    Mikka…The other night in the area Chlry lives in the swat team waited at a house but the guy wasn’t there. I don’t think they waited 10 hours though. I hope they find him and find him fast. I am worried he is going to take some more of his rage out on more officers…or hurt more children.

    I don’t like Mondays Nanna. I used to LOOOOOOOVE them when the girls were still home only because it was my day for breaks. I didn’t work and the girls went back to school and Larry back to work, lol. Today is kind of like that because everyone is gone, but I am super tired from the looooong weekend.

    Hi Humble…I agree if there is any reasonable doubt they can raise…the jury will than think she had help after the fact. Although I don’t believe she did and I also don’t believe the defense will be able to raise any kind of doubt.

    Mikka…The defense doesn’t make sense because they are idiots and full of themselves. They don’t care and just want their names out there.

    Even if there were no DNA/forensics in this case at all…all I would need to find her guilty is…Crasey was the last person to be with the baby and was in her sole care. She never reported her missing when confronted 31 days later, her mother did…then lied and lied when LE tried to help her find the baby…then the baby’s remains were found with duct tape, diagnosed as homicide…just these facts will result in guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, DNA/forensics just adds more fire to the guilt but isn’t necessary, IMO.

    Here is some info:

    Appeals are Time Sensitive – A notice of appeal must be filed within 30 days of sentencing.

    If you have been sentenced by the court because you were found guilty you only have 30 days from the date of sentencing to file a Notice of Appeal. If you fail to make that deadline, your right to appeal will, in most cases, be considered waived.

    I also believe where ever they have the trial Casey will get a fair trial. I think most jurists believe in their duty and take it very serious. I know I couldn’t sit on it…not on this case.

    How does he know, and why should the state have to put out their info on how they will handle the case. AND yes we know that Casey was mad at Cindyrella that is why Casey died!

    I don’t think they have to put sh*t out there. They are getting all the evidence and they can figure it out for themselves…idiots. See I think she was mad, but I don’t think that is why she killed Caylee. I think the fight just made her decide to go through with it. IMO, it was to get rid of Caylee so she can have the life she wanted and by getting rid of Caylee she would also be getting rid of Cindy. She didn’t have to depend on her watching Caylee and always calling her to come home…she than would have the party life she wanted.
