Good morning all. It’s a golf day so I won’t be here most of the day. I just watched the Baden/Lyon video. What a waste of time. It is the same ole, same ole. “It’s inappropriate to discuss at this time”. If I hear that once again, I’ll scream. Why go on these programs if you are not going to give answers, ie., so how are you being paid. Each and everyone of them has skirted that question with vague and noncommittal answers. If Pepitone was so good, he would have badgered them for some better answer to that question. Why is it such a big secret? What’s the big deal about where the money is coming from? Could it be Casey is earning money on future deals, selling pictures, etc., etc.. Wouldn’t it be funny if Casey was, indeed, earning thousands and thousands of dollars, and she can’t use one penny of it. Boy, would that pi$$ her off. It would all go to the lawyers. And, when Casey’s money is gone, would C&G then pitch in with their ill gotten riches. I can’t see Cindy separating herself from her new fortune. Well, in their little world, they consider that a fortune. Have to get ready now. I’ll try to catch up this afternoon. Try not to type too fast as I have a hard time keeping up with you people.

I’ll put my $0.02 worth in, I was there on Sept 6th and TES’s people were there also. Neither I nor them could get there because of water. None of us had boots and we all just looked around the road at the end of the street. I walked inside a chain link fence as far as I could go because of water and walking west toward the woods and that was it. No one was closer than maybe 300 feet of finding her. I can’t imagine how those people got there. Did they have boots and machetes.
TES had an ATV and it could not go into the thick woods. They did not have anything but walking sticks.

I went and watched a video of Joy Wray.. Lighting candles for missing kids.. I assume it was her kids playing in the background.. (As in the case of a young mother whose baby died at 5 months old) You cry, you scream, you do anything and everything to try to make the pain go away, but it doesn’t. You pray to God to die, because you don’t want to go on living without your little one. Nothing heals your heart EVER, but as time passes it gets a little easier to live. In the case of a murdered child, you scream and shout to ANYONE who will listen, and you DEMAND justice be served for your child. You don’t sleep, you don’t stop, until you find out who did this to your child. You never stop trying to bring the killer to justice, no matter what, you NEVER forget your child.
Examples of NOT grief stricken:
You go out partying like there’s no tomorrow, getting tattoos, rubbing the poles, (both human and non-human), flaunt yourself all over town to both women and men, and act like you don’t have a care in the world. You drink too much, and find yourself hugging up to Mr. Tidy Bowl man, or whizzing in parking lots. You run from one friend to the next, telling lies about where your baby is, not seeming to even care where she is. You talk of dead squirrels in your car, and you laugh about it. I do think the state was far too lenient with Cindy when they knew she destroyed evidence. She should have been charged and they should have made her talk. I can see “taking the high road” but not to the point of weakness.

I think it is all about “reasonable doubt”. Trying to create i.e. manufacture “reasonable doubt” in the mind of one dumb juror. I don’t think the police came down nearly hard enough. Nor is the prosecution expediting this thing as they should. Of course the defense wants to delay. But there should be a time limit on those delays. The criminal justice system is working great for criminals. For the rest of us, not so much.
But that’s just enough for the prosecution to tear them apart on the witness stand.. “So you didn’t receive any money from Mr. Kronk, you were mad, and you decided to get even with him, is that correct”? It’s not going to help anything.. Just added more fuel to the fire for the prosecution..

Granted, they weren’t murder charges, but they weren’t childs play either.. The whole case was done and over with in less than 6 months.. I won, as you can tell.. How many more years is this going to take? Other murder trials come up in about one year. The judge needs to get this thing moving. Give her a fair trial, find her guilty, and execute the biotch. Let me tell you what happened to a friend of a friend of mine.. This lady got caught in the process of selling drugs, (was at someones house when they were busted).. She was sentenced to 7 years here in KY.. Meanwhile, she got caught for being an accomplice in TN.. Has a court date there. Can’t go because she’s in jail in KY.. They won’t transport her, TN won’t come get her.. So they’re going to issue a bench warrant for her in TN, for Failure to Appear. Now isn’t that the chit.. As I told my friend though, that girl shouldn’t have been doing what she was doing.. She wouldn’t be in jail or facing any charges at all if she’d been doing the right thing.. Plain and simple.. You play, you pay.. The reason I even thought of this is because of what eyes asked..

Of course to be a juror on a DP case, you must be able to convict with DP! gee, it makes sense to me.
Im not a DP proponent myself, but only because I think its an easy out for guilty people. I think Lyons previous cases sound like gang bangers, poor people, maybe some mentally incapable people etc, I wonder how many spoiled middle income enabled brats she has tried to mitigate circumstances for. To hear her speech, I dont think ” whaaaaa my mom and dad tried to control me” or ” whaaaaa my mom made me have a baby when I wanted to give it up for adoption”, even though she supported the baby and me for the past several years, and I was certainly of age when I gave birth to decide on my own legally without any input from her. Thats a little different than my client watched his dad eviscerate his mom, or my client lived on the streets since he was 10, or my client was defending himself from other gangbangers.

Around 12:30 p.m. today WFTV deleted the article containing Andrea Lyon’s video-taped speech and Bill Sheaffer’s opinion of it. Orlando Sentinel followed suit. WDBO also removed the video tapes Part 1 & 2. Only truncated versions of the tapes can be found on Youtube.

I can understand why this kind of crap would give some people cause for concern about getting involved in a murder investigation. However, with some passage of time and cooler heads prevail, I hope there will still be many people who will continue to do the right thing….find those missing people. And better yet, find ways to help prevent it!

Smoke, I am impressed with TES..and the work they do, but after what these defense attorney’s are doing is so wrong. I expect the privacy act to stand as is and all and any information kept confidential. The defense only needs a suspect they got it. The search has been stated by MANY it was too wet to search that one area!

. Smith recently went through very rough divorce. His wife got everything: the car, the house, the kids, both the dog and the cat. One day, he was driving along, when he saw his wife’s lawyer walking down the opposite side of the street, and uncontrollable urge came over him. He revved his engine, swerved across the on-coming traffic, and ran over the attorney. Unfortunately, he sideswiped a car and flips his own.
While he is being rushed to the hospital, he feebly asks the ambulance attendant, “Did I get him?” The attendant answers affirmatively. Just then, Mr. Smith passes on with a big grin on his face; however, he immediately wake to find himself in Hell.
He’s given the grand tour by none other than Satan himself. Satan leads him to room that is full of clocks. Satan says, “Except for you last act on Earth, you were a pretty good boy, so I’m giving you the job of cleaning the clocks.”
Mr. Smith scratches his head and asks, “They didn’t teach us about any clocks in Sunday school; what are they for?”
Satan replies, “We assign one to each newborn, and use them to keep track of their sins. They start off at midnight, and tick over one minute for each sin. That’s how I knew you weren’t so bad — your clock over here stopped at 1:30.”
As Bob examines his clock, the one next to it ticks over from 4:15 to 4:16. Bob says, “So that’s what a sin looks like. Where’s the clock for my wife’s attorney?”
Satan chuckles, “That one’s in my office – we use it as a fan.”
