    Scot Peterson is a great example of getting the dp with less evidence. I have no doubts she will never be leaving prison.

    Mikka…Watch they will get the money. I wouldn’t want my child to go on trial in another country. But, that is because we all fear the laws are corrupt. In many countries they are, but I also feel it is kind of arrogant of us to think our court systems is the only one that works correctly. I am also guilty of that arrogance because I do believe we have the best court system in the world. But, that also doesn’t mean I believe all others are corrupt.

    Well, from what I was out reading, the Knox people just want the government to get involved. Maybe next time Amanda won’t think she can go out and just kill anyone! I think the family needs a reality check. They say she is not guilty, but of course we can’t go off what their kid is saying, she isn’t going to tell them she did it!

    Mikka, she isn’t going to get out! Apparently the jury found her guilty and handed her 26 years. I am unsure who the law is there, but bet she gets out earlier, 20 years???? :lol:

    You know most students that go to Europe are there for the experience of a different culture and appreciate it. But, there are those that are full of themselves…feel they are an American and untouchable. They are spoiled brats before they leave here. Of course many don’t see but what persona these kids put on. But, they are not in their minds and reading their thoughts…This is why they are all so shocked.

    I agree Mikka…I have real issues with all of her behavior with LE. Many here are complaining about her confession being coerced (not sure how to spell, lol). But, don’t we hear that all the time here and most blow it off. Why is it we feel it is different because it is in Italy?

    In KY you can notorize things for anyone. All you are doing is verifying it’s their signature.

    In Texas a notary can notorize signatures other than their own or family members but i didnt know about attorneys and their clients.

    Thank you so much. I know it wasent much but I wanted to do SOMETHING. I gave birth to my youngest on july 15th and saw this case when I was still in the hospital. I had just given birth and it hurt me so deeply that Casey thought she had the right to take Caylee’s life away.
