    We better look out today for people that want to lurk and possibly comment rather rude things. Apparently someone over at TCD.. was posting rude things from a army base in kansas… Express blocked him, and then I got on another blog and he posted there 2!!! I hope he does not come here. We are all able to have opinions last time that I checked!

    Brylee…Maybe he is talking about the video he stopped from being released because he felt her rights to a fair trial might be violated.

    We won’t see any visits between Baez and Casey…Those are private…I doubt even the judge sees them because they are just for security. So he is either talking about the video he already sealed…Casey finding out about Caylee being found. Or one of the others with the parents or Lee. I am thinking it was the video he already sealed that distrubs him. It also could be he is disturbed that the attorney and their clients are video taped…most jails don’t do this.

    If he did mean the videos from Bozo just meeting with her.. that is crazy.. I think you all are right. I doubt it, but its possible. And I wondered what he MIGHT have seen

    He might have Mikka…But, probably not. I don’t think the jail even hands those tapes over to LE…They are just for their security.

    Thank you Mikka…I wonder if Strickland thought to hard on this motion…What interviewed video tape would there be? If her family went to see her it would be a visit. Her attorneys visits are not released to the public anyhow.

    I still don’t think he sees the videos of Casey and Beaz…It wouldn’t be right for him to see it, unless they are doing something wrong.
    He says he has seen at least “one” video…so he knows there is one and he has sealed one. If not that one maybe it is the LE interview because they said he says video taped interview…

    ORLANDO, Fla. — Judge Stan Strickland denied another defense motion in the case against Casey Anthony Thursday. Judge Strickland said that Casey should not get special treatment in the jail.

    The defense wanted the jail to stop videotaping Casey whenever she was meeting with her lawyers or with her family, but the jail videotapes every inmate in those situations so the judge denied the motion.

    Mikka…I don’t understand what he wrote seeing how we don’t get to see the videos of Casey and her counsel?? I do understand what he is saying about the court agreeing with the video taping of clients and counsel…that is very unusual.
