ORLANDO, Fla. — Judge Stan Strickland denied the defense’s motion Thursday to prohibit Orange County Jail officials from videotaping visits between Casey Anthony and her legal team.
Strickland also considered delaying the release of any videotapes of the meetings until after the trial, but saw no need to do so and cited the trial’s late start as delay enough.
The judge did stipulate that he must first approve of any videotaped interview before it is released to the public to guarantee that nothing compromises Anthony’s fair trial.
I’m confused, the public doesn’t get to see those videos between casey & baez anyway, why is he mentioning & ruling on those? Though I find it quite interesting that he mentions one that could cause a problem for her. that alone tells us something! of course now I want to see it!!! Good move stricky & the defense brought this all on themselves.

The one i believe he is referring to has got to be the one they sealed.The day Casey was video’d when they found Caylee’s remain’s, and then shuffeled into a room with Bozo.
