The state filed two motions this week. One for a witness list and the other for a protective order for Joe Jordan:
According to the protective order, Joe Jordan taped the conversation between himself and the defense team detective.. The tape has been seized by OCSO. All individuals involved have declined prosecution.
Court was very emotional for Casey! Yep, she cried twice. Once because it was about her and her visits and her family and her and her attorney and her and her and being video-taped. [I must say it was about HER] The second time it was because the state hit the nail on the head and are going to give her the death penalty on a silver platter. Of course I am talking about the way Mr. Ashton explained the murder of Caylee, and that it had to be premeditated.
Here is what he said: “Her killer would prepare some substance in advance that would render her physically unable to resist. If the killer looked at her face, maybe the killer saw her eyes … First one piece (of tape), then two, then three so that no breath was possible.” “Could Caylee have understood what was happening to her? Did she try to resist? Could her killer see the fear in her eyes as the tape was being applied?” He went on to say that these questions can only be answered by a jury. “Any child that age should have the physical ability to remove the duct tape covering her airways and preventing her from breathing. I loved it Humble, it was a very thoughtful gift for a child whose former presense has been lost within her own family.
Around the time of the memorial, I wrote a poem for Caylee. Up until that time, I never cried. I was too angry. Once I wrote the poem the tears flowed like a fountain. It was good for me.
I watched the whole thing life…and almost slept during the lyons sermon.
I think with Cindy, the quality of her friends definitely points to the quality (or lack of) the woman.

Hi CCW, how are you? I didn’t watch the whole hearing, but I chose parts to watch and I think that the whole crying thing, of course was for herself and the fact that WF actually can hear what she did to Caylee, coming from someone elses mouth. Caylee was there that day and justice will be served.
Humble, it’s so easy to forget that she was a living, breathing child. When I watched the video, I was reminded that this child has been abandoned in support of the evil that snuffed out her life. I see a child so full of promise and laughter who SHOULD be among us.

That was a classic and did you notice his body language completely changed when Ashton began his arguement as it was pointed and precise? Lyons had to be ready to blow a gasket when Ashton began also calling her out with her Video comments. Strickland will make sure WF gets a fair trial if it finally comes down to it. If her lawyers really want to save her life, they need to begin thinking plea deal after she is convicted and sentenced for the check fraud charges.

But, not one of the so called TV moderators has had the courage to ask the A’s, what is Casey’s responsibility in this case. What was her responsibility to protect her baby? We all who have had children were responsible for their well being. What about Casey. Didn’t she have the duty to protect her baby? And, I, personally, do not want to hug the A’s or anyone who is associated with them. Sicko. Get a job.
As for George and Cindy. My God, I just can’t imagine the pain and suffering they must be going through. I believe they got blind sighted for a while and were influenced by the type of people who attached themselves to them. I would wish for them to detach themselves from these bottom feeders. The Milsteads (by the way where are they), Joy Wray, etc.. Where are their families. Strangers, new best friends. That is not enough. So, if their family, as we perceive them as dysfunctional,it was their family, it was their life. A private little group of people living together making the best of a not so perfect situation. When, if ever, are they going to realize that it was Casey who destroyed their lives, all of them. Never to be their life as they knew it, again.

Actually, as a Catholic, I was very offended by the superficial re-baptism of the Anthony’s. I was beaten up on another blog because I expressed my cynicism of this production. After all, they had never been very religious before (isn’t it funny that people on death row and in jail always seem to find religion. Does Jesus live i jail). Only later did I find out that Cindy was miked up. Maybe for the next “48 hrs” special. I felt I was vindicated.

Hi all, Got up could not sleep- I know I want all of you to read this so I’ll copy and paste when I get back on. Definition of a cold blooded murder is- They feel no remorse, they feel no guilt, they do not love, they do not care, they have no feeling of shame, they will not help anyone, they use people till that person has been used up and then they move on to the next poor sucker. The things a cold blooded murder does care about- They only care about theirselfs, they think they only want to be happy and loved, but they are never truely happy, they bore easy, and it is always about them, they want to be the center of everything thats going on at the time, they also want to like the samethings you like or want, so as to try to always be what you want them to be, so as to always fit in even when they don’t, they will get anger if it’s not their way, it most always be their way, or they will not see you again or if to close to them like a famliy member- they may just get rid of that person for good, out of site out of mind, they feel great power in this, they my feel a great rush or even a high feeling from killing, they may feel they can do anything. I ask you this? It sounds just like Casey am I right? Definition of someone that has to kill or be killed or to protect someone else’s life, They will or may feel sad, they will feel remorse, they may even feel guily, they will relive it over and over again in their mind, could they have done more or something else, they may say over and over why did this have to of happened, they may even feel sorry for that person they had to kill and that persons family and freinds. That is the definition of a person that is kind and loves others and cares for other, and someone that will never understand how and why others kill. Then we look at people like Casey, look close no real tears, Casey is only mad at the world and also little Caylee, for she only thinks of herself and its Caylee that put her here,Casey feels like others did this to her,she only hates, she feels no love or remorse, it will always be about her, and look what we the world has done to her, how dare any of us, This is the definition of Casey a cold blooded killer!! Just a head’s up for you bloggers who have not watched the court case today & this is my opinion only. Andrea (aka Windy) Lyon talks about 90% on all the parts & says nothing, she just quotes about other cases & brags about how knowledgeable she is in death cases. The jurors are not going to like her. So, before watching the videos, I suggest knitting or you will fall asleep when Windy is whining. Kathi Belish (sp?) is a hoot……we must thank her. Yes, Windy looked pretty scared when Kathi told her nicely “not to push her”, haha. Go Kathi…………..great!!!! Oh, also the orginal drama queen, Cindy, acted her part as she walked into the elevator. I feel that the only reason other than she is scared……the reason Casey stayed out of sight for a month is 1. she loved her new found selfish freedom….( after doing away with Caylee) and 2. she needed the time to contrive this story then she had to drill it into her own brain so that she wouldnt slip and mess up…..this is the way most sociopaths do….if they can convince themselves that something happened other than what they have done then they honestly believe they will convince others as well…true they have no feelings for anyone other than themselves and they are takers not givers…..they are very much bald faced liars and they can lie with out batting an eyelash…I have worked in a prison setting and saw this every single day I worked…..as well as having an adopted sociopath as a child……….he isnt a killer (THANK THE LORD!) but he like most sociopaths has many traits that sociopaths have the lying and selfishness. Although hes has grown out of most of his sociopathic behaviors there will always be the fear i have that its so easy to slip back into the habits he had as a juvenile.(I dont say that to place my child in that type of scenerio he was diagnosed that) I do believe Casey is the ONLY contributor to her own demise coupled with the fact that she will be the demise of her entire family. But I do belive that SPINDY AND JOJO knew what happened and I do believe they deserve to be charged right along with Casey and I know for a fact they have all lied for her to try to help her….I do believe that if after Casey was arrested in September, that D Casey was told where to go look either by BOZO or Casey herself from BOZO’s office unless SPINDY had a disposable cell phone. Theory : If a disposable cell phone was used by any of the Anthony’s to tip off D CASEY then my feeling is this wouldnt be tracable and they are so cheap….and I have yet to see records of D CASEY’s cell phone posted. The Anthony’s do not want D casey Deposed because theres something he knows or was told or he was talking to them while he was searching 8905 Suburban Dr. D Casey’s phone records are going to show the number but I’ll almost bet it wont be able to be traced…. I also think that the prosecution drove home their point on Friday………and I am anxiously waiting to see just how far the DUHfence will be able to push Judge Strickland.
