As we know, Mallory Parker had her deposition today. Baez was present and when walking out of the depo was questioned by reporters.
Baez claims that the chemicals in the needle didn’t really mean anything. You can find the same chemicals in tap water. He also stated that all it did was make good headlines. He also says he is claiming to get through discovery. Which I assume we have finished all of it and he hasn’t?
Of course Baez has never commented on a deposition, he says he never has. I believe he CAN’T comment on them. He said that unless they state decides to make them public then that is different.
Next week, Roy Kronk will be in the chair. The state will be deposing him on the 19th. I am sure Baez will be in attendance.

I suppose I should give Mallory the benefit of the doubt until I see her deposition, but if she followed sindy’s script, and I’m guessing she did, she’s got to be as nuts as the rest of them. I just don’t see how all these people are under sindy’s thumb the way they are. She should have RAN fast and far when she got the first inkling that there was a cover up.
Yes, Casey did say June 9th, but I think she got that from CIndy…Cindy is the first to throw a date out there and it was the 7th. Than the 8th I believe and than the 9th. But, one thing Casey was always consistent with was the days…31 days. She was the only one and the only one correct on how many days, I think, lol.

It is very wrong Chlry and I think you are the only one that caught that. Maybe some others did but I haven’t heard about it before…it is the end of the first call and when they are transferring her. Either they didn’t record the call or she hung up. But, this is what is at the end of that call and they are driving at the time.

Morning eyespy. I read them, too. When I wake up in the middle of the night, I usually read other blogs and also what is being commented on at BS’s blog. It was hysterical. Guess a lot of people have been verbally beaten up over at one of the sites, myself included. Eastcoastdeb has a lot more nerve than I do. I try to stay away from it and those people. If I have an opinion on this case, regardless on how I have come to that opinion, i.e., facts, my life’s experience with people, etc., I know I can safely opine here without fear of retribution. What I was actually thinking was that Caylee was at home the evening of June 15, and it being summer and hot, she was most likely running around with no shoes on. I truly believe in my heart that the fighting between Casey and Cindy reached such a crescendo, that Casey left in a rage, dragging Caylee along with her, without stopping to put shoes on her. I still believe that Casey murdered Caylee sometime during the evening of the 15th or early morning hours of the 16th, while she was still in a rage. I don’t believe that C&G actually saw either of them on the 16th (based on that story being changed so many times by both of them). I feel that by the time we were all drinking our coffee on the morning of the 16th, poor little Caylee was already dead. This gave Casey the whole day to compose herself to be able to so nonchalantly go tripping out with Tony to the video store that evening, seemingly without a care in the world. Caylee was not with the Anthony’s the evening of the 16th, she was not with Casey, the nanny didn’t exist, so where was Caylee. She was dead. Does any of this make sense to you. Or, is it just my wild imagination working again.
