Kronk called the non-emergency telephone number of the OCSO and advised he noticed “something that looked white and there was a, like a gray bag down in there.” Mr. Kronk stated, “This could be nothing” and advised the items were located in a “swamp area” and only provided a general location off Suburban Drive.
The call was received at 1628 hours and dispatched at 1654 hours to Deputy Sheriff Adriana Acevedo, via the Mobile Dispatch System2. The call contained the following text: “The complainant saw on the right hand side before Chickasaw Trail heading towards a school a gray bag on the swamp area- NOI (no other- information-),The caller also advised the complainant was not present to meet the deputy.
Deputy Sheriff Acevedo provided a statement to Sergeant John Allen and Corporal Yuri Melich on 17 December 2008. Deputy Sheriff Acevedo could not specifically recall responding to the call although she stated she “vaguely remember coming over here and looking around (sic) ….” The details of the call for service indicate Deputy Sheriff Acevedo arrived at 1659 hours and cleared the call at 1704 hours without generating a report. Deputy Sheriff Acevedo did not meet with Mr. Kronk and did not locate a suspicious gray bag.
Deputy Sheriff Acevedo cleared the call with no further action.
Due to the lack of specific information provided by Mr. Kronk to the communications center operator regarding what he observed and the location for the responding deputy to search, there was little information for Deputy Sheriff Acevedo to conduct an investigation. Coupled with the fact Mr. Kronk was not available to meet with Deputy Sheriff Acevedo, the response of Deputy Sheriff Acevedo to this call for service was reasonable under the circumstances and there was no violation of Orange County Sheriffs Office policy.

Defense knows darn well that Kronk did not murder Caylee. It is a total farce and they are sick to throw more people under the bus to save their precious princess WF from what she deserves. I will find it very interesting to see how defense explains how Kronk put a body in casey’s car while she drove around with it for a couple of days and not notice it was there……uh hummmm….yeah right. I suppose they will also claim Kronk’s middle name is Zanny?
Sometimes I think the lawyers in the justice system are nuttier than the criminals. I am starting to wonder if the “scorched earth” approach is a little sociopathic in nature in and of itself.

Still trying to figure out why the A’s and Conway were subpeonaed, and by whom.
I’m sure we will all be watching Casey’s face very closely when Cindy and George walk past her or when they are on the stand, to see her reaction.
From Humble’s synopsis above, it seems like Kronk’s first call was a bust. Actually rather stupid of him. I have to agree with lots of other bloggers that he was extremely interested in the reward, more so than in finding Caylee. Remember in the beginning, he wanted to stay anonymous? Sad for him, that didn’t happen. Now, look what has happened to that poor naive soul. He is just a simple man IMO.

Just read the Annie Downing info.and I agree, she is trouble, and I believe she is lying. Does she “realy” expect people to believe she only gave Casey 1 Xanex?? Get outta here! She comes across as bi-sexual to me. I think she and Casey probably had something going on. I may be wrong, but I may also be right. Those people were into more than a couple of beers, who do they think they are kidding? Most probably did Meth or Cocaine…what they could get their hands on. I find it interesting that she lived at the Strawgrass Apts….amazing. Little Caylee looked so sweet, and friendly, and I have never heard anyone else say that she wouldn’t go to anybody but Casey. All the guys interviewed all said Caylee was friendly and funny. So many strange people involved in this…and most of them are liars!

Hi. Just here for a few minutes. You know what I think is so sad? It seems that poor little Caylee was only around Casey’s friends, none of whom had children (except for one neighbor mentioned once). What kind of an environment was that for a toddler? Even though I am a smoker, I never, ever smoke anywhere even remotely near a child. Casey’s friends were into everything, alcohol, drugs, cigs, etc.. And, can you imagine the language she must have been hearing. She also must have heard Casey and Cindy going at each other with their foul language. Remember, the neighbors even heard Casey tell her mother to FO. White trash, the bunch of them.
