Yea from what I saw on the rerun, all the stuff he said before was to look like he was against Casey! NO way! He is just in there for the ratings. Geraldo who should be smarter than he was, should have not allowed them on his show! I can’t believe that Fox allows him to be this way! Allow these axe grinders to come on the show and say stuff just so his buddy can think that he is going to be a hero for an attorney!

Fox has got to get rid of Geraldo. He never makes any sense, and seems confused many times, stumbling over his words. He has one of the worse tv spots anyway. The good ones get the whole weekend off. I would watch him on other stations years ago, but have really come to dislike him, and also don’t trust that he is honest in his reporting. I didn’t get to see his interview with Dr. Baden, as it was the 3 a.m. repeat and, just as that segment was coming on (after I had suffered through his show), they brought breaking news about a rocket that had launched successfully.
Rats. Anyway, I am sure someone will post the link sometime today.
Any time I had yesterday, I spent reading either here, there or anywhere, trying to get a feel for what is happening with this ridiculous mess of a case. Almost no where did I see anything about Caylee Anthony. Poor baby is getting lost in the fracas.

Good morning Humble. The next thing, the judges will start going at each other. It is unbelievable how every day there is some new act performed. I keep rereading Hornsby’s email to Biaz. Imagine, he sent in July 2008. To Hornsby’s credit, he knew how the defense should have handled this case. Obviously, Biaz didn’t pay attention to his advice. They must have some sort of organization for defense lawyers to help each other out. I am going to research that. Biaz was already looking for help in July 2008. He was already drowning back then–way over his head.

Humble, I’ll bet that sometime during this past year C&G have tried to have a visit with Casey, and she probably denied it. Casey has to agree to any visit. They need her permission, and no one else, not even Biaz. So, the ball is in Casey’s park.

But the way it is, it’s scattered about.. And although Humble has everything pretty much in order, due to things being released here and there, on different dates, evidence released one time, results of the evidence released months later, after people with pea brains like me have already forgotten what evidence was even being tested, let alone its evidence number.. Thank God for Humble, smoke, and all of you other bloggers that help me keep this case in check..
I really do think that Richard has planned to file suit… (from reading a couple of his posts on his site), but I think that Richard and Jesse’s FIRST AND FOREMOST priority is Justice for CAYLEE.. After that is said and done, I honestly believe you’ll see civil suits crawling out of the woodwork because of this case. The only reason I think they’re not doing it right now is out of respect for Caylee. IMO
