Motion to dismiss

Plaintiff Elgine Wilson Furlow has stated clause and do state the brief positive facts. In such jurisdiction clause exist.

facts involve

Casey Anthony isn’t the guilty party. Shown and said on the television. A young under age male was the one who develop such act of death to child. It was for a value of drugs – payment. The state knowingly the facts offer was time serve for guilty plea. Casey said no – I’m not guilty.

With facts as so – known this matter should be dismissed. We may equally witness blind solite view. U.S. Dept. of Justice WA DC civil rights division know what blinde solite is. Wherefore it is praise.

Is it because I am reading this so early in the morning, or perhaps I do not fully undestand the English language. Reading the above post makes my eyes cross. Can someone of you who has a better understanding of English please translate the above for me?

  2. Muesli on 10 December 2009 at 03:53

duh. As I said, early in the morning. Make that understand. Finally got my index finger to work.

  3. Muesli on 10 December 2009 at 04:08

Anyway, as I was saying to myself, this person does not seem to have English mother tongue.

  4. eyespy on 10 December 2009 at 04:43

    Meow!!

My interpretation is this: gibberish babble….

  5. eyespy on 10 December 2009 at 04:49

My first thought is this man should be on medication, if he’s not allready as all the characters in this case should be…including whoever allows this crap to even be filed.

  6. Christine on 10 December 2009 at 05:04

Just another wacko coming out of the woodwork.

I think this guy slept through English Class….or is he a ‘new member’ of the Defense?

  7. humbleopinion on 10 December 2009 at 05:04

    Good morning!

Nothing wrong with your eyes Mues. That is what he wrote in the motions he filed. The English isn’t very good.

Eye, My first thought, he is hiding something…maybe needs more jail or prison time!

  8. Muesli on 10 December 2009 at 05:06

Ah, I am not alone. Does this mean that we all could submit the same garbage, and the court would have to take its valuable time to recognize it. This is scary. Just think, with a write-in campaign, we could totally tie up the court system.

  9. Muesli on 10 December 2009 at 05:09

Wonder what it is like living in an 8 X 12 room, with no view, colored in greys and stainless steel sink and toilet. My God, not even the right to privacy going to the bathroom. How does she stand it? I would have broken within the first “48″. She reminds me of her stainless steel fixtures.

  10. humbleopinion on 10 December 2009 at 05:09

I guess so! I am tired of the defense team on tv..I might write up a gag order. Note to self, call yourself Legal Assist Person.

  11. humbleopinion on 10 December 2009 at 05:10

Mues she pees in the parking lot, she can do it anywhere!

  12. Muesli on 10 December 2009 at 05:11

You’re right Humble. Could we request a gag order in this case? Would it have to be recognized by the court? Are the defense and the prosecution and the judge the only ones who can request a gag order?

  13. Muesli on 10 December 2009 at 05:13

Humble, you make me laugh out loud. Remembering that picture, I actually have to do a double laugh. She is such a camera hog, she even had to do a face front, right into the camera while relieving herself. She always seemed to find it important that she was the nucleus of any photo op.

  14. humbleopinion on 10 December 2009 at 05:14

I am not sure, but I think all we do is write a gag order motion and send in evidence. This could be all the tv shows they had been on.

  15. humbleopinion on 10 December 2009 at 05:15

Mues, I don’t think there isn’t anything she hasn’t done!

  16. Muesli on 10 December 2009 at 05:15

Humble, is there a required format or a form that we would have to fill out. On second thought, we don’t really want to have our names out there. We could be next under the bus.

  17. Muesli on 10 December 2009 at 05:16

By the way, here are my question marks for the day’s blogging. ????????????????

  18. humbleopinion on 10 December 2009 at 05:17

I am not sure but we can copy and paste like the d-team does. Sure Mues, why not, I will call myself Elgine!

  19. humbleopinion on 10 December 2009 at 05:17

LOL Did you read the docs dumped yesterday?

  20. ScRaMa on 10 December 2009 at 05:18

GOOD MORNING, Humble, Muesli, Eyes, Christine & others..
I too have trouble making sense of said written [?] mess! I’m thinking wth is this? I can barely make out the writing let alone what it all means! I actually toss it up to just another dirty tactic [lie] made by the defense! & I reiterate, it actually infuriates me even more! This case just keeps getting more bizarre as pre-trial approaches! Anyone in their right mind, as we have seen following this case, it’s made up of many fabrications, many so called witnesses, & those coming forward to give testimony as to the non-guilt of the real killer, killer mom, Casey Anthony!
What more will we have to read from the nuts in this case or what more will the defense pull out of their hats to get KM off! I stand firm with my belief that this will not fly & the state will just throw it out knowing Casey is guilty! With all the evidence against her, how could they even think for once, we would believe anything written in this statement!
For one, it’s hard to read, English or otherwise & another thing, what does it really say about killer mom.. she would still be the cause of her daughter’s demise! If she or her friends were involved in a drug ring or her alone owed someone drug money, she still would be killer. mho, with other previous cases, recently said drugs were involved as to reason for children coming up missing or found dead etc. the defense is just trying to throw a wrench or reasonable doubt to get the killer off!
It seems so often the public seems to judge too by assuming drugs are involved when they are not! I am not saying she & her friends didn’t use drugs but to throw that out there as a cause or reason, is wrong when we know darn well & without hesitation that she was solely alone on the death of her daughter.
Let’s say if this guy, [sickens me just to write his name as it sounds fictitious as does his written statement!] if this is true & she did tell him it was a young boy who killed Caylee… Is it possible this guy is foreign & might need a translator during trial? How easy this makes it for the defense! Do they actually know who this young boy is who killed Caylee? I doubt it! More time looking for him, maybe but I doubt that too as it may just be like any other case.. the defense is hoping to cause doubt & she gets off! I’m sure we all see which way this can go but look at how many other ways the defense has “tried” to get her off by throwing just anyone under the bus! They are just making themselves look like the lying arses they are! It provokes me to no end & I am tiring of their dirty tactics! It is time to end this & get to the truth that killer mom, Casey Anthony is as guilty as I am certain I am here typing this out with more rage then I ever had in the past! Venting, heck, I won’t call it that now, I call it just telling it like it is!
Sorry again for a long post but not sorry for anything, I just speak my mind to get a guilty verdict for the killer mom, Casey Anthony & final rest & peace for our precious Caylee!

  21. Muesli on 10 December 2009 at 05:19

Yes, I read them all. I couldn’t figure out her salary dates.

  22. eyespy on 10 December 2009 at 05:19

    Morning Humble!
Reminds me of the state requesting a gag order, but nooooo Bozo wanted his fat mug out there, and now he wants to take back his bad choices.

  23. humbleopinion on 10 December 2009 at 05:21

GM ScRaMa, he is trying to say this:

Casey Anthony isn’t the guilty party. Shown and said on the television. A young under age male was the one who develop such act of death to child. It was for a value of drugs – payment.

I am curious to where he heard Casey says she gave her away, that was something said on TV, and I don’t think by any of the A’s.

  24. Muesli on 10 December 2009 at 05:22

Also, all those pictures of Casey & Caylee were taken in someone’s (presumedly boyfriend’s) apartments. Didn’t Cindy once state that Caylee was never at any boyfriend’s apartments. She said Casey was very careful of Caylee’s environment, and that she was never around smoking or alcohol consumption.

  25. humbleopinion on 10 December 2009 at 05:24

Mues, glad your on top of the wages! She sure didn’t make much, and less while Caylee was in the world.

Eye, I would too, his interview with JVM was just terrible. I know one of the questions I would have asked was “Have you cried”. I don’t care if he has cried…I am still boycotting her!

  26. humbleopinion on 10 December 2009 at 05:24

Muesli, I think it is Ricardo and Amy’s house. Caylee spent time there.

  27. Muesli on 10 December 2009 at 05:24

How could Cindy know this. She was so unaware of the well-being of Caylee, that she didn’t even know that Casey didn’t work.

  28. Muesli on 10 December 2009 at 05:26

Humble, could have been any number of the guys in her life, i.e., Tony’s, etc..

  29. humbleopinion on 10 December 2009 at 05:26

Know what Muesli? Funny talked about the trouble shirt yesterday, the shirt that Cindy had never seen. It is call the shirt only worn at other peoples house.

  30. Muesli on 10 December 2009 at 05:27

Right Humble. Not much money. And, don’t forget, those were quarterly figures – 3-months worth.

  31. humbleopinion on 10 December 2009 at 05:28

Hang on Mues, I will go and find something…………..

  32. Muesli on 10 December 2009 at 05:29

Cindy and George didn’t realize that Casey didn’t have any money during that time she did work? I loved it in George’s deposition at Morgan & Morgan, when asked how much Casey contributed to the support of Caylee and to the household. Boy, did he get mad and arrogant, and try not to answer that question. The most he could come up with was a few times taking in some groceries. Right! They probably gave her the money for the groceries, and I bet she didn’t give them any change.

  33. Muesli on 10 December 2009 at 05:31

ScRaMa, how on earth did I miss your blog #20? I’m going back up to read it now. Sorry about that and good morning to you, also.

  34. humbleopinion on 10 December 2009 at 05:32

We assume it is Ricardos house, as she is playing guitar hero. Goes with the drums……Now this is called the Nanny’s house as the drums are in the picture at the top on the right with the curtains that Cindy claims is the nanny’s place….

  35. eyespy on 10 December 2009 at 05:33

Those were really unflatering pictures of Casey in the latest dump.I guess when she is not engaging the camera with her big horse teeth she looks more evil…I believe she was playing WI staring at the TV.

  36. ScRaMa on 10 December 2009 at 05:35

slow down.. got up too early with little sleep & I guess writing that being so po’d, did me in! Right now, I have more thoughts racing thru my mind! it hurts!
Humble, I did get that much out of it but know too, just another lie
I think it is Ricardo’s apt too! it’s where they spent most of their time
I also think Cindy lied about the shirt too! If she bought it or if KC just used it for sleepovers at Ricardo’s, imho, shows she was last to be with Caylee maybe even leaving Ricardo’s at one point in time? She may have bagged up & taken everything she had stored at Ricardo’s & thrown away at the scene after the fact, again to stick with the Nanny did it!

  37. humbleopinion on 10 December 2009 at 05:35

Eye..I just think she is just an ugly person. I know so much about her, that I don’t even find anything cute about her.
    Caylee is just a doll!

  38. Muesli on 10 December 2009 at 05:35

ScRaMa, sometimes it feels good to get our frustrations out and vent a bit. We all feel that way many times in this case. Good blog. I understand where you are coming from.

  39. ScRaMa on 10 December 2009 at 05:37

Eye.. I thought the same.. she really looked evil, like the devil in one especially!

  40. Muesli on 10 December 2009 at 05:37

Am I remembering correctly, but didn’t Cindy say that they never bought clothes for Caylee with writing on them?

  41. eyespy on 10 December 2009 at 05:38

Morning Scrama…I believe that is Ricardo’s place also…because he sold one of those pic’s to a magazine, taken on his camera phone.Humble do we know the date of that photo?

  42. Muesli on 10 December 2009 at 05:40

ScRaMa, if this all gets too much for you, try reading around the other blogs and watch the bloggers beat each other up. It is hilarious. I do it when I need a good laugh. They keep changing their names so many times, that they get confused and beat themselves up.

  43. Muesli on 10 December 2009 at 05:42

I think you are all right in that it is Ricardo’s place. Wish we had some dates there. I’m going to go back to Casey’s salary records and try to figure out what her weekly salary was and if this was all before Caylee was born. Boy, she was a top achiever, wasn’t she?

  44. ScRaMa on 10 December 2009 at 05:42

you have no idea how good it feels sometimes to get all of my thoughts out.. I am a speak up type of person & until I can get it out in words, I can’t rest easy.. with this case, I know it’s driving us all a little crazy..
I just have to express my views because like I said, I’m tired of all the9 lies!

  45. Halfspot on 10 December 2009 at 05:44

Hi All- I love just reading everyones post even if I don’t have the time to post, you all are fast!! Yes with all the nuts and frit-cakes coming out of the wood work.( most be just the time of year LOL) I’m sure if we ask C&G they would say, see we are not the only ones to know that our poor Casey is not guilty!! Next thing we know C&G will be filing motions, Cindys would read I’m sure something like this. We the Anthonys family we be- wit this and be- wit that and we don’t care what anyone says just let Casey go cuz it be- wit a family matter and that all we got to say on this here motion and if you read this above motion from this here guy that we came across he also know that our Casey did not do it!! In this motion you will find our Casey said the same thing so to us we don’t care if she is guilty!!In this motion you will find, to us it will make for better end of story and there for maybe a movie and yes I have to say we will make alot more money and be able to yell to the world see we won!!LOL P.S. Will send copy to Dream team- so they may send copy to all other legal poeple and all nuts and frit-cakes on our side, you know we need all help we can get!!LOL

  46. Muesli on 10 December 2009 at 05:44

By the way, do you think or know if this Elgine (wasn’t that the name of a watch company a long time ago) wrote this motion from jail. He seems to have quite a record.

  47. eyespy on 10 December 2009 at 05:44

Scrama there is more than 9 lies lol ♥

  48. humbleopinion on 10 December 2009 at 05:46

Eye, I do not know the date on that photo, or at lease I don’t think I do! lol But Nanna was looking at the pics yesterday and the first one Caylee is younger then the others.

I have no clue if Cindy said she never bought Caylee shirts with writing on them, but I know she said Caylee didn’t have a trouble shirt, I guess part of the plan to get Casey off of the murder charge, well looky, looky Caylee in the trouble shirt. I think these are the photo’s Cindy never thought would surface!

  49. Muesli on 10 December 2009 at 05:46

Hey, Halfspot. What did you do with the other half?

  50. humbleopinion on 10 December 2009 at 05:47

GM Halfspot! Yes they are not the only ones, this criminal Elgine also knows. A young under-aged male!

  51. Muesli on 10 December 2009 at 05:48

Humble, I believe I read it in one of her interrogations. But, please, please, don’t make me go back to them to search it out. I’ll be good. Anything not to have to read through that BS again. Fellow Humblers, please help me.

  52. eyespy on 10 December 2009 at 05:49

Humble was Cindy’s logic about the shirt that if Caylee didnt have it that it couldnt be Caylees remains that were found? I dont understand how the shirt can make Casey innocent…

  53. ScRaMa on 10 December 2009 at 05:49

    morning, Halfspot
Eye.. okay, ya got a smile with the 9 lies typo  not too early to smile!
Mues.. didn’t know that.. maybe he was named after the watch company?

  54. humbleopinion on 10 December 2009 at 05:50

Let not forget that Gov Crist got a copy, Washington, I assume DC, and the state! He makes me laugh. We tried to figure out what “blind solite view” is.
After searching the Department of Justice Civil rights division, found nothing on it.

  55. humbleopinion on 10 December 2009 at 05:52

Eye, well Casey said that the imaginary Nanny had clothes for Caylee. Without acknowledging the shirt as Caylee, could be cause for a nanny. Of course we know of no such nanny out there.

  56. ScRaMa on 10 December 2009 at 05:52

how can anyone question the shirt, really.. how stupid do they think we are?

  57. humbleopinion on 10 December 2009 at 05:53

Mues, I will search it out later….so you don’t have to!

  58. eyespy on 10 December 2009 at 05:53

Humble oh, i gotcha….that makes sense then.

    Scrama

  59. humbleopinion on 10 December 2009 at 05:54

ScRaMa, Cindy thinks we are pretty dumb-ba. Of course all her lies have make her public enemy number 2…Casey is “1″

  60. ScRaMa on 10 December 2009 at 05:55

Humble, I see what you’re saying about the shirt.. Cindy says she didn’t buy it to make it appear the Nanny did.. like I said in previous post, it shows in pics at Ricardo’s tho, Cindy will say it’s the Nanny’s apt.. geeeez, the lies are making my head hurt so much!

  61. Muesli on 10 December 2009 at 05:56

Tomorrow morning at the hearing, in the courtroom and outside, let’s be very observant and keep an eye on Joy Wray and she if she is trying to get media attention, and also to see with whom she is hanging around. Also, eyes sharp on Casey and Cindy. Let’s see if Casey acknowledges Cindy groveling around all those big guys behind Casey, in order to get Casey’s attention. The last time, I was actually embarrassed for Cindy. She looked a fool.

  62. eyespy on 10 December 2009 at 05:56

I read over at Hornsbys that the expected sentence for Casey on the fraud trial will be: probation only for a first time offender.Ther is a point system they use and she falls outside of the recomended quota for a prison sentence, so Hornsby says….

  63. humbleopinion on 10 December 2009 at 05:57

Cindy did say it was possibly the nanny’s apartment. She said it in a voice mail to Yuri or Allen. But she did say it. She had no idea whose house it was. I wonder if the pictures[all] came off Ricardo’s computer when it was given to LE?

  64. ScRaMa on 10 December 2009 at 05:58

does anyone really know how much hate I have for Cindy? how bout almost as much as I do for killer mom! And, believe me I don’t like the word, hate & have rarely said it in my lifetime but this case makes me use it regularly now!

  65. nannab on 10 December 2009 at 05:58

morning…passing thru before I go check the ice on the road.. u guys are sure talkative so early …

  66. Muesli on 10 December 2009 at 05:58

Humble, you are much too good to me. What do you want for Christmas? Actually, if it rains (oh, please God), then I would really have some time to look it up myself, as I wouldn’t have to play golf.

  67. humbleopinion on 10 December 2009 at 05:58

Eye, I think she will get what is coming to her. Let’s not forget Amy will take the stand and it was her money. Not to mention the bank.

  68. humbleopinion on 10 December 2009 at 05:59

Muesli, nothing! But I will have it found by the end of the day for you!

  69. eyespy on 10 December 2009 at 06:00

    Hey Nanna

Humble when all is said and done i think Amy can testify the apartment was Ricardo’s.

  70. Muesli on 10 December 2009 at 06:00

eyespy, I think in the final analysis, it is up to the judge’s discretion. I could be wrong; have been many times before.

  71. humbleopinion on 10 December 2009 at 06:01

AND might I mention that Pam Blonde [can't remember her last name] who is on the HLN shows said she could get up to 67 years for the fraud trial….I think Hornsby is a smoke blower. Not to mention, not impressed with his madness at all!

  72. Muesli on 10 December 2009 at 06:01

Hey, eyespy, good point. I didn’t think of that at all. Of course Amy would be able to testify that it was Ricardo’s apartment. Good thinking.

  73. ScRaMa on 10 December 2009 at 06:02

I for one will be here for the hearing tomorrow, can’t wait! but if I can get my butt in gear today & get more decorations up! so will have to get going now.. I trust you others will bring it tomorrow, it will be a good day! no?
    bbl :kissing:

  74. humbleopinion on 10 December 2009 at 06:03

See mention Nanna and she appears! :ninja:

Eye, yea, I think Amy lives or lived with Ricardo. Bet they had some nice cash to split. I am glad he cashed in on the picture, I bet Amy could after the trial. I am sure she has some good ones of Casey.

  75. Halfspot on 10 December 2009 at 06:04

Hi All- I’ve got a ?. When this case ever gets to court and C&G see its not going good that Casey will never see the light of day!! will they come to the other side to try and look like they just could not bring theirselfs to believe she did this or will they keep saying Casey could never hurt her child cuz we all know its all about the money now!! So what do you all think? I say they will take the road that looks better for them to try and keep money coming in for as long as they can.

  76. eyespy on 10 December 2009 at 06:04

In all cases in which the court has discretion as to what sentence may be imposed, the court may refer the case to the Department of Corrections for investigation and recommendation. No sentence or sentences other than probation shall be imposed on any defendant found guilty of a first felony offense or found guilty of a felony while under the age of 18 years, until after such investigation has first been made and the recommendations of the Department of Corrections received and considered by the sentencing judge.

  77. humbleopinion on 10 December 2009 at 06:05

Cindy tried hard to shot the sheriff and get LE to look in other directions from Casey. And of course the one who lies the most ends up in jail, and that is where Casey is and will live a long hare life looking out for Mikka’s Bertha!

  78. Muesli on 10 December 2009 at 06:05

I hope that all these young people who got caught up in this mess, make oodles of money from their pictures. And, Cindy, too bad if you don’t like it. After all, they have to pay for lawyers, lost time at school or work, etc., etc..

  79. humbleopinion on 10 December 2009 at 06:08

Halfspot, no way! They will never turn their back on Casey. They are determined to lie, cheat and steal to get Casey off these charges. They would be having a fit without “A” killer behind bars. I see they are NOT looking for anyone to point the finger at.

  80. Muesli on 10 December 2009 at 06:08

Just thinking. Wouldn’t the first felony be the first time she cashed a check. Then the second, signing the check, third receiving goods from the transaction. So, how can she not be a multiple felon. These were all felony acts committed in different time frames. Even the time from taking the checks, signing them, receiving goods, makes each sequence a separate felony crime. Does this make sense to anyone except me?

  81. mikka on 10 December 2009 at 06:09

    gm everybody,
muesli, joy write another blog, teh fbi destroy evidence, and why she dont take dna from kronk, she is baker act 6 times!

  87. Muesli on 10 December 2009 at 06:11

Didn’t you love in the doc dump about each time the Anthony’s were stepping up their search for Caylee by passing out more flyers. Wow, what an exhausting effort that was. Meanwhile, those poor searchers were out in the 100 degree heat of summer sloshing through a snake infested jungle. Give me a break. They never once got their shoes or hands dirty in the search for their beloved granddaughter.

  88. humbleopinion on 10 December 2009 at 06:11

Right she is still a felon. When she gets done with all this, she will be living the good life, behind bigger bars!

Halfspot, I have no clue! So many lies, I am getting confused at whose mouth the lie had come out of!

  96. eyespy on 10 December 2009 at 06:15

You see Casey Anthony is a First Time Offender, and Judge Strickland is prohibited by rule from immediately sentencing her to jail or prison if she is convicted. Rather, he is required to order that a Presentence Investigation be conducted before imposing sentence.

Important for the defense, this Presentence Report can take up to three months to complete – and as you might guess, that could be just long enough to allow the Murder case to be started without Casey being formally convicted of the crimes.

But there is a catch, this rule does not apply if Judge Strickland sentences Casey to probation. See Cloutier v. State, 930 So. 2d 841 (Fla. 3d DCA 2006) (Rule 3.710(a) clearly mandates that the trial court first order a PSI before sentencing a first felony offender to more than probation… Thus, the trial court erred when it sentenced the appellant without first ordering a PSI.)

At this point many of you are likely cursing my name for saying such blasphemy as probation – and this is because you not only assume Judge Strickland will sentence Casey to prison but you believe he is required to sentence her to prison.

If only you knew (and you will).

    Florida’s Criminal Punishment Code
In Florida all persons charged with felony offense are sentenced pursuant to a scoring system known as the Criminal Punishment Code (CPC). See Section 921.002, Florida Statutes.

In layman’s terms, the CPC assigns a numeric value to each criminal offense that a person has been convicted of and the resulting sum of those convictions dictates the judge’s sentencing options: (See Florida CPC Manual)

■If the total points equal or exceed 44 points, the judge is required to sentence the person to prison.
■If the total points are less than 44 points, the judge is not required to sentence a person to prison, but may still do so.
Now the 44 points also carries another magical consequence, any person sentenced to prison must be adjudicated guilty. On the other hand, a person sentence to probation can, at the court’s discretion, receive a withhold of adjudication of guilt. And we all know why that is important – don’t we?

Nevertheless, at this point you are probably asking: “well what does Casey Anthony score already?” and it just so happens that I took the time to complete a sample CPC scoresheet (Download PDF) and she scores ….

    43.6 points

  128. azrenee on 10 December 2009 at 06:31

Hi all, I dont even want to hear that you can steal a checkbook, write and cash checks, and only get probation????? Im sorry, that makes no sense to me. If that is the case why dont we all do it. Ist time is the charm….In a time when identity theft runs rampant, and people are losing fortunes to unscrupulous investors, I can NOT believe you can just steal and forge and thieve and get probation. If that were the case how come fla prosecutors have said a year for this, 5 yrs possible for that etc…I guess well see. I thought it was kind of distracting the whole kid screaming etc…I almost missed the point that the police reported standing water reeking havoc on their search for the possible ” victim”, in those same woods…Im sure that is the point of the discovery.

  129. Halfspot on 10 December 2009 at 06:31

OOOoo poor old Casey that far away from C&G what will she do!!LOL

  130. Justme66 on 10 December 2009 at 06:34

WOW.. Casey’s perfect man.. I just looked at his rap sheet.. Can you say thief?? *LOL* And a dumb one at that .. Between 1973 and 1993 he had 9 convictions.. Most of them appear to be felonies.. Hasn’t Florida ever heard of a PFO charge?? (Persistent Felony Offender).. it puts people in the big house for a longer amount of time, because of them getting out, cropping another charge, spending time, getting out, doing it again.. Exactly what this Furlow dude did.. According to his past record, it’s just about time for another one.. Wonder what this one will be??

  161. humbleopinion on 10 December 2009 at 07:02

    Kentucky’s PFO law:

A persistent felony offender in the second degree is a person who is more than twenty-one (21) years of age and who stands convicted of a felony after having been convicted of (1) previous felony. As used in this provision, a previous felony conviction is a conviction of a felony in this state or conviction of a crime in any
    other jurisdiction provided:

A persistent felony offender in the first degree is a person who is more than twenty-one (21) years of age and who stands convicted of a felony after having been
convicted of two (2) or more felonies, or one (1) or more felony sex crimes against a minor as defined in KRS 17.500, and now stands convicted of any one (1) or more felonies. As used in this provision, a previous felony conviction is a conviction of a felony in this state or conviction of a crime in any other jurisdiction provided:

Hi Everyone, Did you all see this from last night?

Meanwhile, prosecutors have filed two more motions (protective order) | (witness list) in the case as well. One is to block release of an illegal recording of the defense team’s interview with EquuSearch volunteer, Joe Jordan. He is the one who recorded the interview.

Prosecutors are also demanding a full witness list from the defense team and it accuses the team of withholding contact information about meter reader Roy Kronk’s ex-wives.

I don’t know. I really think Casey may be innocent now. Elgine Furlow’s arguments are rock solid and he may be one of the great overlooked legal minds of our time. I think they should just call the trial off and let Casey go.

Seriously though the guy’s obviously mentally ill so he doesn’t know what he’s doing. It may come back to bite him now, as Baez will doubtless claim Elgine is now the real killer. Move over Roy Kronk, Elgine mentioned drugs and murder…this is even meatier!!
