Today in court was very emotional for Casey! Yep, she cried twice. Once because it was about her and her visits and her family and her and her attorney and her and her and being video-taped. [I must say it was about HER] The second time it was because the state hit the nail on the head and are going to give her the death penalty on a silver platter. Of course I am talking about the way Mr. Ashton explained the murder of Caylee, and that it had to be premeditated.
Here is what he said: “Her killer would prepare some substance in advance that would render her physically unable to resist. If the killer looked at her face, maybe the killer saw her eyes … First one piece (of tape), then two, then three so that no breath was possible.” “Could Caylee have understood what was happening to her? Did she try to resist? Could her killer see the fear in her eyes as the tape was being applied?” He went on to say that these questions can only be answered by a jury. “Any child that age should have the physical ability to remove the duct tape covering her airways and preventing her from breathing. So far there is nothing decided except that the state will write an investigative subpoena for Dominic Casey and the defense team nor the Anthony’s attorney will be involved. Also the taped interview by Joe Jordan will not be heard by anyone! The state has not heard it, nor will the defense or anyone.

Same here Eye. I had been in the hosptial last year, from July 21st till the 24th, and came on the 24th. That night I watched NG and was appalled when I heard how Caylee had been missing for 31 days and nobody, even cared enough to find out where she was. I was hooked from that day on!

well it was good throwing my thoughts out tonight on the case, I am going to re read some of the new documents released to see if I can find anything interesting for comparison and why the prosecution released it before the hearing…..just wondering what is up with the timing of it… nice discussing the case with you all… and one final thought……. I hate caseys hair and think every time I see it grow longer and how poor little caylees hair was matted in the woods and won’t grow anymore. Justice for Caylee Soon enough…

Had Baez been concerned about his client instead of his own advancement of becoming a “famous” defense atty then he would have used his noggin to tell casey to take a plea at the beginning. Good lawyers do what is best for their clients. Pleas at this stage of the game is probably too late.

I am still laughing about Casey’s lawyers doing all that whining for her…Waaahhh, it’s difficult for her in jail….waaahhh, she misses her family and needs their support….waaaah, please don’t video tape their visits…
All of Casey’s supposed woes are self-inflicted. Even if you don’t believe she killed Caylee….she also lied repeatedly to LE, so she should at least be in for that. As far as G&C visiting, do you think those clowns care if their visit would be internet news? Heck they are already putting their sickening mugs in front of every camera they can find. They have turned this into a circus and have no regard for justice or Caylee’s memory.

Hi All, Don’t know if anyones here but if you see Casey when she crys if you want to say thats a cry! LOL its when her lawyer says she loved Caylee looks to me like the word love does it they have told her when to cry. Casey missed one love when Bozo did not cover mike and they were to buzy talking! Then when the state chewed them up she got mad and was made to act like she was crying all about Casey its all an act. Her lawyers know they don’t have any thing going for them thats why the are trying to get DP off table, most lawyer would try and pull this at close when all said and done!! If any thing her crying is for herself not Caylee and she is mad because she got cought not that she wishes she had not killed her!! Casey never loved Caylee or even cared about her its all about Casey and what about her life she hated that child from the begaining!! I say justice for Caylee as for Casey take her life or give her life I don’t really care as long as she never walks free again!! What ever happens to Casey will not be even close to what poor little Caylee had to go thur. See you all tomor!! Have a good nite and hope Casey has night mare all nite and ever nite!!

Regarding Casey and her alleged “crying”
I am sure that many of us have had times where we have cried and cried when something sad or bad has happened in our lives. Did you just use ONE tissue? No. We used many tissues because each one would become so wet that a new one was needed, Casey’s tissue always appeared dry when she used it or folded it, and she only used one. She did not cry real tears. I can be sure of that. Finally, something that bugs me about her is that she always looks at her tissue or fingers after she wipes her eyes or nose. That is just gross.
