Judge Strickland has denied 2 motions and granted 1 so far, nothing on the DP.

DENIED: claimed that Anthony’s multiple check fraud charges is not double jeopardy!  READ

DENIED: to destroy all jailhouse interviews involving Casey Anthony and her family.  READ

GRANTED: protective order for an interview involving EquuSearch volunteer Joe Jordan.  READ

    One quick comment, then I’m gone again.. One of the funny things about the letter that Joy Wray wrote to the judge was that she claimed Caylee’s body was dumped there in October, then said that she had video/pictures taken in November that prove Caylee wasn’t there.. I bet the Judge laughed so hard that he peed in his robe.. *LOL*

I guess the honorable Judge Strickland didnt feel the need to elaborate, as the law is clear in both dismissals!!! Very telling…I think hes at the end of his patience with these nonsense motions.

    I do believe Lyons will have one more important motion before the New Year. I bet the spelling and grammar will be correct on this one. I humbly request that due tothe inadvertent publishing of teaching materials that I must recuse myself from this case in the best interest of my client. Gotta go folks…got a plane to Chicago to catch!! Im not much of a gambler, but I think I might bet money on this one.

    I just talked to Orange county public schools a little while ago and was told that Hidden Oaks Elementary is sometimes referred to as HOLT. Hidden Oaks ELemenTary. I just wanted to know if what I read was true so I called. And in that video that I was talking about earlier clearly she says that.. thats just crazy in my eyes.

    OK then heres my question…..suppose that like Casey said…the nanny (Zenaida) and her sister kidnapped Caylee….if the nanny had never been to Caseys house then how did Caylee have been found so close to Hopesping dr…………if Casey didnt do it? Because i thought Casey always said that Zenaida had never been to her house but that she had everything she needed for Caylee?? or did i say that wrong?

    I have listened and listened to that thing, and whether it is Hope/Holt or whatever. Holt is the School, Hope is the HopeSpring drive. It is really unclear even after all the noise and stuff removed. I just can’t tell what it is exactly she says!

    That girl Kio marie I think was her name has supposedly stated that they used to call it that… as in like a abbrevation… Hidden Oaks ELemenTary… To me it sounds like HOLT and the fact that the meaning is A wooded area.. is sooo strange… I got put down kinda rather meanly for my opinion on another site.. but it just seems so odd.. what if she really was just looking up diff meanings for wooded areas… I think it’s possible

    I always wonder if the state catches all these little things that we all seem too. I can’t help but think if it can be proven that Casey says HOLT… dont they have like voice experts? I can hear the state saying please read the meaning of HOLT outloud.. ‘a wooded area’ I Cant see how the jury wouldnt think that was odd. I know I would if I was on that jury

    Chlry I don’t think they can arrest them for lying till it’s proven that Casey is guilty of murdering Caylee. I don’t see why they can’t use it at trial. It would be different though if they say Bozo told him (maybe)

    Judge Strickland HAS NOT ruled on the family visitation video yet as far as if they were “going to be released” to the public. Whether released to the public or not, they will ALWAYS be videoed, the question is, to the PUBLIC?

    He ONLY RULED that the OLD videos would not be destroyed. His ruling was very specific on the videos.

    STILL Outstanding: The Death Penalty Motion, If the DEFENSE would be VIDEOED, & if the Family Visitation will be released to the public.

    There is another case in Orlando, a murder case in which the JUDGE decided NOT to release the videos of their meet with their family to the media. On the TODAY SHOW, Conway said that he “expects” Hydge Strickland to rule the same.

    I am CONCERNED about this motion as this family is dishonest, has smuggled letters to & from each other via BOZO, all LIE, & they need to ALL be held accountable for their actions. They claim they don’t want special treatment, BUT, I am sick to death of BOZO asking for SPECIAL Treatment for “My Girl.” She is JUST another murderer. jmo.

    The MOTION Ruled on the VIDEOS, was very specific, it did not include the ANT’s visiting KC. imo, we will know by Friday.
