The Defense in the Anthony case is holding an Emergency hearing today at 2 pm.
The Defense wants:
1. Copy of photos and videos as the crime scene was on Thursday when the body was found.
2. Pieces of remains to do their own DNA testing
3. Appoint a forensic expert for the court.
The judge has denied all of the motions brought on by the defense. Cindy and George Anthony have said they believe the child has died. Well, low and behold! After the Nanny we go!
Judge Strickland said that he can not help with interfering with a murder investigation. He also said that he would consider a second autopsy when the remains are positively identified. GO JUDGE!
Baez made a point to whining about Anthony not being able to get a fair trial! So Baez, get on it and do what needs to be done!

Can someone tell me a little more about what the state might know about some of the very early released jail house calls to Lee. I know I have heard many times that they were speaking in code. I just didn’t realize until today how very obvious some of the the things that they say are. I mean she says very clearly that SHe is close to HOLT! NOT HOME HOLT!!!! I am sure everyone knows that is the name of the school next to where the remains were found.. I was just curious if anyone knew if the state had made any comments about this? Also in the long version Lee speaks backward saying Trust no one but me, tell the truth to no one BUT ME!..
