Casey Anthony week roundup 15-21 November 2009

The Department of Children and Families [DCF] visited Cindy and George on Friday night 13 November 2009, due to a complaint! A Florida resident made the complaint after seeing this show, I believe. I also questioned the well being of that child, in that house.

According to a DCF official, Cindy was very open with investigators and said she was “helping a friend who was between babysitters and that’s OK.” Oh, I am glad that Cindy cleared that up for us, it is OK for her to do this!
According to Brad Conway, the Anthony’s don’t want Roy Kronk to be dragged through the dirt. Kronk will had his deposition by the defense team 19 Nov.

Of course the Anthony’s want Kronk to tell the truth. I have no doubt that he won’t tell the truth. What I want is the Anthony’s to tell the truth and stop their lies. So whatever they say is void.

Remember Kronk called on 11, 12 and 13 August 2008. He even called the Crimeline on 12 August 2008. Of course, we know that Caylee was found on 11 December 2008 by Kronk.

AND now we know why the Anthony’s and their attorney made appoint to make a statement the night before Roy Kronk was to be deposed. Baez and his crew ALREADY had their motion written signed and ready to submit on the 18th accusing Kronk of killing Caylee.

Baez talked to Jill Renee Kronk Kerley EX-wife, who has a record of Forgery-Priv Docs, uttering false docs, THEFT: $300 plus value, THEFT: LESS $300 value and THEFT: $300 plus value. I am sure there are more, but you can’t get the criminal records from Tennessee where she has also lived.  Wrong Motion
Support Document Wonder if the new PI Mort Smith bothered to check any of these EX-wives out?

Of course we know that the d-team must have made phone calls the night of the 19th and let the media know what was going down as they were on the morning shows. I did find out the LKB was on one of the morning shows, also. Next they hit the Court tv station and then on to JVM for Baez. TERRIBLE interview for JVM. Not worth watching the first 40 minutes of it, but the last 20 minutes were SO good!

Here is the transcript.

  1. Muesli says:

    Is this a new blog?

  2. stephanie says:

I doubt the checked anything out on the x-wife. I mean look what they have for the witness that Caylee wasn’t there…Joy Wray and D Casey…D Casey is a snake and I bet he doesn’t have a pretty past…or at least I bet he has a questionable past.

  3. stephanie says:

    Hi Gap and Muesli

  4. gigwails says:

G&C want the truth? Okay George and Cindy…you are a couple of lying, disgusting, shameless sleazebags. There. No need to thank me.

  5. Gap says:

Hey Steph and Muesli..how are ya’ll?

  6. gigwails says:

    Hey gap!

  7. Gap says:

I have no doubt the A’s want the truth. Just not the real truth. They want their version of the truth!!

  8. Muesli says:

Gigwails, I double your bashes. Couldn’t have said it better myself.

  9. stephanie says:

    Tired Gap, lol.

Hi Gigs…Gap is right they want their version of the truth.

  10. Gap says:

Me too Steph. Only here for a few. Saw my chance to be first and could not pass it up!

  11. Muesli says:

I’ll bet the defense contacted the tv shows and said something big is going down on the 18th, and that is why these interviews were on the next day. I’m sure they had their airline tickets in their pockets while they were deposing Kronk. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that Cindy & George knew what was going to happen. That statement from the night before the depo was so very transparent. What do they think we are as stupid as they are?

  12. Eastcoastdeb says:

    Hey Gap and Steph.

  13. Molly says:

Hi humble, gap, gig, steph, muesli

Whoever posted (i think Linda?) that we should all post justice for caylee in unison, i think is a great idea. even for only a few hours for that one day. Feb 1 is good as baez will be turning over his garb to strickland. we should also post we want the truth or tell the truth or something like that. I think it would be great. Could you imagine seeing that over & over on many blogs? That would make the news!!! Tell The Truth – Justice For Caylee

  14. Muesli says:

It bothers me to think that Cindy probably thinks they put one over on Kronk. I can just see her ugly, arrogant smirk. You know, the one she used over at Morgan & Morgan.

  15. Gap says:

    Hi Deb and Molly

  16. stephanie says:

    Hi East and Molly

Molly…I didn’t see the post, but I think that is a great idea. We know they read the blogs

  17. gigwails says:

    Hi steph, molly, muesli!

  18. Muesli says:

I have all the sliders and windows opened, and it is still too warm here. I really hate to turn the AC back on. I’m going to change into a summer nightgown and curl up with a movie. I’ll see you all tomorrow morning. By the way, I tried to vote using my dog’s email, but he wouldn’t give me his password.

  19. Gap says:

Did anyone read D. Fannings book?

  20. Molly says:

mues – i know what you mean. that baez smirk too. and poor kronk after he said how nice baez had been to him during the depo too. what a creep!

  21. Gap says:

    Muesli LOL Goodnite

  22. stephanie says:

Muesli…Many pets were able to vote…many many pets. I think you should demand to have your pets votes accounted for, lol. Enjoy your evening

  23. gigwails says:

Hi Deb! Any word on whether there is any evidence that backs the claims in Baez’s ridiculous motion about Kronk? Like…police reports? Nevermind the fact that the idiot incorrectly filed the motion (again).

  24. Muesli says:

I’m still here. I always say I’m leaving and then check just one more time for comments, and then I end up staying.

  25. stephanie says:

CHlry and AZ read it…I think Humble might have too, but maybe not, lol.

  26. Molly says:

    g’nite muesli- enjoy your movie.
I’m in summer wear too, a little warm tonight!

  27. Gap says:

Thanks Steph. I believe it was me and you discussing one nite when Cindy told Casey she doesnt know who to believe anymore. Was it us??? Deb were you here that nite???

  28. stephanie says:

I must go too…I thought I would sit here for a bit conversing, but I am really tired. You all enjoy your evening. Night

  29. Muesli says:

stephanie, my dog has this attitude that he is better than the cats. He is a pure breed smooth coat collie. He is a snob, but a lovable snob. I haven’t told him that he was adopted yet. He is very sensitive ever since he flunked his guide dog exam. He is now referred to as a “career change” guide dog. He only works part time as a therapy dog.

  30. Gap says:

We thought it was because she noticed something diffrent or messed up in the house or something like that and Casey blamed it on geo but he was suppose to be at work.

  31. Molly says:

    From Linda 17:30
Good evening everyone, can only chat for a minute. I had a thought. Wouldn’t it be a message if we picked a date, like maybe Feb 1 2010 and blogged only the words Justice for Caylee all day long. It would be interesting if all the blog sites dedicated to the memory of beautiful Caylee joined in. We all know people involved in the case follow all the blogs. Just a thought.

  32. Molly says:

    g’nite steph!

  33. Gap says:

Oh Muesli~please do not tell him he was adopted. It may crush his little heart. It can be your secret!!

  34. Muesli says:

Molly, where are you that it is warm? I’m in Sarasota.

  35. Eastcoastdeb says:

LOL Gig, It’s kind of like the opposite of Yes Virginia There is a Santa Claus. If the Sun says it’s so, then it is.
If Bozo says it’s so, then it isn’t

  36. Molly says:

    mues – too funny!

  37. Gap says:

ok I am out of here too.

  38. Muesli says:

Molly, I would most certainly take part in that blog that day.

  39. Eastcoastdeb says:

I agree Molly, I think it could make a very powerful statement. If other blogs got involved and Kathi Belich were called, it could be interesting.

  40. Molly says:

Sarasota! I’m in Connecticut!! it’s been cooler here, but tonight its a little warm

  41. Eastcoastdeb says:

Good nite, Gap and Steph. I’m on for a little bit longer.

  42. Molly says:

o.k. , i think form a task force to carry out this “blog” mission. :ninja:

  43. Molly says:

    g’nite gap too!

  44. I am on for a minute. shhh I am cleaning my house!

    Did you see this:

    http://www.cfnews13.com/News/Local/2009/11/21/will_anthony_take_a_plea_deal.html

Why take a plea deal when you are innocent!

  45. Molly says:

i’m gonna go read that transcript now.
    see y’all tomorrow!

  46. Muesli says:

Eastcoast, great idea to contact Kathi. I am sure that she would help see to it that the A’s get wind of it.

  47. gigwails says:

Hi humble! I saw that about The Great Baez considering taking a plea deal for the check fraud charges. The state shouldn’t even offer her a deal. She’s lied about everything and claims she is innocent.

  48. Gap says:

    Humble~pine-sol and carpet freshner!! :ninja:

  49. Eastcoastdeb says:

I agree Muesli, it would put a big knot in George’s knickers too. LOL

  50. Muesli says:

Why on earth would the prosecution even offer a plea deal in the check fraud case. They have the best evidence they could with the videos of the commission of the crime. Isn’t it the state that offers plea deals, not the defense?

  51. Eastcoastdeb says:

Maybe they don’t want to show their hand in something Muesli. Bozo paid the money so there’s already an admission of guilt. Maybe it can lead to bigger charges against the grandparents down the road.

  52. Muesli says:

And, another thing. How dare the defense even think of a plea deal. We have all suffered through this circus long enough. They at least owe us a trial. I want a trial, and I want it to be televised. That is my Christmas wish.

  53. Molly says:

    muesli –

  54. Muesli says:

Okay, now I am going to go get comfortable in front of the TV. Nice seeing you all this evening. I’ll check in if I awaken during the night (which I often do). Sleep well all. May the lovely angels watch over you.

  55. nannab says:

I guess Joy and Jill are the defense’s only star witnesses.. says a lot

  56. nannab says:

nite Muelsi..maybe I will see u in the middle of the nite..

  57. Michelle (Not MFM!) says:

    Hi Everyone!
Please help. Who is Judge Miller and what did she say to or about Baez? What did I miss? LOL!

  58. nannab says:

Hi Michelle.. Guess I missed it too… lol

  59. Eastcoastdeb says:

LOLOL Muesli. And we deserve it too.

  60. stephanie says:

Hi Michelle and Nanna…I am really not here, lol. Let me go get you Mikka’s post

  61. Eastcoastdeb says:

Michelle, I”m only catching up on some of this stuff myself.

  62. Brad 'sidecar' Conwheels says:

Can we please make an effort to dig up any and every public record and bit of history on this piece of garbage Mort Smith? Criminal records, ex wives, failed support payments, etc? Since the defense wants to play this game, they should all be subject to the same rules they foist on everyone else.

Any news on tubesocks’ internship with dodgy dominic casey??

  63. smoke&mirrors says:

    Hi Michelle & nannab!

    REPOST

    mikka – 21 November 2009 14:16

thats teh part she slammed bozo

MILLS FRANCIS: But then, I have a question though. I have a question as to why he even agreed to this interview. Because what did we learn from him?

    VELEZ-MITCHELL: Because I asked him.

And he said yes. All right…

    (CROSSTALK)

MILLS FRANCIS: No but you asked him about her actions and he says I can`t really speak about my clients actions. But we know that she was out partying. We know that it took her 30 days to report her child missing. We know that she said a nanny did it who doesn`t exist.

He may not want to have to answer that question, but guess what? The state is going to be introducing that as consciousness of her guilt.

    (CROSSTALK)

VELEZ-MITCHELL: All right, guess what Judge? I`m going to toss it back to Jose Baez to give him the final word. This our special interview with him so, take it away. You`ve got about 45 seconds.

JOSE BAEZ: Well, is there a question here?

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Well, I mean, you just heard — you were just ripped, actually by Judge Mills. So what`s your response to their criticisms that perhaps maybe you`re — I don`t want to interpret — but grandstanding, perhaps?

MILLS FRANCIS: Grandstanding, that`s a good one.

BAEZ: Well, I don`t think there`s grandstanding going on here. I mean, obviously you`re going to have your critics. You have people who disagree with the decisions you make. I learned a long time ago, with this type of a case, you just can`t take yourself seriously. And if you do, then you`ll lose your mind. Because everybody…

MILLS FRANCIS: So why did you come on the show though?

HONOWITZ: Well you better take yourself seriously because your client is looking at death. You better take yourself seriously in this case.

    ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
If you want to read the full transcript from the JVM Show, it is in the top post above. Hope that helps.

  64. stephanie says:

Thank you Smoke…I was just getting ready to post that, lol.
Okay now I am really gone…NIght everyone

  65. smoke&mirrors says:

YW Steph! Have a good night.

  66. Eastcoastdeb says:

Thanks Smoke. Good nite Steph and I’m off too. Everyone have a nice evening.

  67. nannab says:

Hi steph.. I left for a minute and now I am behind…lol

  68. nannab says:

    thanks smoke and Steph

  69. nannab says:

    Nite EC..

  70. smoke&mirrors says:

    Nite Eastcoastdeb. YW nannab.

  71. smoke&mirrors says:

Well, it’s been a strange week in the case against Kronk?! Who… oh the defense team had me confused… meant to say in the case against Casey! Okay “Duhfense” now that you’ve had another media blitz, it’s time to get serious and ready for the Economic Fraud Case against CASEY!

    Good night all.

  72. gigwails says:

Notice Baez never says….”My client couldn’t have done this because…” He instead says, “(Fill in the blank) had just as much opportunity to commit the crime as my client.” Not a very decisive or convincing statement.

  73. Brad 'sidecar' Conwheels says:

“JOSE BAEZ: Well, is there a question here?

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Well, I mean, you just heard — you were just ripped, actually by Judge Mills. So what`s your response to their criticisms that perhaps maybe you`re — I don`t want to interpret — but grandstanding, perhaps?”

Hi Baez – yes…that was a ‘question’ – you should know that, right? Considering you are faculty at an (unaccredited) law school. What is the deal with baez having to be walked through every procedure, motion, hearing and interview he has ever done? Is his iq above 90? I know it took him a few tries to pass the bar exam, but sheesh!

  74. nannab says:

It it took him a few times to pass the bar..then he should have it all down pat… but what more can you expect from a first class clown jugler?

  75. gigwails says:

How can somebody be so cocky and so incompetent at the same time?

  76. Michelle (Not MFM!) says:

Thank you Smoke, for posting that! He is clueless, isn’t he?

  77. nannab says:

    Gig..he is famous..that’s why..

  78. gigwails says:

    Hi nanna! No, he’s infamous.

  79. nannab says:

Guess that’s why we call him Bozo..eh?

  80. gigwails says:

    Ha,ha…yup!

  81. hvf says:

So not taking himself seriously would seriously cause me to question about the fact that he doesn’t give a s*** about what happens to his client. The man is a complete moron and yes, Brad-side-car, he truly does have the IQ of 90.
ANd does Hurl-all-doe have some special interest in bozo winning this case?

  82. hvf says:

    like that is gonna happen.

  83. madmaxi says:

I just woke up and read the link humble posted above” will anthony take a plea”…
and Jose says he has to guard and take no risks with casey, so the familly must stay away.
WHAT???? he is as good as admitting that he is afraid his client will pitch another fit at her parents.. like she did when she had been in jail one month!!!! remember.. just imaging how mad she could get after 4oo + days in jail….

  84. madmaxi says:

and another point jose made in the article is rediculous,,

he says, ” there is a whole part of this case that no is reporting or knows about and that will all come out at trial!!!!!!!!” What is he possible saying??? Is this how trials go??? where, he can come in with perry mason moments at the end like,, has he secretly FOUND NANNY THE ZANNY???? and wouldnt he have to share this “whole part of this case”
with the state??? If he has a whole nother part of proof that casey is innocent,, why is he willing to have her sit in jail for 2-3 years waiting for trial… give it up now, so she can go home… dumb fool

  85. Muesli says:

Good morning madmaxi, hvf and the rest of you just hanging out this morning.

  86. EDRN says:

A little off topic here, but..I was watching something yesterday and the trial was such big news in the area that instead of moving the trial, they brought in jurors from another county and sequestered them. Now wouldn’t that be more cost effective than moving the trial?

  87. madmaxi says:

hi muesli,, and edrn… edrn.. great idea… I think it would save alot of money…

  88. EDRN says:

Its not like no one anywhere hasn’t heard of this case, but if Bozo wants to move the trial, they should move the people from whatever area Bozo said he wanted the trial moved too…was it Miami?
    Good Morning Mad

  89. Muesli says:

edrn, what a good, cost efficient solution to the jury problem. I’d be willing to go to Orlando for the months (years?) it would take to try Casey. But, somehow, they will google my name and see all the comments I have blogged this past year. I could, of course, get a sleazy lawyer to guide me into lying about blogging. What, me blog?

  90. EDRN says:

I would actually love to be on this jury, but like you, they would search me and find out that I blog too. Maybe they should get jurors from other states….I volunteer!

  91. nannab says:

    morning everyone…

Remember.. water seeks it’s own level..
Lyons is no different ..the arrogant roll model for Bozo..

  92. nannab says:

The picture Just is talking about.. look at half Caylee’s face and then the other half.. 1 half is really sad and unhappy looking… the WF next to her makes me wanna puke..
