    The motion was filed after Casey Anthony’s defense attorneys found two people, not listed in EquuSearch’s documents, who stated they searched the exact area where the skeletal remains were found.

    Searcher Joe Jordan claims he searched the area on Sept. 1, 2008 with five or six others, including a dog handler named Danny Ibison and another dog handler from the Panama City Sheriff’s Office, court documents show.

    Another woman, Laura Buchanan, of Mendham, N.J., said that on Sept. 3, 2008 she searched “near the privacy fence and worked my way towards and then beyond the spot where the body was found,” according to a sworn statement.

    Both Buchanan and Jordan said there was no indication a dead or decaying body was in the area when they searched.

    mikka, I think the prosecution lays low and doesn’t make a spectacle of themselves, because the know they got her and don’t need to do interviews to prove anything,

    Jose Baez filed the paperwork in court Monday asking the judge to order EquuSearch founder Tim Miller to turn over information — such as names and phone numbers — for the thousands who volunteered to look for the missing 2-year-old Orange County girl.

    He got his paperwork from TM. I hope the judge says no way especially after the crap they have pulled!

    Mikka, the prosecution had to be slick about this trial! One of their things for sure will be the change of venue….Baez is the one on tv poisoning the jury pool, not the prosecution.

    They are just trying to muddie the waters and confuse future jurors who thought they already know the story. It’s become so convoluted has anyone remembered a little girl- Caylee. It’s become all about the media, Anthonys, their attorneys, prosecution, the Sunshine Law, Equusearch,the PI’s, ans so-called mistakes made by LE. The ONE thing it’s never about anymore is CAYLEE.

    Am I dreaming, or didn’t we watch a court hearing where Judge Strickland said that Tim only had to submit 32 or 35 names of volunteers who searched near that area. Let’s get real. 4,000 volunteers were not searching on Suburban Dr.I thought that issue was settled during that hearing.

    Has anyone else thought that Casey knew that first guy that visited her? Something is really bugging me about the video of the visit – She seems to get instantly angrey and cut – Her bodylanguage is similar to when Cindy was asking her all those questions.
    I just can’t get it out of my head – Caysey asks them to turn the sound up and its like she is stiff, angry and as if she has recognised him. Sorry to rave on but she mentioned him to Lee and I haven’t read anything else about it – thought someone could set me straight on him.

    Humble,
    I remember Tim Miller saying that he was afraid to go into the water (he was on one of those all-terrain things) he didn’t want to accidentally run over Caylee’s little body if she was there. He was afraid of breaking a bone, or moving her little body because of all the water. I certainly understand that! He “knows” what he’s doing, unlike some of these other brain dead idiots! He has no reason to lie, he has a great reputation.

    Imagine what would have happened if he had crushed her little bones, or disturbed what evidence was left. Poor Dr. G. would have a real problem then. Of course, the duct tape was really stuck to Caylee’s skull. That helped Dr. G. determine murder.
