Talk Forensics, hosted by Larry E. Daniel of Guardian Digital Forensics, is announcing Jose Baez, criminal defense attorney was the guest Sunday, November 29th.
Baez born in NY in 1968, spent his childhood in Miami FL. He wanted to be in Federal Law Enforcement or a member of the Secret Service. After attending the St. Thomas School of Law, it took him 8 years to get his license to practice law in Florida on 22 August 2005. He was over spending and under paying the bills and morally irresponsible. He also didn’t pay his child support payments. He began wanting to be a prosecutor, then I guess he figured out that he would not be able to make public appearances and lie so he became a defense attorney. Baez, coped his attitude when he took on the murder trial of Caylee Anthony. He has pulled the race card, held a news conference about himself, gone on TV and announced Roy Kronk a suspect. He has also been scolded for hugging his client “my girl” a few times. He has been caught bringing a bracelet into the jail when he was delivery clothes.
About the Show:
The purpose of our show is to educate and entertain the public on the various fields of forensic science, crime scene investigation, missing person searches and various aspects of the legal system as it relates to forensic science.

What docs was the media allowed to dispute before. I know the pseudo suicide note was one. Was the other about the autopsy?

I think what I read was she did it for about a year, or maybe not! But she needs to have continual help! I am not being mean, but she really does! Any person in their right mind doesn’t run from lites and sirens, unless they are hiding something. She has nothing to hide, I don’t think!

I have to say, I got a warning about the forensic program and was there when the introduction came on. Then, there were somehow “technical problems” and the music came on and I tuned out. I’m wondering if Linda Kenney-Baden got word of this and put the kaibosh on it.
