On 08 January 2009, at 1306 hours, Sergeant Hardiman and Michael Ruggiero conducted a sworn,
recorded interview with Deputy Sheriff Pamela Porter at the Professional Standards Section, located at
2500 West Colonial Drive Orlando, Florida. Deputy Sheriff Porter was one (1) of the deputies
who responded to the call for service on 11 December 2008.
Deputy Sheriff Porter advised she and Deputy Sheriff Eduard Turso were the first to arrive on
scene on December 11, 2008. After they observed what they believed to be human remains,
Deputy Sheriff Porter contacted her supervisor.
While at the scene, Deputy Sheriff Porter recalled Mr. Kronk commenting about having called the sheriffs office previously, but the comments were not directed at her and she could not recall what time duringthe incident she
heard the comments. Deputy Sheriff Porter advised Mr. Kronk was in the company of his co-workers and supervisors and recalled overhearing a co-worker tell Mr. Kronk something to the effect, “hey, hey, don ‘t be saying stuff like that. You know, you don’t know what happened if you weren’t here, or what they did.”
Deputy Sheriff Porter advised she was sure the comment was not made by a deputy. Further,
Deputy Sheriff Porter advised she did not hear any deputy make any comment or provide
direction to Mr. Kronk that he not cooperate with the investigators

Good morning to any other early birds. Second part of tournament today, so I’ll be away the whole day. You know, I always thought that Roy Kronk was just an innocent, naive, simple type of guy, who got caught up in this mess. But, after reading yesterdays interview with the other deputy Clutcher, and Kronk saying “but she say she was close, she has to be close, I am now having my doubts. Who is the “she” Kronk is referring to. Is there a connection, or was poor, simple Kronk more cleaver than everyone else in this case? I doubt that. But, time will tell. I am sure LE and FBI are on top of this. Let’s not come to any false conclusions about LE and FBI just because Biaz and gang and A’s say they are not doing thing correctly.

I was up really early this morning and looking at Joy Wrays videos of herself. Boy, what a poor, sick person she is. She was holding a large envelop from Geraldo Rivera, possibly about coming on his show. She was teasing on the video about it and saying she would not show anyone what was in it. Sort of like a little child. Guess Geraldo is really stooping to scrape the bottom of the barrel to get her on his show. If he does, it will be definitely be one not to miss, although I hate to give her any more attention. I just like to see Geraldo make a fool of himself as usual. I read on some blog somewhere that the reason George, Cindy and Conway are being supeonaed is to testify as to why D. Casey should not have to be deposed. They are going to play the sympathy card, i.e., respect for Caylee, poor grieving family, etc., etc.. I also read somewhere that the A’s are looking for another house. Probably just a rumor. Caseycantwin, there is no connection, except JW wants media attention. She doesn’t have proof that Casey is NOT guilty unless it is pictures of Caylee after 15 July with someone lika a nanny. If she claims Casey didn’t put the body there, that isn’t proof of innocents, that is proof of someone else helping Casey…Annie Downing, Lee Anthony, Cindy Anthony….could be a list of people who helped her. EVEN Cindy stated that Casey had to have help!

Im sure you guys might have seen this, but I thought that it was right on in showing how selfish Casey is.
A psychologist who watched the video visitation between Casey Anthony and her parents said she was struck by the fact that Casey Anthony failed to mention Caylee when her father talked about the family makeup.
Dr. Amanda Janner, who examines relationships between parents and children for a living, has not examined or treated Casey Anthony but was asked to review the video and provide her expert opinion.
At one point during the July visit, when Casey Anthony was initially jailed on child-neglect charges in the disappearance of Caylee, George Anthony talked to her about their family.
“You know I just had an analogy of our family. Think of me as the thumb. Think of dad. The next finger, the index finger, think of your mom. She likes to point, just like Caylee,” George Anthony said.
“Yeah, but it’s that middle finger,” interrupted Casey Anthony while laughing.
“The middle finger, I guess is a problem,” joked George Anthony. “I’m looking at size in the family. The next finger after that is going to be Lee, then you, and that little pinky is Caylee. So think of your hand like this is us. This is the family that loves each other, that cares and needs to be together, and we’re missing two fingers.”
“I’m still here,” Casey Anthony said.
“I think it’s interesting that she only mentions herself, that it’s not about Caylee, it’s about her. I’m still here. She doesn’t even mention Caylee,” Janner said.
“Are you protecting Caylee, are you protecting me, are you protecting who?” Cindy Anthony asked her daughter.
“I’m protecting our family, yes, (but) not from anything I’ve done,” Casey Anthony said.
“Is someone threatening us? Is someone threatening us?” Cindy Anthony said.
“Mom, just leave it at that, please,” Casey said. “For right now just leave it at that.”
George Anthony, a former deputy in Ohio, asked his daughter why she is not cooperating with deputies.
“Have you ever thought about reaching out to the guys at the sheriff’s office, just talking to them?” he said.
“The few times that I have, dad, you’ve seen what’s blown up in my face. They’ve misconstrued things that I said to them, resources that I gave them they haven’t used.
