TUE, August 5, 2008 – George was seen carting bags of stuffed animals to the curb. Lee said they were toys that had been donated to the family and none belonged to Caylee. He also said they considered donating them, but they were in poor condition.

Hubby’s in the shower, so I was able to take a few minutes to try to locate the actual 911 call.. I found one, and I suppose it’s the full length one.. It seems to be anyway.. And it also seems that Cindy IS describing Caylee when she says 5’1 1/2″.. What a nut.. Here’s the link..

Hello everyone.. Just a quick message on my way out the door to work.. Tonight is the last night this week.. Thank God.. It’s been a LONG week.. I was just surfing around, resting my legs, and I found something that I hadn’t caught before.. Was listening to some old video’s of Cindy’s yapping, and this woman is truly on the nutty side IMO.. Unless I’m misunderstanding this conversation.. It’s the 911 call when she says We can’t find my granddaughter, then goes on to describe her.. I thought at first she was describing Casey, but in the next sequence it asks the description of the clothes she was wearing, and she gives the description of Caylees clothing.. So unless there’s something missing in between, (I don’t know where to find the actual 911 call quickly), she describes Caylee as 5 foot 1 and a half.. WOW.. What a big kid.. I’m 5’1″.. And I’m full grown.. Take a listen and see if you hear what I hear, and if someone knows where the actual 911 call is, and can debunk this, that’s great.. I’d hate to think that certified nut thought that Caylee was 5’1 1/2″ tall.. But that’s sure the way it sounds.. It starts at 2:20 into the video..

YW. There is no way any one person can keep up with all that has happened in this crazy saga. We just do what we can to share what we know. And of course, we keep our little cheat sheet – aka: who’s who & timeline.

Don’t quote me on this one, but I believe there will be only one trial to cover both interests (Amy H. & BofA).

Smoke, so it isn’t just Amy vs. Casey it is BOA & Amy vs. Casey! Or will they have another trial…..??? I assume that Baez and Lyon’s doesn’t think that they can get the charges dropped…..

The Baez Law Firm DID pay the money back, but BofA still wanted Casey prosecuted….

Sandi Greene – VP, Senior Investigator, Bank of America Corporate Security. Wrote a letter requesting prosecution for all subjects responsible for fraud associated with Amy H.’s bank account. After receiving a money order in the amount of $664.25 from the Baez Law Firm. Mr. Greene responded in writing as follows:
