Just when you thought you heard everything, the defense drama team is claiming Roy Kronk was capable of killing Caylee. Well, I am unsure what part of the Nanny he was, and is he the “10″ Casey talked about! In a news press release, David Evans [Kronks attorney] said: “In their zeal to defend Casey Anthony, defense counsel has filed papers with the Court that are filled with allegations that have no basis in fact and falsely accuse Mr. Kronk of various types of bad behavior.”
I am just floored by this, but I knew something was up yesterday when the Conway came out and made a statement about the truth. The Anthony’s want the finger pointing at someone else besides their daughter, and from ALL the evidence out, it doesn’t change any of my feeling that Casey is guilty as charged! I hope the Judge laughs in their face with these motions. They can blame anyone they want. I don’t believe that Kronk put Caylee in the trunk of that car, nor did he kill her.
Wasn’t it Shirley Pleasa who said: Casey hated Cindy more than she loved Caylee!
Roy Kronk should be back in front of the defense drama team tomorrow.
Today the motion filed claims Kronk told his son he knew where the body was before Caylee was found.
They are also claiming inappropriate behavior with young girls.
Has a history of abusing, restraining, and holding women against their will.
In the past, used duct tape for the purposes of restraining women against their will.
All this the defense got from Kronks ex-wives, and ex-girlfriend. [there is a reason they are called "EX"] As for the kids, well I guess if they said that Kronk knew where Caylee was before she was found, I guess that proves true. He called numerous times in August about that!
The defense team has added another person to their team. Private Investigator Mortimer Smith, who works with Lyon as a teacher at DePaul University. Smith has been digging into Roy Kronks background for the past couple of months. I guess this is the guy who talked to all the ex-wives of Kronks. His kids, and his ex-girlfriend. Pipitone explained that defense investigators “interviewed Kronk’s son, two ex-wives and the daughter of a girlfriend and tried to put together a circumstantial case that Roy Kronk is guilty.”
WKMG highlighted these points in the motion: Kronk’s history of inappropriate behavior with young girls; his history of abusing, restraining and holding women against their will; his use of duct tape to restrain women; and his knowledge of the location of Caylee’s remains.
WESH-Channel 2′s Bob Kealing summed up the motion: “They are trying to paint him [Kronk] as a suspect rather than a witness.” Kealing noted that the motion was “in direct contrast to everything we heard from Kronk and his attorney earlier today.”
Kronk told WESH of the deposition, “I know that I haven’t done anything wrong. So I don’t have a reason to be fearful or troubled by any of this.”
Kronk added that the defense team “was very nice and very respectful to me the whole day.”
Jose Baez, Anthony’s attorney, told WESH, “We’re not playing around.”
Kealing talked to Kronk’s attorney, David Evans, about the motion that was filed late today. Evans told Kealing that the defense team obviously has to find another person to point a finger at, that it’s Kronk, and that this development is unfortunate.
Pipitone offered analysis of the motion: “One big problem with that is that there’s no evidence we know of that Roy Kronk knew Casey Anthony, had any contact with Casey Anthony or Caylee Anthony.”

I hope Kronk has a good lawyer. I will never believe anyone other than Casey is responsible for killing Caylee but i hate to so the defense drag this guy thru the mud and that goes for all the other witnesses in this case. How can anyone take seriously statements made by one’s ex spouse? And, how old is this child who received a call from Kronk? Wonder what Mr.Biaz’s ex has to say about him. Hope Kathi Belich has a chance to interview her sometime.
I think I will do Mr. Kronk a favor and write a book about him. I shall call it the Kronk Kronicals. I shall share the profits with him. Why not? Everyone else is doing it. Humblers and her site friends and bloggers will get a discount. I’ll be rich and they will make a movie. I’ll be on tv telling everyone that my motive for writing it is pure, and that I just want to see justice served, that I am not in it for the money.

I just read page 9 of Biaz’s motion. It states that Casey has circumstantial evidence that there is a third person who could have murdered Caylee. I believe that if they have evidence, they have to share it with the prosecution. Don’t they?
