Deputy Cain met KW at the Grandee Dr address. Cain followed him to the area just off Suburban Dr. KW got out of his car and Cain got out of his. They walked to the tree area where the tree was down. They climbed over the tree and went down a little bit. He said there was ton of junk, trash, garbage everything there. He went down picked up a bag, stuff fell out. He said he walked over into a wooded area, the area was full of vines.
KW then showed him the bag he took from the area. Cain was not sure who was in the car. The bag was in the trunk and in it was some toys that stunk like it had been sitting out in the rain for who know how long. He also stated there were some clothes in the bag.
Cain said that he poked around in the bag and said it looked like carnival stuffed animal toys. He said he put it back in the woods after he talked to the domestic people. He was told to just get rid of it.

Cain is a lazy lazy person…at no time did he do his job. He also should be sited for littering…when he threw the bag back into the woods. How lazy is that??
