Under some “meter-reader spell” she later reports in to Roy Kronk to let him know exactly where she dumped the body – so he could be the hero, because that’s part of the script.

Kronk gets assigned to a different route and completely forgets about the whole murder, and his love-torn desire to be on death row, until 4 months later when he finally remembers – oh yeah! Gotta get this taken care of! At which point the rest is history and Casey is framed.

When Kronk started in that area it was Aug…do we know which area he was in first. Or they going to say back in June Kronk knew he would be transferred over there so he went and picked out a child he knew wouldn’t be reported missing and killed her. Put her in the mother’s trunk than made sure to get her out before they towed the car off and threw her in the woods. Than kept trying to get police over there to frame her mother?? So Casey’s murder trial was delayed because Andrea Lyons and Biaz didn’t have time to get ready. Give me a break. Doesn’t Judge Strickland see them all over the tv. The state of Florida is paying for the defense to screw around in this case. I thought Andrea Lyon was too busy teaching to work exclusively on this case. She hasn’t looked very busy to me on her many tv appearances.

Thats what I was thinking Stephanie. If the private investigator is working for Baez, and when the chit hits the fan and these women are nailed down by the state, they may cave and say Baez, through his attorney, pressured them into saying what they wanted to hear.
