goodmorning everyone I wish I could figure out why cindy and george are supeoned to be at the hearing.. maybe eyespy is right and it is to tell what casey said to her about the theft of amy’s money and checks.
I was relieved to see that amanda foxy knoxy was found guilty.. she sure is a beautiful girl with a devious badness to her… plus, I think she got caught up with being away from home , in exciting italy, and a wild new boyfriend, drugs, drinking, etc and things went awry. they call her a she-devil with an angel’s face.. she really does.. she even carried herself like a movie actress all through the trial.. It is a shame,, but, it is worse for ms kercher.

Hi all! Just poppin in. I’m sure Cindy & George are going to testify that they can’t go see their daughter, everything is taped & then hits the media, blah, blah, blah. same old same old. The grieving grandparents, casey will be crying in her seat. You ge the scenario. ugh
Part of lyons teachings is to have the family in the courtroom, showing support for the “innocent”, visits, one big happy normal family life. This is all part of her “thing”. Casey never even looked at C&G until lyon came on board. lyon is the one at the end of court that points out where C&G are to casey so she will acknowledge them. It’s all to soften caseys bad image that she’s built up, make her look more human, innocent to watching eyes.

The “senior” Anthonys have not been charged with perjury because it is NOT in the State’s best interest to do so AT THIS TIME! Once charged, they would have the ability to claim the 5th amendment protection when on the stand; as uncharged or even “uninvestigated” per se, they will be under the exact same conditions as anyone under oath, TELL the truth as you swore/affirmed. Proof of lying under oath as collaborated by previous sworn statements or other visible evidence/discovery would THEN make them eligible for perjury charges.
The State is out to prosecute the “big fish”, they may permit the ancellary parties to just “flounder” or swim away in shame
Brylee Jo, I don’t beleive that they knew beforehand. I do feel that once they recovered the car and smelled the smell of decomp. they had a suspicion. That being said, when they realised cma wasn’t dead, and Caylee was missing, that’s when they started the lying. I’m sure they knew that something happened and cma was involved. jmho

Has anyone read the stories of the two searches they CLAIM they went out with TES and said that were in the exact same sopt and Caylee wasent there… I learned today that one of the searchers Joe Jordan was and is not a fan of Casey’s or the defense… So the witness that the defense is claiming to help them really is not. I think that NO ONE SHOULD help these crazy people
FYI little bit of interesting information. Joe Jordan is the one who brought Rick Plesea (Cindy’s brother) and his comments on a Topix forum to the attention of Yuri Melich. Again, the defense will need to be very careful with this IED known as Joe Jordan.

I might be crazy, but didn’t they show the pictures at that press conference and it showed the water? This Joe Jordan might think he was in the exact spot. But, the other searchers that were there with him…they will be able to talk about all the water. Not only that there is a news clip of Tim calling off all the searches including there because of the water. Fear if Caylee is there somewhere in the water they might run her over and push her farther down and so on.

I watched a show with Dr Haskell and bug evidence. Trying to show that the children this scum of a step-dad murdered. It took them a couple months or so to find them. In the mean time he was in jail on a rape charge. The defense had an expert go up against him to show the children were placed there after he was in jail…It didn’t work and he was convicted…

I used to feel sorry for george too, still do in a way, but he has chosen his path now. Cindy is in charge of what he/they say. But I think George is going to get really messed up on the stand. He’s going to get himself into real trouble there. He has already told 4 different stories about the morning of June 16th, 2 under oath.
I just read that Joe did not state that he was in the “exact” spot where caylee was found. The other searcher (can’t remember her name!) states on her signed statement that she was at that area on her own & not assigned there by Tim Miller. So her name would not be on the 32 searchers list for that area. I am very curious as to how they came to baez’s attention. Did they call him? Did someone else give out their names to baez? Did conway read something when he reviewed the info at NeJames office?

Hi everyone, George’s goose is cooked. He’s dug a very big hole for himself. The suicide charade really made me sick, but really got me was sindy, on national t.v. stating that she was suicidal in August 08. Isn’t that strange that publicly they were insisting that Zany had Caylee, and that Caylee was alive, cma was innocent, they were standing by their daughter etc. How could you beleive all those things to be true and be suicidal. Who would take care of Caylee when she came home& who would Casey have to sponge off of if mommy and daddy were dead by their own hands. The hole for both g%c is a bottomless pit. I’m sure a crafty prosecutor will grab hold of that interview.

Mikka…It is crazy the defense is putting so much into Joy. I don’t think they really believe this is their key person. I believe they have no key person or evidence. I believe it is all about spinning it for the jury pool out there. They know if they put her on the stand the state will get to cross examine her. I don’t think the state would be cruel, but they will show she has some major major issues. Shoot…they probably won’t even need to show that. It seems to show when she talks and the jury will see it before the state even starts the cross.

Gigs…I would have to say I never really cared for Conway. I don’t think he has fallen into anything because of the Anthony’s. I think he was kind of like this before he met them. After Caylee was found…he came out doing a lot of talking and talking for Lee. Little things he did that were not exactly appropriate for an attorney to do bothered me. Plus I thought he seemed a bit arrogant…not confident.

Deb…what part of Germany are they in. My daughter is going to Berlin next month for 3 weeks on a Jan term. She will go to Frankfurt for one of the weekends to spend with our family.

Brylee…Just popping in. I do believe Cindy knew something was very wrong before July…I believe she even thought about Caylee being dead. But, I really don’t believe she knew her worst fears were true until she picked up the car. I think after the damage control(if she thought Casey wasn’t responsible she would have called 911 instead of damage control, imo) she may have still had a little denial on Caylee being dead. But, when she found Casey and no Caylee she knew it was Caylee that was in the trunk 100%. I believe she tried to scare Casey into taking her to a dead Caylee. I also believe by the last call she went into a little denial on who was responsible for Caylee’s death, but that didn’t last long. JMHO

Given the environmental conditions in Florida during the early summer, it is my opinion (yep, professional one at that!) that Caylee’s remains were well into skeletonization by the time she was reported missing by her GRANDMOTHER (note, not her mother!).
I could go on and speak on other parts of the Baden theory but….why bother!?

I think that it is soooo sad that are so many cases that are somewhat like the Anthony case… I would have never in my wildest thoughts…. that there are so many mother and fathers out there that kill children for NO REASON.. I read a story tonight that I have never heard of previously that just broke my heart….
