Deputy Cain Administrative Investigation Report

4 December 2009 at 05:41
By

The information sent to Deputy Cain on 18 August 2008 was “Complainant found several stuff animals and girls clothes behind the residence by the school…complainant is concerned and requested a deputy sheriff (sic).”

A Synopsis of the statements:

KW advised he went to the area of Suburban Dr to search for Caylee and located a plastic bag containing stuffed animals and though it might belong to Caylee. KW placed the bag in the trunk of his vehicle and went to the Anthony residence. He made contact with Cindy who told him the items did not belong to Caylee. He then went to his girlfriends residence, RH, and she accompanied him back to the area of Suburban Dr. at 1233 hours KW called the sheriff’s office and requested a deputy respond to meet with him.

KW provided an address on Grandee Dr so the deputy would have a physical address to meet with him. Cain responded and KW drove to Suburban Dr with Cain following in his patrol car. KW advised he shows Cain the plastic bag containing the stuffed animals inside his trunk. KW took the bag from his trunk and handed it to Cain, who remarked the bag appeared “deteriorated” and told him he would be contacted if anything further was required. KW commented he felt Cain “kind of brushed me off.”

KW was unsure if he showed Cain the bag in his trunk while at the address on Grandee Dr or after they moved to the location on Suburban Dr. However, once at the area on Suburban Dr, KW advised he attempted to take Cain in the wooded area to show him more items he believed were suspicious. According to KW, “I tried to walk over there, he didn’t really; he walked kind of back but he didn’t really walk completely in the area…” KW advised, “…he just kind of like looked with his head, just moved his head around and looked…”

KW advised he was with Cain and there was not a time when Cain was searching where he could not observe him. KW did not observe Cain pick up any other bags to examine the contents and they left the area at the same time. KW advised he observed Cain throw the bag and it contents back into the wooded area prior to departing the area. KW stated he did not observe Cain use his expanded baton to assist him in observing any items at the location. Further KW did not recall the ground being wet or having standing water, although he said “it might have been damp….”

Goodmorning everyone, I wonder when Caylee was found if a bag of stuffed animals and girls clothing was found also. It should have been if what KW says is true and they were at the site and Cain tossed the bag back into the woods. Does KW state that this is the same area where Caylee was found. Justice for Caylee!

Good late morning to you all. I started reading the transcript of Deputy Cain, but had to stop. Also did read above synopsis. I am going to go back to it all, because I see so many inconsistencies in Williams statements. I want to try to compare all, and see if I can straighten it out in my mind. I guess I am biased in reviewing this information, as I am so sick and tired of all the people having their careers and lives disrupted, or ruined because of that POS. I think I am too angry to delve further into it this morning, so I’m going to leave it alone for when I am in a better mood.

  3. Muesli on 4 December 2009 at 06:09

lynda, from what I have read, this, once again, is not the exact site where the remains were recovered. It seems that all the people who have claimed to have searched that exact area have all been way off. You know, down here in Florida, it is almost impossible to view the same area from one place to another, because it is all so similar with the extensive growth. Trust me, when we are looking for a golf ball, we think we know the exact spot until we get to it, and then it all looks the same and we don’t know if it is the exact spot.

  4. Muesli on 4 December 2009 at 06:10

lynda, I also wonder if that bag of stuffed animals was ever recovered. It must still exist. Nothing like that deteriorates that fast that it would disappear.

  5. lynda on 4 December 2009 at 06:13

Goodmorning Muesli, Thanks, I’ve never been to Florida. I wonder though if anyone else ever found that bag of toys. That would clear up alot when it comes to these seachers, IE: Wray and the likes, who claim that they were in the exact spot where Caylee was found.

  6. Muesli on 4 December 2009 at 06:14

Come on people, limber up those fingers and say good morning. I only have all day, you know. I’m stuck here all day waiting for Salvation Army to come pick up my washer and dryer. Have you all blocked off next Friday, Dec. 11, on your calendars for the hearing?

  7. Muesli on 4 December 2009 at 06:18

lynda, Joy Wray claims to have been a team leader for Equasearch. All the searchers were advised by Tim Miller not to touch anything that they found that looked suspicious. So, what on earth was she doing collecting blankets, cigarette butts, etc., and keeping them in her possession? Just for that, I think they should charge her with tampering with evidence. She is an absolute nut. Sorry if she has mental problems, that has no bearing on Caylee’s murder. That is her problem and should be kept out of this.

  8. lynda on 4 December 2009 at 06:18

I wish I was off next week instaed of this week so I could watch the proceedings if they are aired. Oh well. It is odd that Dec 11, is the anniversary of finding Caylee. Very odd indeed. I wonder if it was planned that way or coincedence. It will be interesting if it is aied if g&c will be there, and how they react on this day

  9. lynda on 4 December 2009 at 06:20

I agree Muesli, they should charge her with tampering with evidence. She was advised by ES not to touch anything. Charge her.

  10. Muesli on 4 December 2009 at 06:20

lynda, you will probably be able to see it all later on youtube, so you will not miss anything. I am really wondering if Casey ignores her parents again, and if Cindy makes a fool of herself straining to make eye contact with Casey. I think they put those big guys between the defense table and the Anthonys on purpose just so Casey doesn’t have to see them.

  11. lynda on 4 December 2009 at 06:24

sindy is a mess. She’s so out of reality it’s scary. cma doesn’t give a hoot about her mom. She’s a cold hearted monster

  12. Muesli on 4 December 2009 at 06:36

lynda, of course, we don’t know what Biaz has been relaying to Casey in jail. He has probably egged her on about her parents “good life”.

  13. lynda on 4 December 2009 at 06:43

Muesli, I wonder if she got wind of the cruise, oh and I forgot, that wonderful boat georgie got to search for missing kids on the high seas. I’m sure that would get her goat real good.

  14. Muesli on 4 December 2009 at 06:47

lynda, actually, I believe the boat belongs to the long lost Kidfinders. Maybe the Anthony’s should start up another foundation to help search for the Milsteads and Kidfinders.

    GM! Muesli and Lynda!

  16. lynda on 4 December 2009 at 06:50

Does a person in jail have acess to newspapers and magazines. If so, g&c, and lee and mallory sun bathing on the deck of a cruise ship was the icing on the cake. they all looked so relaxed, while cma sits in a cold and ugly prison cell. Life’s grand casey

Humble, I wonder if they set up shop under another org.

Good morning Mikka, I don’t think NG will get hurt by this. It’s a voluntary appearance on her show. She’s not a shrink, so how would she know? She grills everyone like that.

  29. mikka on 4 December 2009 at 07:03

lynda,we know trentons father,is friend with this scamthonys!

  30. lynda on 4 December 2009 at 07:04

Wow Smoke, good sleuthing. Those slimebucket Milsteads are at it again. They need to be exposed.

  31. lynda on 4 December 2009 at 07:05

Really Mikka, I didn’t know that. I wonder why he would associate himself with them.

  32. mikka on 4 December 2009 at 07:06

lynda, yes he is,and its all about the money again!

  33. lynda on 4 December 2009 at 07:08

Smoke I wonder what kind of creative Tech they are selling. How to slip through the hands of the IRS and scam LE.

  34. lynda on 4 December 2009 at 07:09

Mikka, those kinds of people make me sick. Justice for Caylee and Trenton, and all the lost and murdered innocents.

  35. smoke&mirrors on 4 December 2009 at 07:09

    Hi lynda,

This is the company that Cindy attempted to advertise on the cayleemarieanthonyfoundation (non-profit) web-site. We smoked it out and it was quickly removed after that. Someone must have explained the finer points of non-profit accounting to her. The CREATIVE WORLD TECHNOLOGY, LLC
    is a for profit entity.

Now if anyone is in the market for some real estate in FL, you may want to take a look at this…..

Are you still in the market for a nice house? They may let you have it for $300,000 which is less than the asking price of $499,000.

  39. mikka on 4 December 2009 at 07:15

    s&m ,oohhhh thats bad!

  40. lynda on 4 December 2009 at 07:17

    Hi hmm ya think,

I see you found another Milstead venture. TY!

  48. Muesli on 4 December 2009 at 07:26

I’m back. smoke, what, no swimming pool. It is Florida, after all. That is one ugly house, or maybe it is just the choice of colors they chose. Once again, smoke, you are right on top of things.

lynda, yes, I agree. I have the feeling that something big is going to happen. Of course, I’ve had that feeling before, and I was totally wrong.

  49. lynda on 4 December 2009 at 07:27

    You guys ARE good.

  50. Muesli on 4 December 2009 at 07:28

So, does it mean that the Anthonys are still in association with the Milsteads. If they are, they had better be careful, or all their new found wealth will surely disappear.

  51. Muesli on 4 December 2009 at 07:29

Okay, smoke and Hmm, where are you two finding all these goodies?

  52. hmm ya think on 4 December 2009 at 07:30

There must be between 150 – 200 Milstead business’s, I wonder how many are related. I see some of the adress’s are same streets. :silly:

  53. smoke&mirrors on 4 December 2009 at 07:31

Muesli, there is just no accounting for taste with the color scheme they used… it does however look spacious and it has a nice floor plan. Doing a make-over on the paint job would be a small consession if someone could snatch that house off the market for almost $200,000 less than the asking price!

  54. hmm ya think on 4 December 2009 at 07:31

Muesli, Sunbiz.org works for me

  55. Muesli on 4 December 2009 at 07:31

hmm, are you serious. That many businesses. How can that be. Don’t you have to put up some money or at least have some money behind you to create a business?

  56. lynda on 4 December 2009 at 07:33

Muesli, the thought of these so called loving grandparents getting wealthy off the blood of their murdered granddaughter makes my skin crawl. How can they even show their faces in public. It’s unthinkable. they don’t work, they don’t look for missing childen, they just rake in the cash. Justice for Caylee. God knows they don’t want Justice for her.

  57. Muesli on 4 December 2009 at 07:35

smoke, I would want to see the accessed value first, not what the Milsteads thought it was worth on the market. And, to add a lanai and pool is costly. Also, location, location, location. It’s probably not worth more than $300,000. I see people in our development put outrageous prices on their houses, and then claim that they are reduced by thousands. I’m just being picky this morning. Sorry about that.

  58. hmm ya think on 4 December 2009 at 07:35

Muesli they are diff Milsteads but could be relatives

  59. lynda on 4 December 2009 at 07:35

Hopefully, the IRS is on to these grifters. Throw them in the slammer

  60. lynda on 4 December 2009 at 07:36

Milstead isn’t a common name. It has to be relatives

  61. Muesli on 4 December 2009 at 07:37

People, remember when Casey said that when this is all over (in a few days or so she thought), her life calling was going to be working with missing children.

  62. lynda on 4 December 2009 at 07:39

I think cma is going to crack soon. Just a feeling.

  63. Muesli on 4 December 2009 at 07:39

Has anyone ever challenged the Anthonys about them searching for missing children or counseling families? Isn’t that supposed to be the purpose of one of their foundations. Or, perhaps there isn’t any money left after they take their salaries to go out looking. Can we all say FRAUD. Dear IRS, have you…………….

  64. lynda on 4 December 2009 at 07:44

Muesli, that’s what I wonder. Are there checks and balances in place for these scammers. Here we all are, struggling to make ends meet, working and paying bills etc. and people like this are out there working the system like a Stardavrius.

  65. Muesli on 4 December 2009 at 07:51

Didn’t know you played the violin, lynda.

Yes, we are all working to make ends meet. We have all even gone to work sick just because we couldn’t afford not to. There is absolutely no reason that Cindy didn’t go back to work. She is no different that any other person who has lost someone to a tragedy. And, George, well the extended family knows all about his work history. He’s had more jobs (short term) than Carter had liver pills. It is stated by the family that George is one lazy sob, and that Cindy has been supporting him their whole married life. Now he thinks he is a big man with him earring and tattoo. But, he is at the mercy of Cindy. She owns the house and she controls the money. Remember, all the credit cards and bank accounts were in her name. He couldn’t even cash a check in the bank without her being there. What a joke of a man. Wonder if his parents are as proud of him as he is of Casey. Also wonder why we never hear about his parents who live somewhere in Ft. Meyers.

  66. hmm ya think on 4 December 2009 at 07:55

Loxahatchee should be called Milstead town

  67. Muesli on 4 December 2009 at 07:56

What is wrong with me this morning. I should be in a good mood. My house has been cleaned (not by me), everyone is well, lots of parties to go to this weekend. So, why do I have the urge to bash someone? Anybody have some happy pills? :dizzy:

  68. lynda on 4 December 2009 at 07:58

You’re right Muesli, one never hears of his parents or siblings. I’m sure they’ve come to their own conclusions concerning the whole situation. Seeing him with that tatoo and earring made my blood boil. Who does he think he is, a celebrity. And sindy with a tatoo. JUSTICE FOR CAYLEE. Doesn’t anyone in her family her?

  69. Muesli on 4 December 2009 at 07:59

By the way, does anyone know what the outcome of the blog competition was over at the Sentinel? I haven’t seen anything about it. Is this off topic? I mean it is mentioning the word blog.

I guess I will satisfy my mood and go and read the entire interrogation of Deputy Cain, and get that out of my system. Something about that really bugs me.

  70. lynda on 4 December 2009 at 08:00

You know Muesli, I feel the same way today.Like a cloud hanging over my head. I also should be feeling good. I’m on vacation this week. BTW, I saw a Stradavarius this weekend at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. What a grand place that is.

Lynda, I have never been there. Some day.

  73. lynda on 4 December 2009 at 08:04

    Smoke, I smell a skunk

  74. Muesli on 4 December 2009 at 08:05

smoke, right. There is something really screwy about the listing for that property. When I saw the guest room with the bed squeezed in at an angle, I thought that was strange for such a large home. I live in 4,000+, and those pictures didn’t look right to me. You can’t have two separate properties with the same address. Wonder what is going on. As usual, there always has to be a mystery about everything the Milsteads do.

  75. lynda on 4 December 2009 at 08:06

Muesli, Luckily I only like 45 mins from Manhatten by train. I’ve never been to Florida either. Now that I have granddaughters, maybe Disneyworld when they get bigger. when my kids were young, I never could afford vacation, unlike the unemployed scamthonys

  76. Muesli on 4 December 2009 at 08:08

lynda, I’m not familiar with NYC, I’m originally a Boston girl. Can’t you hear my accent? We never took vacations as children. We were so poor. Our summers were spent on the front porch playing board games, and going to the library to read books for free.

  77. lynda on 4 December 2009 at 08:09

Someone should send those listings to the authorities, maybe get an investigation going on these creepers

  78. smoke&mirrors on 4 December 2009 at 08:09

    Muesli & lynda,

Those listings for the same addy. are definately a problem! It’s time for me to back away from the ‘puter now.

Have a great day everyone!

  79. lynda on 4 December 2009 at 08:14

Muesli, I grew up the same, in Staten Island. We never had money either, and thank God for the board games and public library. But even though we didn’t have anything material, or vacations, we had our dignity and self respect and love of family. That’s what seems to be lacking in this generation. Look at the a’s, everything for show and appearence. It’s a pity. Bye Smoke

  80. Muesli on 4 December 2009 at 08:14

bye, smoke. I’ll try to find out something about it.

  81. Muesli on 4 December 2009 at 08:18

Guess nothing is happening this morning. I keep checking the media for anything new. I’m stuck in the house till the Salvation Army comes to pick up the washer and dryer. So, I think I will try to find out about the listing for the Milstead’s house and what the mix up could be 6300 sft. vs. 3299 sq. ft..

  82. lynda on 4 December 2009 at 08:20

Time to get some cleaning done, bbl, Bye Muesli, God Bless you and yours. Justice for Caylee. may She rest in peace.

CT – love the hearts

Muesli – Anyone can register a name for a business, it’s just paperwork. To register with the state for tax status is a small fee. It seems if one of their businesses or org’s doesn’t pan out, they just start a new one under a different name. They also seem to know how to work the system.

  90. Muesli on 4 December 2009 at 10:09

I’m back. My neighbor called that the elderly lady down the street escaped again and was in his house. No one was home where she lives, so I had to call 911. Poor woman, she has Alzheimer’s and claims she is being held prisoner. Actually, she is close to it, as none of the neighbors have ever seen her out and about. She is locked up alone in her little apartment in the house every day while the daughter and son-in-law go to work. She should be in a home. Anyway, the police and sheriff’s department came and took her back and got in touch with the family. So sad.

  91. Muesli on 4 December 2009 at 10:13

Jojo21, do they live right in Ft. Meyers or in one of the surrounding towns in the county?

  92. Jojo21 on 4 December 2009 at 11:12

Muesli…#91….I looked that up some time back thru the tax records…..it shows they are right here in Fort Myers….I will try to pull that info up again….I used to be in real estate…and am familiar with the tax records….

  93. Jojo21 on 4 December 2009 at 11:29

Muesli…I just tried to look them up again………Much to my surprise……I went thru all the Anthony’s…..to my surprise…..I was not locating them…..I remember I had an address in “Whisky Creek subdivision”…..can you or someone refresh my memory of George’s Dad’s first name??????? I thought it was the same as his….but, none the less…I went thru the 63 names that came up….but, none were at the address I saw before…..Hmmmmmm????

  94. lynda on 4 December 2009 at 11:57

I think his fathers name is Lee also

  95. Jojo21 on 4 December 2009 at 12:22

Thank you S&M and lynda…..now that you mention it….it rang a bell with me…(gettin old here)…I looked the info up again….the info I picked up was….there is “ownership” listed under Ruth I. Anthony….but not Lee Anthony….but, when I did a “Zabasearch” for Lee Anthony…it shows him at the same address as Ruth…which is a Mobile Home Park on the way to Fort Myers Beach…much to my surprise…if that is them…they are just around the corner from me…..

  96. lynda on 4 December 2009 at 12:27

Jojo, it has to be them. Lee and Ruth Anthony. How many can there be? lol

  97. Mamason on 4 December 2009 at 12:44

    Hi all!
