After ASHTON Spoke on the Death Penalty, the female LEGAL Analyst said, “The DEFENSE needs to seek a PLEA!” She also stated the Prosectutor was “Passoniate” & would appeal to a jury.

There is a misunderstanding why the state opts to seek the death penalty, he said. A jury will decide this case, and then the court. The state isn’t deciding to seek the death penalty.
“We have simply decided to allow the jury and the court to decide,” he said.
Ashton said when the state originally filed its notice that it would not seek the death penalty, Caylee’s remains had not been found.

Well here is what was going through my mind while Ashton was talking. If she did not use chemical restraints then she would literally have to sit on top of her with both arms tucked to her sides, screaming and crying and yelling “no, mommy, no” and then looking into WF eyes, fear and panic as she put the duct tape across the mouth, then another up farther up. Her eyes are wide with fear and confusion while the piece goes over her nose and she becomes more and more confused and terrified. She would struggle more and more and mommy would hold tighter and tighter till her eyes closeand the life leaves her. THis is what was going through MY mind. What will be going through the jurors minds?? YEAH!
