I absolutely agree with defense arguing for constitutional rights for their client… because I believe Casey will be found guilty regardless and because I think it’s important that WE ALL are protected in our rights… I don’t have a problem with Andrea arguing about the constitutionality of the state’s position… However, I disagree with the specifics of her arguments and believe the judge will also. They have to do this, in a death penalty case. They ARE trying to save Casey’s life so they HAVE to argue about this. They can’t just roll over and say: ok, put my client to death. So, I don’t hold any animosity toward the defense for this type of argument. I do feel animosity towards them for other things, one being throwing Kronk under the bus and the video interview with his nutty ex’s — I think that was pure-dee low-down and unsupportable.
