abuse, history of child abuse, stress and lack of support, alcohol and/or drug abuse, domestic violence. Warning signs of physical abuse unexplained bruises, welts, or cuts. Behavioral patterns the child is fearful, shy away, afraid to go home, inappropriate clothing for the weather, such as long pants and long sleeve shirt on a hot day. Caregiver signs, physically abusive caregivers may display anger management issues or excessive need to control.
I find it odd that there were many different markings around Caylee’s mouth, not to mention the marks under her eyes. Sure kids fall down, get hurt, bump their heads, etc.
I had also written a post a while back about Caylee’s mouth and the marks around it. There is a reason for these marks and are they from previous use of duct tape or is it from the use of chloroform on a cloth and put over her mouth?
Today I believe Caylee was abused by her so called mother. I also believe Cindy, the nurse (impersonator), knew Caylee was being abused. Why? Why else would Cindy have talked about getting custody of Caylee, but can’t afford it? I am sure it had nothing to do with the fact that Casey was stealing right and left from Cindy and George. Would there be a leg to stand on in court, for custody, for stealing money, there would be if it was child abuse. According to the Florida law, a Nurse is mandated to report child abuse. I wonder why Cindy never did? Was she blind to this? Probably, she didn’t know Casey was pregnant until she was 7 month and she claims she thought she was bloated, not to mention Casey had to tell her. My thoughts on this, it would have been too much of a hassle for Cindy. It would have caused problems between Cindy and Casey, not to mention a possible kick out of the house and living in the car……nah, Casey would have found someone to shack up with. BUT, I do wonder why Cindy would talk about getting custody of Caylee, when she claimed on tv, that Casey was Mother of the year!
Previous use of duct tape would have ripped her skin off.. JMO

Has anyone ever been able to find out on what grounds Cindy & George wanted custody of Caylee. That is a very serious thing to do, to take a baby away from your daughter. It must have been pretty bad in that household to come to that, if that is true. Also, yelling and screaming and using foul language around a baby is cruel and verbal abuse. How nervous Caylee must have been around Casey and Cindy when they were at each other. Babies are very sensitive little beings, and need to be handled with care. Poor Caylee.

I just read it on John’s and the thought came to my head. No proof, no facts, just thinking. After all, can you imagine how big a 6,305 ft. house is? Where would all that money be coming from. While I was trying to locate the jail visitation log on Casey, I came across this bit of information on image mail. I still remember it being stated that the A’s exchange letters through Biaz to Casey. I believe this is not allowed. Hope this paste and copy works.

Hey I just went into the other room to see if I had any duct tape because I wanted to try a piece on my own mouth (small pc) and see what it would do. Anyone have the guts to try that? I definetly would try it but can not find any. I tried a piece of heavy clear tape used for sending boxed stuff and it was difficult to get off and left a little redness.

She had one on the table way back when she thought she was so smart and never acknowledged it.

okay. Experiment done. It’s not so bad. I took a piece and put it across my month (not including my nose (I’m weird, not crazy)), and ripped it off. No different than a band aid. Then, I took a pastry brush and applied ashes from my ashtray to look for finger prints. Couldn’t see any. Then, I just cut off another piece of duct tape and did the same with the ashes. There my finger prints were clearly visible. Guess the contact with my face (makeup) wiped away the finger prints from the first piece. By the way, I had to use a scissor, as I couldn’t rip the tape. Perhaps Casey used the knife they found to do that.
By the way, the brand I used is Nashua, produced in Kentucky.

In my opinion, I can’t think of anyone who deserves the DP more than Casey Anthony. She is as evil as anyone I can imagine. It breaks my heart to think of the pain and torture and FEAR that little Caylee went through while she looked into the eyes of her killer. I say, bring on the needle! (even with the needle, she would not come close to the pain little Caylee went through!)
Unfortunately, even if she gets the DP it could take years and years before she got the needle. At least she would be on Death Row tho.
Scott Peterson is still around, and will probably continue to be for a long, long time. I think waiting a year is too long, not ten or more years. JMO

My version of lwp would certainly contain extreme hard labour, man or woman, doesn’t matter. No tv, no perks, only hard hard labour. 23 to say about 75, that would be a sentence that would satisfy me.

Why am I real curious if TL ever told Casey? It wouldn’t have been to far before she murdered Caylee and wondering if he told her the night of the big fight. I don’t think casey needed to hear this to murder Caylee. But, I do think it would have added to it. Lynda…the friend was the only one thinking, I am kind of wondering if it was the roommates girlfriend that pushed this. She was the only one that didn’t think Casey worked and that she didn’t watch her close enough. The roommate said because the drugs they do Caylee shouldn’t be there.
Larry has some of that real old grey duct tape Casey used, but not the same brand…he never heard of that brand before. I asked him to find it and so far I think he put me on the back burner, lol.

Then, I took a pastry brush and applied ashes from my ashtray to look for finger prints. Couldn’t see any. Then, I just cut off another piece of duct tape and did the same with the ashes. There my finger prints were clearly visible. Guess the contact with my face (makeup) wiped away the finger prints from the first piece. By the way, I had to use a scissor, as I couldn’t rip the tape. Perhaps Casey used the knife they found to do that.

Larry doesn’t like me to bother him while he is working, lol. I did ask when he used this tape long ago if he ever got it stuck on him…and if it would pull hair off and skin. He said it depends on how long it has been on there. He said if you are talking about Caylee…it could maybe more so because her skin would be more sensitive..but might still depend on the length of time. He said if it is like they said and was made for ac ducts…it is heavy bonded tape.
Someone else did the test…can’t remember who. I know I use duct tape all the time, but I am able to tare it with my hands.
You know she would have to duct tape her hands or tie them up to…Caylee would pull it off her face if her hands were free
I figured if it was on there long, it would rip the skin off, but who knows with Casey, she might have used it daily until Caylee went to sleep and removed it!

I have never had to use a knife or anything to tear duct tape it rips easily for me.

I have never seen colored duct tape before…that is too funny. But, we have bought lots of colored electric tape for soccer…they would put it around their socks or something, lol.
