    They talked a lot about how the defense being recorded in the media from what I had seen. But, they forgot to mention in the media…Us the public or media don’t get to see those tapes. I at least expected Mike Brooks to mention it and he didn’t either

    I wouldn’t watch if I could Mikka…I can’t stand watching him and there will be some spin on it. I thought they might start a media blitz tomorrow morning, but I guess they are doing it early. He did the same thing after the last hearing or docs didn’t he?

    I just posted and then new bloggie so I will put it here again
    Well here is what was going through “my” mind while Ashton was talking. If she did not use chemical restraints then she would literally have to sit on top of her with both arms tucked to her sides, screaming and crying and yelling “no, mommy, no” and then looking into WF eyes, fear and panic as she put the duct tape across the mouth, then another up farther up. Her eyes are wide with fear and confusion while the piece goes over her nose and she becomes more and more confused and terrified. She would struggle more and more and mommy would hold tighter and tighter till her eyes closeand the life leaves her. THis is what was going through MY mind. What will be going through the jurors minds?? YEAH!

    Lyon doesn’t think anyone should get the DP, that’s very clear on her website & her history, and does not seperate “the worst of eworst”. She is trying to make casey look better than the murderers she was describing. cma was a very good mother by all accounts until one day she murdered her child, like that’s better than beating or abusing the child & then killing them.

    KC not acknowledging G&C is all BS…remember Baez take his laptop with him in the cell when he visits KC…I’d bet the ranch KC and folks visit via the laptop….they are in the process of trying to make people…the Judge…have compassion for KC…yuck!!!
    As they said the Judge can not change the law…and the rules of the jail is legislation not anything the Judge can change…Baez and team are well aware of this.
