Keith Williams is another interview I never posted on. He met with LE and told him to the area. The officer picked up the stuffed animal bag, which was in KW trunk, and threw it and said it was too distorted. KW gave him his phone number and the officer said he would call if anything came up.
KW went and picked up the bag and put it in his trunk and drove over to the A’s house. He knocked on the door and showed the bag to Cindy. She stated “no” when asked about them, then said “No they weren’t, I didn’t know what they were.” KW put the bag back in his trunk and left.
He went over to his girlfriends house and she told him he had to call police. Again LE followed him to the area where he found the stuffed animals, clothes and fathers day balloons.
Even after Caylee had been found he went over to the area on Suburban Drive and tried to talk to an officer. They pretty much blew him off.
In the third transcript, KW was asked by Baez about the meter reader guy. KW said, “Why would a meter reader be out there, there isn’t a meter there.”
All of his searching was brought on by a woman named Charlie in Texas. Charlie is a 71 year old woman who could see things. KW had said that Charlie had seen a vision about a swimming pool and a ladder. He said he is from the neighborhood that Casey lived and Caylee was found. Now who is a suspect and who isn’t? I forget.

Good morning all. I totally forgot about Keith Williams. Probably a good idea to go through a lot of the old interviews and reports while things are quiet. It is so easy to overlook things. Also, with all the new information and motions, etc., it is interesting how reading old interviews takes on a new meaning. Problem is in listening to the audio tapes of some of these characters. It was painful the first time around, and even more so a second or third. But, it will help keep up on track of the details we may have missed, and which now have a bearing on this case.
My goodness, it is 09:15 and no one is commenting. I hope you are all reading the interviews posted above. I have read through all three of them and took some notes. I wonder where these people all come from. Is there some kind of mold they are created from so that they are all somewhat strange? This Keith has now put himself into almost the same situation as Roy Kronk as far as possibly being a suspect. He was also hanging around near the site (but never at the actual spot) just as Kronk was. When reading the transcripts of these people, that old song always comes into my mind: “close the doors, they’re coming in the window”. After you have all read or reread the above links, let’s discuss some of the facts.
Just one thing quickly. Keith’s girlfriend was afraid that by Keith trying to find Caylee’s body last August, he might be3 incriminating himself. Now, wasn’t that extremely farsighted of her?

Also, it also goes to show that the police are reading the blogs. Yuri Melich said to Keith that the news and the blogs were circulating his name.

The girlfriend that was extremely farsighted of her to think that! Makes you wonder! Now a possible 2 suspects, of course not pointing any fingers here!

I can’t believe that this guy brought the bag of stuffed animals over to Cindy. What is wrong with these people? Is everyone involved in this case stupid? His girlfriend told him to call the police. No, they have to make contact with Cindy. Why?
Muesli, the first call the cop threw it back in the woods, and did nothing. So I guess he thought he would see if Cindy recognized it! She claims she didn’t!
The cop (I assume Cain) said that the bag was too deteriorated. Actually, he was probably right. A large, black plastic garbage bag does not deteriorate within one month. Just look around any dump site and the bags stay in pretty good shape for months if not years. Caylee was dumped in July, and he was looking in August. Impossible.

i am back on line, trying to catch up on what has been happening-it is almost like starting all over. I will be reading and Lurking (is Mikka still charging? lol ) but just wanted to say hello. Remember the dead cry out for Justice and it is the duty of the living to pursue it.
Never looked at a trash bag sitting out, but had someone looked a little hard, maybe Caylee would have been found earlier. Yes I know that there was water there, but still get the old waiter-boots on!

morning Humble, Mues, hvf.. I do remember this guy finding a bag in the area & taking it to Sindy & wondered how true his story was.. Now, after reading all three interviews, I find his story even more confusing & unbelievable.. was it Cain who he talked to & did Cain throw the bag of stuffed animals back into the woods? that is odd! And, KW says the tent was covering the spot where he saw the Father’s Day balloon & other bags, right? Then he questions why RK was there too? Overall, I find his story without merit, full of a lot of hummm, uncertainties, etc. Did we ever hear anything about his taking the bag to the A’s in any of Sindy’s transcripts? Maybe not if she tried convincing him that they weren’t Caylee’s? I guess I am suspicious of many as the rest of us and I do believe he is putting himself in the same situation as Kronk.. Bozo will def. try to tie this guy into Caylee’s demise as he has poor Kronk! And, just where do they find ppl like him, his gf, & his 71 yr old Charlie friend from Texas? Can this case get anymore confusing.. things just keep cropping up as do these nuts out of the woods onto the bandwagon.. anyone in their right mind would know they’d be dragged into this crazy case as a potential suspect! Oh my, what a mixed bag of nuts this case has in it!!

GM ScRaMa..I am unsure if his story is unbelievable, but it is confusing what he was doing going, in a circle. It’s hard to understand the transcripts, he did this, then this but before this, etc. It is a circle. The fathers day balloons have been on my mind since I read his transcripts, wonder if they were for Geo…..

She did not take the bag, he took it back to the area, I assume threw it back in the woods, no one wanted it. I guess when all else fails he should have called the media! Someone of the them would have gone out there…

I read the transcripts above, and the thing that nags me is the fathers day balloons-I know those balloons were later found close to Caylee’s body.
I am curious if these were maybe some stuffed animals that lived in the trunk?
I know he took the bag back.. but will she ever admit looking in it & saying it has nothing to do with Caylee? that is what I was wondering..
Caylee’s DNA could have still been on those stuffed animals…
There were balloons, but when I was reading it last night, I started wondering if these balloons were for Geo and since the big blow up they got caught in the cross fire of Casey’s anger.

I thought of that too, like what if they were in the trunk? And, if this was Cain? omg.. yes, maybe DNA would have showed on them! So if any of his story is true, what will this prove? Just that Caylee’s body was there in August! And, we all know that!
Well it would prove that, since the d-team is stating that she wasn’t there!
They have blamed every one except “Larry The Cable Guy”-so I guess he disposed of the stuffed animals……
I just can’t help but chalk this up to just another spin on the crazy casey case.. I am completely & totally lost when it comes to the many ppl who had “came across” Caylee’s remains at the same time.. with so many there at the same time, did anyone of them run into each other? lol.. speaking of those who searched separately, not the team of searchers!
Humble, even with boots on, you can hardly get through the vines and underbrush, with or without water. And, you don’t see in at all it is all so thick. I have that right across the street from me. Even this morning while out with the dog, I walked the perimeter of the woods, and couldn’t see in even a few inches. Wouldn’t go in there anyway because of the snakes, spiders, and further in with the water, alligators. Also, if the bag was so deteriorated, then the condition of the stuffed animals would have to emulate that deterioration and would, in my opinion, not be in nice condition. Also, according to his testimony in the third interview, he didn’t find that bag even close to the body.
Many were in that area, when TES was there they said it was flooded. They just were not in the exact area. Of course poor Caylee sat out there for months while mom partied up a storm and then caused a hurricane!
LE never admits whether they have the bag of stuffed animals or not. Does anyone know if they do?
Muesli, yea I know. But Keith said it was not very thick at that time. But honestly for all we know with the water, she could have been floating also. But I will tell you this, Casey put her there. Why would someone else go and put Caylee in that area, unless you were familiar with it and know where to put it so she couldn’t be found! And who said she is close to hope/home! CASEY!

exactly, Mues.. he found the bag of stuffed animals about 30 yards away, something like that.. but, like other searchers, they were way off just like DCasey was.. why this is just so confusing.. what I think is the flood waters moved the remains out closer to the road.. but the bag of stuffed animals could have been tossed aferwards? oh heck I am speculating!
I believe that Baez knew she was in that area, as did Cindy. Williams told Baez about it!

Cindy has known from day one Caylee was dead, but I am unsure if she knew right away she was at the end of the street. I think that took time. KioMarie said early on she thought Caylee was in that area…look what happened when people aren’t listening!
Hi Humble, I remember seeing a video of that physic who was searching that area and one had a dog in that area and she said that she couldn’t go any farther in the woods cause of all the water. The police should use that video to show that that woman couldn’t get into the woods due to water being back there.
maybe Sindy guessed after Casey’s coded mesages from jail? by saying they were close to Hope or home? And, I do believe others went there to search after KioMarie’s transcript.. that is a nobrainer

They where like three of them in a van and there was a young man in the car and he said he had a sick feeling when they drove by that area. Plus they had that big dog with them that was so hot from the heat.

That’s another thing they should have someone check into what casey said on the jail house video to see if she said hope or home. I thought she said hope myself. But they have experts that can check that kind of stuff out. I am for sure in my mind she was telling her bro where Caylee was.
But Gail was there and it showed on the video that there was water there at that time so that would not help Baez in his venture to try and free casey.

The was some of these people talked they act like they trampled that area when in truth they didn’t go into that water to seach after the hurricane. I have lived in Florida and I have seen how thick and swampy it can be with the rains they sometimes have not with just a hurricane either. Lots of low lying area for the water to run off to. I am with Mue the underbrush is a scary thing to go into.
That it’s close to hope/home… Guess it doesn’t matter, she was close to HopeSpring, and close to home. But Casey knew long ago where she put Caylee!

Hi Humble I have been busy with the holidays and been lurking and trying to catch up on the reading so I always read up to late and everyone has left…lol But I think Baez will have a hard time with have to so many people near where the body was place he could throw an number of people under the bus. But the nanny took Caylee remember BAEZ or did you forget that. That was or is casey story and she almost stuck to it until the BP story came up and I am not even sure that it was a story from casey or from something she and cindy cooked up!
And do you really think that if KW took those stuffed animals to cindy that she would claim them cause she know where Caylee was and that might expose a dead Caylee sooner.
Well, not long before they were suspecting Kronk, it was said a stranger. So it was the Nanny, a stranger and then Kronk. I wish someone would make up my mind already, but of course I know it was Casey!
Cindy wouldn’t claim them, that for sure would have caused a problem for her.
Long phone call. Humble, the water in these swampy areas is still standing water, interspersed with all the growth under and above the water, so nothing would, in fact, float away. It would just stay put, tangled in the growth surround it.

Humble, I am also still wondering about the stuffed animals. They didn’t say if they had them or not. Sort of skirted around that. Also, remember something about a toy horse which matched a set in Caylee’s bedroom. Wonder if they were ever able to match that up, i.e., one of the set missing.

I find most of the info in the discovery docs. Surprise! Earlier on, I was following the news media very closely. Then when I went to various blogs for more details, after weeding through the rumors, I found there are some really smart researchers in the blogsphere who take it a step further than the media hype.

If that many stuffed animals of my child’s went missing, I would have reported it when the child went missing. I would have no need to look in the bag at all. FRI, November 1, 2008 – Detective Yuri Melich reprimanded for participation in blogging.
They stated that they would respect Biaz’s wishes within the rules of the Jailhouse. The rule about attorney/client visits is that they are monitored for safety reasons, and also to insure that no contraband is exchanged. Remember Miss Cindy sneaking in a bracelet in the clothes to Casey. That was contraband, and she got away with it.
The whole lot of anthony’s don’t know how to tell the truth so why would she admit they stuff toys where Caylee’s that would be another piece of evidence against casey to do that. And then we have cindy and the hair brush. Until someone told on her about the hair brush no one would of known she didn’t give LE the one that only Caylee used. She is just a sneaky lying contriving you know what…lol
Hmm, Humble I was going to post that article link…makes you wonder what they’re hiding. Haven’t they tried this motion in various forms before? Maybe the twizzlers are on tape? And there is a guard outside the door…maybe someone did overhear where Caylee’s body was and it got back to Kronk…maybe they’re afraid they will release the tapes and lip readers will see her tell them where to find her.
Well, possession is 9/10th of the law, I would say Baez was the sneaker.

I remember the interview with i think, Greta where cindy gave her a tour of the house.In Caylee’s bedroom Greta said “my, look at all these stuffed animals” and Cindy said “oh, there’s more than this”.hmmmmm……
I, personally, think that Cain got a raw deal. If you read in the second interview, Keith said that Cain called someone about the bag of toys before he discarded it. So, someone higher up gave him the advice to ignore Keith and his bag of toys. Of course, Cain was fired because just one more idiot showed up to claim a reward. Lots about the reward money in the third interview.

Mama, I never heard what happened to them but if KW was there retreiving them and later after Cain’s past came up, I’m sure LE went to get- ergo-more proof that it was under water in August or later. He was also chased away in October when he went there with a shovel.

Did any of you read in the third interview about Keith wanting to find Caylee to insure that he has some sort of faith? What a weirdo. He stated that he searched in the beginning with good intentions, then the idea of the money is what prodded him on. He wasn’t sure how he would spend the reward money. His whole interview the third time is very confusing. He really doesn’t seem to know what he is talking about. First he says he doesn’t watch much about the case, then says that he looked where LE had the tent, or thinks so, but that it is all changed now. What? He assumed that Caylee must be under the tent where the forensics people were working, but he wasn’t sure. He is full of it. When asked about the site of the tent, his opinion was that it was obvious from what he saw of the tent. This guy was way off, and I am sure he is sorry he ever opened his mouth with all his conflicting statements. Guess who is next under the bus? He should have listened to his girlfriend back in August.

Now, wonder where Biaz got the idea that Kronk was the one to move the body and possibly be the murdered. Well, if you go to the third interview, page 18, 4th line down, and read on, you will see where Keith put that bug into Biaz’s ear.
ECD I think KW got a ticket for being back there the principle of the school called the law on him didn’t he have a shovel with him at that time when he was reported. hmmmmm Baez my say it was him and toss him under the bus…lol I think they are going to need a big old greyhound bus when baez gets done with everyone.
Humble, Keith stated that he wanted to have faith like everyone else. He was hoping that if this psychic was correct, and he found the body, then he would have a faith in the form of believing in something, i.e., a psychic. That is how I read it, or interpreted it.

Muesli, when asked if Kronk had contact with an alive Caylee, the drama queens of defense team, paused and never answered that question.
Can someone tell me why all these people are calling Biaz with information. Why on earth don’t they just call LE if they think they have something. Who was it that said when they called Biaz he was very rude to them and just hung up? I can’t remember right now.
I still don’t know what to make of Keith’s discovery … on the one hand if Cindy had recognized anything of Caylee’s in the bag, wouldn’t she have taken it or at least wanted to know exactly where he found it? But then I also thought about the bag of toys after Caylee was found and the lack of toys and clothes found with her, which made me think KC probably ditched all of that stuff someplace else …

denjet, there is still a question of a small toy horse that was found with the remains. It was speculated at the time that it could belong to a set which was found in Caylee’s bedroom. I don’t know what happened about that horse. Did it match? Maybe we have to wait for the trial to find out. There is going to be so very much that we did not pick up on or that has not been released yet. It will be interesting at trial to see how close any of us were to what actually happened.

It must be hard to take all Caseys statements (im scared) and try to fit a case around her BS.Im with everyoneone hear in that she did say “thats my story and im sticking with it” Its got to be a full time job for Bozo et all in trying to own up to that!!
KW should have never taken those toys to cindy even if he knew casey for years ago this was a police matter and he got himself involved by going by himself to that area. Judge Strickland will hear four motions in the State vs. Casey Anthony case beginning at 9:30 a.m.:
Motion to preclude the death penalty procedures
Motion for a protective order prohibiting Orange County Jail from videotaping attorney visits
Motion for a protective order directing Orange County Jail to destroy videos of family visits
Motion to dismiss counts 1,2, 4, 5, 7, 8 10, 11, 13 for violation of double jeopardy clause
Anthony’s lawyers filed the motions saying there isn’t enough information in the murder indictment for Anthony to defend herself so they want it thrown out. They are also trying to get the check fraud case dropped too claiming double jeopardy because she faces several counts of basically the same charge.

At times, a corrections officer is stationed outside that classroom or in one of the monitoring stations to observe the meetings, but not to listen to the conversations.
Moore said the jail follows the same video monitoring procedures for all inmates.
The only time a report is generated in relation to a meeting is when something inappropriate happens. In October 2008, jail staff warned Baez that he was not allowed to touch his client. Reports show corrections officers witnessed Baez hugging Anthony.
Moore said in a statement that jail policy “forbids any kind of touching between visitors and inmates.”
As far as the motions go, I think the Judge will soon be fed up with this repetitive BS.. I know that’s something that gets on my main nerve, quick, fast, and in a hurry.. He’s in a LOT of pain. We have to see a specialist in the morning. I finally got brave and looked at his x-rays, and OUCHIE!! It’s broken completely in two, and it appears that his shoulder is dislocated. The way they’re talking, he may need surgery to set/repair it. I hope not, but if that’s what it takes for it to be done right, that’s what we’ll do… He’s my active one.. Always playing sports, etc.. I don’t want him to be impaired when it comes to doing what he loves to do..

How awful Justme. I have an active son who is very similar- broken hands, wrists, ankles, forearms. It’s so difficult for the collar bone though because it is so frequently used and affects so much movement. Good luck with his prognoses

Thanks Mikka.. You’re right, he was very lucky.. Someone up above definitely had his eye on him.. He was on an old strip mine site.. They had cut a water breaker across the road, (it’s like a very deep ditch).. He was behind his friend.. The friend saw it and was able to stop.. Instead of my son hitting his friend in the rear, he swerved left and didn’t see the water breaker.. When he did see it, it was too late.. He couldn’t stop.. The 4 wheeler hit, and threw my son off.. He landed on his head/shoulder.. They said without the helmet, we may have been looking at completely different and a lot worse results..
