    Oh, it just makes my blood boil that they want special treatment for that creature. If her videos are not recorded, then all other inmates will have to have save privileges. Moving a simply fraud trial. Is he out of his mind. What’s wrong with our justice system that a crime is recorded and seen by millions of people taking place, and the criminal still pleads not guilty, and our tax dollars have to be wasted with trying to get out of it not because she is innocent, but because of a legal technicality. That’s what they will try to do. Let’s just get it over and done with. Why would George and Cindy have to testify at the hearing. What would they be testifying to. Trying to convince the judge that Casey is misunderstood? This should be verrrrrry interesting.

    Hi Muesli…I don’t think it is going to happen. I can’t see the judge okaying this for Casey when nobody else gets that treatment. Maybe if he puts a gag order in place it will happen. I don’t know if gag orders would in turn make it so we can’t see the discovery until trial.
    I don’t think I have ever had Indian food, but I do really love some Thai food.

    It really depends on who called them…If the defense it will be why haven’t you been able to visit your daughter and the concerns with the videos. If the state I really don’t know…I also don’t understand why Conway was subpoenaed?????

    I still think is it Casey and Biaz’s decision not to accept visits from the A’s. No amount of cameras would keep me from one of my sons, no matter what the situation. Over a year–that’s ridiculous. Almost as ridiculous as the 31 days. Did you hear on HLN just now that one of the factors against Amanda was that she lied in the beginning. See, Casey, your goose is cooked.

    Humble…I agree because I think it is nothing to brag about that you are getting a million dollar deal for a woman that cheated with a married man. I understand they want to shut the girl up, but it is a real shame that she is being paid for doing something immoral.

    I was disappointed yesterday when I was looking up Charles Barkley and found he cheated last year.

    Muesli…He is a NBA player…I watched a trial where they were suing him or he was being charged for assault. He beat the crap out of these two white boys that imo totally deserved it. Barkley was with a friend that night and it was a white girl. When leaving the bar these two guys followed them saying horrid things to him. They followed him to his car calling him the N word and he what he was doing with the white girl and so on. So he finally showed them, but it was dark and in a parking garage I think…the jury found for Barkley.

    Humble…she did have an affair with him. She was the first one that they knew about. Now she is cashing in.

    I keep going back and forth on Amanda Knox. At first I thought she didn’t do it, then thought she did, now I just don’t know. I’ve been to Italy and I know that American’s don’t always get treated so great. Is someone stacking the deck against her or did she stack her own deck. Not being there and understanding all that went on with the evidence my jury is still out.

    JVM is really annoying, doesn’t she understand that hunting isn’t cruel, it helps keep the population down because the natural habitats of these beautiful animals is shrinking so fast. I live 45 mins. from NYC, and we are overrun with deer. I want to cry when I see them on the side of the road. They have nowhere to go. Hunting is actually humane. Most hunters I know eat what they hunt. All of them are animal lovers.

    Attorney Richard Hornsby, who offers legal analysis for the station, scoffed at Baez’s motion. “Every court is going to say no. We’re not going to give one person special treatment just because she happens to be in a high-profile case,” Hornsby said. “There’s no chance he’s going to win on that particular motion at all.”

    The check-fraud trial is set for Jan. 25, and Baez told WESH that he still wants it moved. Hornsby theorized that Judge Strickland is waiting on a plea deal. But Hornsby doesn’t expect that to happen because prosecutors want a conviction on multiple counts to use at her murder trial.

    Prosecutors today responded to defense motions to dismiss nine of 13 fraud counts, WESH anchor Jim Payne said. “Casey’s lawyers argue she is charged multiple times with the same crimes,” Payne said. “In their response, prosecutors outlined why this is not double jeopardy.”
