RECAP: Roy Kronks calls and other info 18Dec08

Of course this is before they let us know the name of the reader meter.

The meter reader order of calls and actions 2008:

11 August: deputy came out.
12 August: CID division at OCSO Deputy looks at it and see that cadaver dog were there and there is no investigation
13 August: crimeline deputy responds meets with him, goes back and looks but looks and leaves. Says to the other deputy I have this scene covered and leaves.
11 December: well we all know what has happened from here on out~!

NG says this can help the states case. AT least to pin point the body was there in August.

The findings are plastic bag, clothes, bones, teeth, and duct tape.

LP is wondering and has questions about the meter reader. He thinks that someone told this guy to go there. Not in a conspiracy way.

If this guy is anyway contented to this case he could have called someone else to find this skull, and not put himself in the middle of all this.

From the skeleton remains found, they probably will not be able to tell when the person died.

I still say that Baez is just as responsible for the tips received in August as OCSO. Why? Because he left them at the OCSO for how long? Are they still there? I’ll bet they are! He could have looked into the tips himself. Gosh, for all we know, he could have had his people on the scene before the investigators. Guess he didn’t feel the tips were needed. I’ll bet now he does!

PLEASE let’s remember there is an off topic page! Weather updates can go over there! Thanks!

    Hi Humble!

Hope all is well with you. I saw comment concerning Joy’s rap sheet and responded, but also wanted to drop by in case you didn’t make it back by my place. The most concerning part of this list of charges she has faced (most of which she has been judged guilty on) is the apparent “stalking” behavior combined with several instances of violence. If you look at July 1998 she’s got three trespassing arrests in a 4 day period. That looks like stalking behavior to me. I don’t, for one minute, think she was just wandering all over town those 4 days getting arrested for trespassing at various locations. That had to have been her returning to the same location every time. A location she was clearly not wanted at!

It’s probably appropriate that my comment appears OT to Roy Kronk. It kind of isn’t…bein’s Joy’s statement of seeing an odd-behaving man at the location in August is a blatant attempt to insinuate she saw Roy.

holy cow…I read Joy’s letter too many times. I’m talking like her now.

    I saw YOUR comment…etc.

It goes all the way back to 1998.

It would be very nice to get the verdict form the Judge of the DP today! Tomorrow will be one year ago that Dr. G announced that the remains were that of Caylee Marie! Of course I need not mention that the day Caylee was found 11 Dec 2008, Casey had already known it was her! RIP Caylee!

Good morning all.. I’m on my way out the door to do the normal, “I live in the mountains, have a snow storm coming, and need to fight the rush for milk and bread”.. Did I mention that I hate winter?? If not, I’m telling you now.. “I HATE WINTER”.. One good thing though, if we get what they’re saying we’ll get, I should have plenty of time to blog.. 12″-16″ means I’ll be going NOWHERE for at least a day or two.. I just hope the power stays on.. Getting the old kerosene heater while I’m out too.. Just in case.. GRRRRR.. Did I mention I HATE WINTER.. I’m growing my feathers.. Just can’t seem to get them long enough to fly south for the winter..

I hope the judge rules today too, and I hope he rules against dropping the DP.. At least there’d be some good news happening today.. I’ll cya’ll ASAP.. If I don’t get trampled at the grocery store..

Joy has certainly hit the big time on the blogs. I hope she doesnt over react to all of the criticism. I really wish someone in Fla could contact the Dept of children services. There are more nuts in this case than just her, wanting death and murder for the Anthony;s. Her nonsense defense of Casey could be a danger. JW husband, mother, sister, brother, if you read any of this, PLEASE get her help!!!

The stalking jumped out at me. I think she’s stalking the A’s.

  7. azrenee on 18 December 2009 at 08:57

I think she is stalking anyone and everyone in this case..Kronk, searchers, Anthonys, very scary. Between her and her stomach punching husband ( of a four year old per a news article) where does that leave the kids?

Judge Rules To Leave Death Penalty On Table For Casey
Defense Has Cited Lack Of Evidence, Unconstitutionality

  10. Maze on 18 December 2009 at 09:30

ORLANDO, Fla. — Despite an argument by Casey Anthony’s defense team, a motion was denied by Judge Stan Strickland, so the death penalty will still be sought against the 23-year-old.

Jose Baez, Casey Anthony’s attorney, has argued that the death penalty in this case is unconstitutional.

Baez also previously filed a motion asking the judge to force the prosecution to reveal why it believes the death penalty should be on the table.

He argued that the prosecution cannot establish why or how Caylee died and wants to know what evidence the state that justifies the death penalty.

“While the Court found much of defense counsel’s argument regarding death penalty law and procedures to be compelling, her argument as to the state’s bad faith and impermissible motives cannot withstand scrutiny. While the quantum of evidence sufficient to seek the death penalty will virtually always be an issue, that matter is best left to the jury. The prosecution’s brief recitation of facts supporting its decision to seek the death penalty in this matter was also compelling, and therefore sufficient,” the order stated.

Casey Anthony is in the Orange County Jail charged with murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee. Caylee’s remains were found in a wooded area off Suburban Drive near the Anthony family home in December 2008 by a meter reader. Anthony maintains that a nanny by the name of Zenaida Gonzalez kidnapped Caylee.
