From what it says it Andrea Lyons says that the potential witness list should be obvious from the filings of their Roy Kronk and TES motions. Of course no where is there address or any of the people they are using on the filing. Guess Mizz Lyons is running the show now..well at least she thinks she is! Then Baez emails with the criminals attorney’s names and address’. Wonder why? Why do they ALL have attorney’s!?!
Last we knew defense witness list:
Dr. Scott Fairgrieve, Dr. Timothy Huntington, Dr. Werner Spitz, Dr. Reichs, Dr. Lee, Dr. Kobilinsky, Larry E. Daniel. And I guess we can add the Kronk Criminals, and the Elgine Furlow, Joy W, Some TES searchers. Oh yea and we can’t forget Tim Miller. Funny, none of Casey’s friends have made it to the defense side. Isn’t that interesting?
According to the protective order, Joe Jordan taped the conversation between himself and the defense team detective.. The tape has been seized by OCSO. All individuals involved have declined prosecution.

SS, I know and the d-team doesn’t care. I wish if the person is found guilty, they better pay back the state! The Casey criminals in this case are just that criminals. They all abuse and use and don’t care! The tax payers should be complaining about the money spent on the search for Caylee if she is found guilty! Make the A’s pay the state back. In other words, they need to find jobs. Casey has used more money!

No shoes were found with Caylee because she was ready for bed when the deed was done. Big Trouble were her jammies. You can see the matching pj like pants in the photo.
Secondly, I think Tony’s garbage was important enough to keep so CMA could retrieve the steroid used syringe she knew was in there for her chloroform capers. Did Tony or roomie Nathan use roids?? Traces of testosterone were found in that Gatorade bottle syringe.

Casey will go to court, and she will be given her guilty verdict.. The defense needs to face it.. it would take nothing short of a miracle for her to walk away from this.. Suzie Jane………I have to agree with you…….there is a reason she was able to get away with “EVERYTHING” she did……….my boys are 6′ tall………I am a little shorter………and am in my 60′s……….but, I still wont put up with their crap….plus I am female…….and still wont put up with their crap……….soooooooo, why did that family?????
We have discussed the legal representation/appeal issue on here several times.. I swear, IF I’m not badly mistaken, that back during the very beginning of this whole mess Baez had done something.. And Judge Strickland called him on it.. Then he turns to Casey and says something like, “are you sure you want to continue with this representation?”.. And she shakes her head, then says yes.. For some reason that sticks out in my mind, but it was a LONG time ago, and I have no idea now which hearing it would have been.. I wish I had time to go back to listen to all of them.. It may have even been on another case somewhere, but I don’t follow other cases that much, so I don’t know.. I’ll figure it out though.. I’m probably wrong, as usual.. But for some reason I just can’t get that out of my head..

Susie Jane.. IF my memory serves me right, and it DID in fact happen, I would think that she wouldn’t be able to claim ineffective counsel and appeal on those grounds.. UNLESS it was BEFORE the charges were updated to murder, etc.. I think that would be a different story.. Humble would have this in her archives, if it were discussed.. But she only has the most recent ones.. And the incident I’m talking about happened last year, during the first of all of this.. I will try to find those archives.. I don’t know if she still has them or not..
I’ll bet it was before December 11th when the charges were upped to 1st degree murder and the DP and all. But still, how could she diss all her “top” attorneys now on the case.

With all these high profile types acting along side boaz, it should be impossible to claim inadequate defence…at least I also am hoping she cant make that claim.. Grand jurors also will hear about evidence of chloroform discovered during the investigation. Reports from lab technicians could shed light on hair samples and stains found in the trunk of the car.
During a press conference, the attorney for Caylee’s mom said “She is doing her best to stand tall in front of everyone.” “They, the sheriff’s office, threw the kitchen sink at her a long time ago.”Anthony, who has never appeared at a press conference, did not comment. I find it funny that he would say she will turn herself in. Well why wouldn’t she? She is either at home or in the attorney’s office. It won’t be hard to find her. I did see the video with the attorney, she had tears because she is afraid she will be indicted, the tears were there for no other reason.

She is much better off! Even without C&G. And the truth reveals in the end they are all about the money and nothing else. That is why they have kept the charade up of Caylee being alive and they were getting all these calls about a Caylee sighting. I would like to see the records they kept…not to mention the bills they paid with the search for Caylee money!
I watched the lost jailhouse video again today. I am stunned by who this young man is who called G&C (on Caylee’s B-day I think) and was invited over for chili and cornbread????? A stranger? For all the A’s knew, he was a nutshead carrying a handgun looking for his own justice! Who is this guy?
