The FBI is investigating an email and legal experts say what’s in it could land Cindy Anthony in a jail cell for obstructing justice. If the FBI finds the email is legit, it could prove Cindy was deliberately hiding evidence from detectives and, while Eyewitness News investigates the possible cover-up, the state wants the Anthony family to shut up.

Remember this? Cindy doesn’t go and get Caylee’s hair brush! Wonder why? Doesn’t she know that when running DNA testing on the hair they would eventually find out whose hair was in that brush? No matter what Cindy has done, her coverup wasn’t working very well for her, nor Casey. I still feel she knows what happen and she knows Casey killed Caylee.

Cindy gave permission to let him speak to Casey. Did they think Casey was the Dali Lama or something, that people needed permission to speak to her. Cindy was always afraid that Casey would break to the wrong people and it would get back to LE. Also, shouldn’t Caylee’s hairbrush have been in Casey’s bathroom, not Cindy’s. Whose child was this anyway?
Wolfman, I just left you a comment on the other post! It is one thing to love your daughter and stand by her, and it is another to lie and coverup for a murder! Cindy knows what happened to Caylee, she is just worried about losing Casey too! Guess that Casey never thought she would be caught!
Did you all listen to Drew Tate’s interview. I don’t think he helped the defense at all. He even admitted that he was never in the actual spot where Caylee’s remains were found. He also comes across as the most honest person so far in this horror show.

I guess a lot of people don’t think in terms of “evidence”. They think it’s all “he said, she said, and then I said”. The Anthonys strike me this way, sort of in a state of denial of reality. But in a courtroom, evidence is everything. I also think Casey not taking the stand will make the jury want to convict her. I understand why her lawyers would not allow her to take the stand (it wouldn’t be because she is a compulsive liar, or anything like that, would it?). But if one were not a liar, then what would be the problem taking the stand? Taking the fifth carries this implication. The accused can’t testify without lying, or convicting herself, therefore she can’t testify. Guilty.

hvf, which comments by Mike Brooke’s? I’ll bet we all know more details about this case than either NG or JVM ever could. They only receive bits and pieces from their workers, and then build their shows based on those tidbits. That’s why they get so infuriated when someone with knowledge about the case challenges them. I just cannot watch them anymore. I depend on the few who can, and see what they report back here. We spend hundreds of hours going over documents, listening to videos, etc., and they just don’t have that time to do it. Hi all, what I dont understand is why doesnt the state simply certify that a potential 100 people may have searched those woods and swamp, all amateurs, noone found anything fine. At the end of the day, with pics like J in F what does it really mean? There is water, there is garbage, there is tons of plants, it means nothing. The defense can quit digging up dirt on people, as regardless whether they found anything, it was there and easily missed!

The issue of Lyon’s reprehensible remarks in her speech must be addressed. Her disparaging remarks included judges, jurors, women prosecutors and victim advocates. At the very least the Criminal Defense Bar in Florida (FACDL**) must condemn her words. To not do so will certainly taint all defense attorneys as negative stereotypes.
