Well, it looks like Dominic Casey has successfully postponed his deposition until 16 December 2009. We know that he lied on the stand when he was at the hearing. I wonder if he will get busted.

Mallory Parker was deposed by the state. I assume Mallory will be there with her attorney. Mallory, the girlfriend of Lee was going to college to be an events planner, the same job Casey claimed she had at Universal. Mallory’s mother is Jody A. Parker, she is mixed up in the fraudation the Anthony’s have started in Caylee’s name.
Baez claims that the chemicals in the needle didn’t really mean anything. You can find the same chemicals in tap water. He also stated that all it did was make good headlines. He also says he is claiming to get through discovery. Which I assume we have finished all of it and he hasn’t?
Of course Baez has never commented on a deposition, he says he never has. I believe he CAN’T comment on them. He said that unless they state decides to make them public then that is different.
Next week, Roy Kronk will be in the chair. The state will be deposing him on the 19th. I am sure Baez will be in attendance.
The prosecution will release documents to the defense team. About 40 pages will be released along with a DVD [WFTV about the duct tape] and a CD.
Also along with this article the prosecution has added Dr. James W Jawitz, an associate professor from the University of Florida.

I agree Janet.. First thing they need to do is sterilize any woman who won’t take care of their children, and help the ones who want to, but can’t. Some of these women have baby after baby, for a lousy welfare check.. Then spend it on drugs, etc and neglect the baby. It’s sad to say, but it does happen.. Not only here, but everywhere. OMG, I thought I took a wrong turn. Humble, love the new, wide, clean look of the site. Easier to read. Miss the time, as it is a good reference when answering comments. When my page opened, and the pictures and numbers appeared, I thought I had pressed the wrong key. Guess we can use the numbering system to see where we are at all times. Anyway, like many of us here, I am sticking close to home (Humble’s) and perhaps reading her Blogroll sites. I am very, very suspicious of the extreme “quiet” coming from the defense and also from the A’s. I’ll bet they are up to something. And, no matter what they try to get away with, we usually find out. Does anyone have the link to the visitor’s log at the jail. I have tried to get it but can only find the one that was posted 1/29/09. At that time, the only visitors were lawyers. Gee, would have thought Tony would have been visiting her. Bet his parents are so proud of him and his association here. Does anyone realize what an impact this whole case is going to have on all these young people who have been publicly implicated in this case. I would be horrified it one of my sons were in this situation. Not to mention the cost of all the lawyers for all these young people. It boggles my mind to think about it. And, then, of course, there is poor dead little Caylee, who should be looking through toy magazines at this time, anticipating Santa. What a shame.

I so agree with you Just, before they put these people on welfare they need to look more closely into their back grounds and I am sure they could find out if they have been arrested for drugs and whatever. If so, that is when I would put a stop to it and have the children looked at to see how well they are being taken care of and then put them into a much stable environment and get them out of that situation so nothing like this could happen. Children don’t need to be in a home where a man is coming in out of a home like a revolving door. This is where I don’t understand Cindy not noticing how many guys Casey had and that would tell me that Caylee needed to be taken away immediately.
