I received an email today from David Evans, Roy Kronks attorney. There is not a site set up for Kronks defense fund.

According to WESH.com they are saying that decomp was found on a paper towel that came out of a trash bag in Casey’s car. It is said that decomp was wiped up with the paper towel. There was also coffin flies found on that paper towel. Entomologist Neil Haskell stated that the colony of coffin flies found at the scene means that Caylee’s body was put there the end of June 2008. He also states that the hair in the trunk with the death rings on it and the hair from the remains match. So with the grave wax on the towel, the coffin flies and the hair, it leads back to Casey.
ZFG attorney’s have submitted a motion to set a trial date. John Morgan said they expect the trial to take 5 days. I think the Judge needs to step on it and get a date! I think she has waited long enough for this to end!

The coffin flies, gravewax issue was brought to light with the last dump. Combined with the air sampling, the smell as explained by the C&G, this is proof beyond a reasonable doubt that there was a body in the car.
The continuity of posession of the car is relatively sound.. The car was picked up to be impounded in the same place that she had left it. We know via text that the car smelled. The ONE thing that does not seem to be in any discovery is the apparent existence of the surveillance video of the car in the parking lot. This was brought to light by someone? there has not been any petition to release it? or does it exist?

When all topographical levels’ areas are taken into account this raises the top of the water level standing in the basin to the 81.23 ft elevation. This level matches well with what the searches state in that they state they walked along the fence of the backyard adjoining the property. That fence is on a topography level of 81.57 ft, which means they would have been able to walk on dry land. Little Caylee was resting at a level of 79.5 feet. That puts Caylee’s remains, from the level they rested, to the top of the water, under 1-3/4 feet of water and approximately 40 feet away from the closest point the searchers could have gotten from the fence and remained on dry land.

Yes she is.. And she even maximized the size of the basin, as to give a little leadway to the duhfense.. And still estimates that Caylee was under nearly two feet of water on Sept 1-3.. And she only included the rainfall for the last 14 days of August.. Didn’t include June, July, and the first part of August, and there was almost 21 inches of rain that fell during that period.. These last witnesses are full of hoo doo.. IMO

Given the time quoted by these searchers, absolutely NO WAY would there be any observable scent of human decomposition present. The “normal” swamp smells includine an abundance of methane from rotting vegitation should have provided a pungent but NOT intollerable background

Do you guys remember an email, close to the beginning of this case.. It was from Vass, (I’m pretty sure that’s his last name) from the Body Farm?? He sent an email to OSCO, after analying some of the evidence, and he specifically asks if there were any swampy areas in the vicinity. (Not exact statement, but same meaning) He had found something that was consistent with being in a swampy area.. And as it turns out, where was Caylee?? I believe this was before her remains were found.. I think it was in one of the last two sets of documents released..

Mike, we are still very curious about the very high levels of chloroform we saw in the trunk sample. I know you said nothing was found in the house search, but did the mother or other family member or friend/other relative have any access to pharmaceutical supplies ie working in a lab or hospital, veterinary clinic etc?? Mom is a registered nurse in a old folks home. But the daughter had sole custody of the vehicle. However, a forensic search of the home computer revealed Google search on How to make chloroform. They are trying to PIN down a time on the search to see who conducted the search.

I don’t really know where their house is or where the car was found in relation to their home or the Lake, or what direction it was pointing when it ran out of gas, or where her ‘friends’ live, etc, etc, but looking at the Orlando area by Google Earth satellite imagery, that Lake seems the deepest with nice secluded access points and is large enough so that if you go out 700ish feet from shore nobody can see what your doing. Also the vegetation on the NNW area of that Lake seems to be of what I would expect would produce the pinene and limonene we detected in the trunk (although it’s tough to tell by computer and it might be all over the place). If she really is in a body of water, she would have to be either weighed down or in a container to keep from floating via bloat. Might be an easy search if you use side-scanning sonar (but don’t know how deep the Lake is). The deeper, colder water there (also a hunch) might help prevent that from happening. Again hard to tell by satellite, but some of the remote parking garages appear to have cameras on their roofs – also don’t know if that helps any. Tate considers himself an outdoorsman. That’s why when Caylee Anthony first was reported missing in mid July last year, he got curious and started searching around in the woods near the Anthony family home.
“We lifted up everything in our area and there’s no doubt we would have found it if it was right where we were,” Tate said.
Tate was here two days in July that first week, and then he returned in November with the Texas Equusearch group. He volunteered with them an entire week.
“It was the last day of the search we tried that area,” Tate said. “We searched all over. Right as we were eating lunch they canceled it .. we were close that time.”
Drew says he doesn’t believe he was close to where the remains were found.
Two sworn statements, however, from other volunteers attached to yesterday’s defense motion indicates those volunteers were close and they don’t think Caylee’s remains were there when they were there in September.
Drew says he examined anything he felt suspicious.
Tate said if he had seen a canvas bag, “I would have opened it, I would have seen it.”
Drew says he was probably closest during his first search in July.
I should have smelled it at least the first go around .. we were close enough .. maybe we would have found something.
Tate says no one from the defense has talked with him about his searching. And Equusearch attorney Mark Nejame says he wants to speak out on the motion but he wont until early next week.

Why doesn’t she just plead guilty and throw herself on the mercy of the court? She might get off easier that way. The jury isn’t going to be happy being sequestered for weeks just to prove that Casey did it. I know I wouldn’t be. Although it would be interesting, most people have other things to do for weeks on end. It is so obvious that she is guilty of child neglect and lying to police, at the very least. And add the check forgery. Why even bother to plead “not guilty”? It is insulting to the jury. I would feel insulted having to listen to her nonsense.

Is this world so full of kooks? I live in Florida and never have come in contact with people like this. As for Joy Wray, that woman has definite problems. She wants to be buddy, buddy with the Anthony’s, so it seems she will do anything to stay in their good favor. There is also a site out there that wants to protect her, and maybe even they will become buddy, buddy with the Anthony’s. Seems like everybody wants to divert this case against Casey just to get attention.
It is a strange world. Like one big “reality show”. Maybe it is that drivel on TV that is rotting everyone’s brains. Normal people have to work for a living. Experiment? What are you doing. I just watched Drew Tate’s interview. He is the first person in this case who came across as an intelligent person. He even admitted that he was never actually in the area where the remains were found. Unfortunately, I’ll bet it is not over for him. The defense will get him, chew him up and spit him out, as they do with everybody who was unlucky enough to be even remotely affiliated with this case.
I am in cancer research. Cells need to be treated for 12 hrs, so I am the early shift. A person who works for me is the late shift. They are trying to create “reasonable doubt”. Their approach however seems to be throw mud at everybody else to divert attention from Casey. The lesson should be “don’t lie” and especially “don’t lie to the police about serious matters”. She deserves prison time just for this, in my opinion. What message does it send to kids if liars, obvious liars, not even very good liars, like Casey, are able to beat the system? What is wrong with these lawyers? She has a right to a fair trial. And a reasonable defense. Since when does that mean having an army of lawyers doing her lying for her? And doing everything possible to obfuscate from the real issues.
Wolfman, she will never admit to doing it. She thinks she can get out of this, but what she doesn’t understand is she isn’t up against Cindy, she is up against the state and a jury! According to Baez, she is innocent. According to the documents she is guilty as charged!

The issue of Lyon’s reprehensible remarks in her speech must be addressed. Her disparaging remarks included judges, jurors, women prosecutors and victim advocates. At the very least the Criminal Defense Bar in Florida (FACDL**) must condemn her words. To not do so will certainly taint all defense attorneys as negative stereotypes.
