When this case does go to court it will be like a movie where actors have to learn lines.LOL Casey may be a good lier but not a good act, she won’t remember her story. I read the Hornsby blog. His manner/style makes it difficult to think about whether he is correct in his interpretations of the law. If I take away the snarkiness (hard to do) IMO he does sound as if he is the correct one here, and not Bill… I suggested to him than instead of his passionate blog rant, he should gather together like-minded professionals and write a letter to the editor disagreeing with Bill’s analysis so that the public can be properly informed. If he wasn’t speaking from the position of a professional lawyer giving his professional analysis, it would have been a very funny post — I laughed at his “twisted suspenders” nickname for Bill.
Mikka – don’t worry about Bill & Kathy – they’re big boys and girls and can take care of themselves :-).
And just to be clear – I may be in agreement with Hornsby about his interpretation of what exactly is a “motion in limine” and what is or is not worthy of being admissable (admissable does NOT mean correct and normal people can see through c*ap like this stuff), but I am not in agreement with the defense’s even making this motion, the release of the videos, the tv tour, and any of their allegations against Mr. Kronk because while it may be legally admissable or at least worthy of consideration by a judge given a motion to do so, it is in despicably bad taste and sets a very, very poor precedence for future legal motions to forensically dissect other good-Samaritan witnesses. Scary.

Hi Steffie…I am not saying he is wrong, but he is way out of line. He is supposed to be a professional and he sounds like a child, imo. I think he might be a wee bit jealous. Now if he would have pulled some laws out and cited them or an explanation why he is correct…that would have been one thing. But, he did so much slamming it is hard to get through it and see what he is saying. Of course I didn’t read very far…no patience for people that behave like that, lol.
I do agree that it is normally for defense attorneys to dig up dirt on witnesses and place the blame there. Defense attorneys have always done that. But, normally they do that in a court of law In front of the jury. If it should come out that someone else is not responsible and this other horrid person is probably the perpetrator…they normally have some police reports to back it up. But, to put out there accusations like that in a motion is a little different. I hope he has the police reports to back up all of these accusations. I think one of his x’s even said he tried to poison her…Which I am assuming would be attempted murder and their would be a police report. She certainly doesn’t look or act easily intimidated…or at least enough not call LE.

There is a reason defense has immunity to defame DURING a trial and not in the public. Its low and dirty and ridiculous. Prior bad acts would usually refer to DOCUMENTED arrests, polic reports, hospital records, etc . I always felt Hornsby had a bit of sour grapes for Baez, jealous I guess, now I guess hes rev3ealing a bit of soiur grapes for BS popular blog. I read the motion earlier today, now just read mr. hornsby post. whether the motion is legally right, it wasn’t right what they did. I’m sure if there were any police reports, hospital adminttance, they would be attached to this motion as proof to these allegations. Their media tour was already set up & the motion ready to be filed prior to kronks depo on nov 19th. which the motion also states that kronk gave inconsistencies in his depo. His depo was nov 19th, the motion was all typed up & signed on nov 18th! how does that work? By filing this right after the depo, do they want people to think that all of this stuff came out in the depo? Is that why the timing of the filing?
Mr. Hornsby, no one appointed you (but you) to give bill s. “a piece of his own medicine”. legal issues aside, comments about bill personally were rude, snotty & yes condencending. sounds like some jealousy there to me.

I am excited because we are going to save so much money…I have a big tray that I put them into roll. So I sat in front of the tv yesterday doing it…I swear in the video the guy gentle held the butt of the smoke as it filled. I kept trying to do this and it just screwed them up. That is when I went back and read the directions…no need to hold the butt…when it fills it just spits it off the end, lol.

It’s good incentive Steph. I bought a new kitchen set with money I saved years ago. It was a good goal and something I really wanted and gave me motivation.

She does NOT care about her family – so I’m guessing that as the Kronk stuff blows over…she may start metioning to Bozo “you know…I just remembered my mom said she was gonna take caylee from me” or whatever lie she comes up with. Actually, I think hapless, lying georgie boy will be most likely to get framed by casey.
There is now a ‘caseydidn’tdoit’ blog and let me assure you it is quite nauseating. Nothing of real interest there.
Also this new blog decrying sheaffer seems like yet another scumbag attorney trying to get 15 minutes of fame out of this circus. Sheaffer is right and he seems to actually care about his profession and is trying to keep some dignity and honor, but hornsby or hornswaggle or whatever his name is doesn’t care about or understand that.

Hi Brad…I think the defense will throw anyone they can under the bus including Cindy and George. If they don’t do it during trial it will be done during the penalty phase, imo.
You know even if Hornsby is correct…he acted like a spoiled jealous child calling names. It was very unprofessional and rude.
