I hope everyone is ready for Christmas!  I love this time of year and hope you enjoy you time with your families!  Thank you so much for posting on the site! I have learned alot from all of you!  It is sad that the death of a 2 year old brought us together, but we all stand for one thing, and that is Justice for Caylee!  I have grown to know so many wonderful people and we have become friends!

As I sit here and think about all the Christmas’ I have had with my kids [when they were little], and how their faces lite up when they would wake up in the morning and find that Santa had been here, it was just the best days of my life.  And these are days that Caylee will never have!

    Merry Christmas Humble and Humblettes
I think Caylee is smiling from above to see all the friendships that have been made in concert to finding justice for her…saddest thing is she never had any little friends of her own…but she is in God’s playground now and there IS NO better place to be…
wishing you all peace, good health and much happiness…also wanna give Humble a special thank you for providing us all a safe place to come together and to let you know how much it is appreciated..
my computer has been down for several days (trojans and worms) but my son came to my rescue…thought he was talking dirty when he told me what was wrong
    Merry Christmas everyone…peace

  2. Stephanie on 23 December 2009 at 03:04

    Good Morning Everyone…

Humble…I feel the same as your post.

Mema…Merry Christmas to you. For a long time after I learned a new type of trojan…I would have to laugh, lol.

  3. Muesli on 23 December 2009 at 03:11

Good morning Stephanie. I would imagine MeMa52 has probably left now for a comfortable bed. I also got a chuckle out of Mema’s “thought he was talking dirty”. I also don’t understand most puter language. I was thinking of Caylee yesterday as I was wrapping my 2 1/2 yr. old grandson’s presents. This is what the A’s should have been doing for Caylee at this time of year. When, oh when are they going to wake up and accept the fact that their daughter is guilty of this heinous crime against not only Caylee, but all of them. I cannot understand how C&G can remain blind to the obvious. Or are they? IMHO, G&C know Casey killed their little darling, who I believe they loved with their hearts and souls. When will they get angry enough at Casey to finally admit to themselves what she has done. I would love to see the day in the courtroom when George & Cindy move over to the correct side of the room, the side seeking justice for their little Caylee.

  4. MeMa 52 on 23 December 2009 at 03:16

    morning Steph
wanted to let you know that I made all my cookie dough one day and then days later baked them all…thanks for the suggestion…I will do that every year now…SO much easier…I felt like Lucy and Ethel at the candy conveyor belt…cookies coming out like an assembly line…hid them in the garage and yesterday hubby came in with powdered sugar on his face…hmmmm…wonder where he’s been

  5. Stephanie on 23 December 2009 at 03:22

GM Muesli…I don’t believe George and CIndy are blind to the obvious. They knew from the day they picked up the car that Casey was responsible or they would have called LE immediately, imo. I do believe Caylee, but not as much as they loved themselves. Their needs and wants are put in front of Caylee and I believe this was the case with all of them before Casey murdered Caylee.
I would even be okay with them sitting and supporting their daughter if they didn’t do all the lies and covering up and continuing with it. If they said we know our daughter is responsible and needs to be held accountable for her actions, but we love her and are trying to understand…It is normally to love your child unconditionally. But, I still couldn’t support my daughter if she continued with the lies, but would still love her.

  6. Stephanie on 23 December 2009 at 03:23

GM Mema…It does make it much easier doesn’t it? My other half has been busted many times in similar to that, lmbo

  7. MeMa 52 on 23 December 2009 at 03:28

morning muesli….cant believe I beat you here this morn…Ive been up since 2am…Ill pay for that later in the day when I turn into a walking zombie..
I thought about Caylee too when wrapping presents for my granddaughter…just so sad
I love seeing Christmas again thru Raegan’s eyes…let’s you relive your childhood again…she loved sitting on Santa’s lap (unlike pics of my children bawling) she even sang Frosty the Snowman to him…

  8. MeMa 52 on 23 December 2009 at 03:45

I think G&C never realized that when you raise a child and never teach them respect, (evident in the way she talked to her parents)responsibility (would steal things rather than work for them)and making her faultless (always blaming someone or something for her actions)what a dangerous combination for a child to be reared…it is oh so obvious now

  9. Stephanie on 23 December 2009 at 03:57

Mema…I agree. The only thing is I don’t know how obvious it is to them. Many of the things Casey has done she has seen done in her home growing up..Than you add to that having to admit to yourself that you are not perfect…Not only are you not perfect, you didn’t set a good example for your children. I think George could have maybe done this, but no way would Cindy. After all Casey was modeled after her and she was a really good mother. The fact is we all make mistakes and try and do our best…than with a lot of praying our kids turn out to be a productive part of society. But, Cindy is above all of us mere mortals and has raised the perfect family…no flaws or dysfunction.

  10. Muesli on 23 December 2009 at 04:01

MeMa, I thought you would be out cold by now. I’ll think of you around noon time when you are fading from lack of sleep. lol

  11. Muesli on 23 December 2009 at 04:02

I, also, was incredulous when I heard the neighbors say that she used the F word to her mother, with no response from Cindy. If I had done that to my mother, I wouldn’t be here to blog with you all today.

  12. MeMa 52 on 23 December 2009 at 04:05

I agree Steph…Sindy was raised to be the “queen” in her family and thought she should pass her thrown down to her daughter…so she could be the martyr…

  13. MeMa 52 on 23 December 2009 at 04:08

muesli…I remember getting slapped for saying fudge once and when I asked why my mom said it “sounded” too much like another word…I can only imagine if I said the real word what I’d of gotten

  14. Muesli on 23 December 2009 at 04:13

I was reading over at B. Shaeffer’s blog earlier. So sad what a mess some have made of what could have been a place for us to learn the nitty gritty of the legal system. I think he has a purpose for not updating and responding. It is probably his way to show WFTV that this is not worth it, and then, maybe, they will shut it down. Then, he can get back to what he does best–his job.

  15. Muesli on 23 December 2009 at 04:14

MeMa – that’s funny. I got slapped once as a ten year old for saying screw that. I didn’t even know it had a bad meaning. I wasn’t aware of what screw meant for another 5 years. I must have heard it in the school yard and thought it sounded “neat” to say.

  16. MeMa 52 on 23 December 2009 at 04:19

muesli…that is a crying shame what is going on at his blog…I always looked forward to his comments after the motions were filed what he thought the reasoning would be or just simplify things so we can understand them…disrespectful people have taken it over and I dont see an end except to close it down…shame

  17. Muesli on 23 December 2009 at 04:22

Speaking of royalty. My older son’s wife’s parents refer to her as “Princess did this, or Princess said that”. Barf. Enough said about that one. We just try to keep our mouths shut.

  18. Muesli on 23 December 2009 at 04:28

I keep popping up and down as I try to prep as much as possible for the Christmas eve dinner “feast of the 7 fishes” and the Christmas day “turkey with trimmings”. This afternoon I will make my pies and finish the wrapping. Big invasion from Switzerland this evening with Son’s family. I can hardly wait. It’s been so long since we have had a toddler around for Christmas.

  19. MeMa 52 on 23 December 2009 at 04:28

think I’d have to use duct tape to keep my mouth shut muesli…does she promenade around and act like royalty??

  20. Muesli on 23 December 2009 at 04:29

MeMa, you mean the “it’s all about me” syndrome?

  21. MeMa 52 on 23 December 2009 at 04:31

Im going to my daughters later on to bake cupcakes for Jesus’s birthday…we always baked a cake and sang to him so Raegan loves to make cupcakes…we throw some out for the birds to eat so everyone can celebrate his birthday

  22. Muesli on 23 December 2009 at 04:32

MeMa, unfortunately, my son is “smitten” (who talks like that?) with her. She can do no wrong. Actually, she doesn’t do anything. Everyone (except me) does everything for her. It’s so funny when I throw a dish towel at her after a dinner and say she can do the pots and pans. I think she is afraid of me. I like it that way. We are very sweet to each other. Two great actresses at work.

  23. MeMa 52 on 23 December 2009 at 04:33

yeah muesli…I have a few relatives that have the “its all about me” syndrome

  24. Muesli on 23 December 2009 at 04:33

I refuse to have anyone put a damper on my Christmas. I love Christmas time too much. You vill have fun–damn it.

  25. MeMa 52 on 23 December 2009 at 04:35

  26. Muesli on 23 December 2009 at 04:35

Actually, maybe the dish towel thing is why she and her 21 yr. old son did not show up for dinner yesterday evening. Oh, well, I don’t care. We have good leftovers for my husband’s lunch today. I cooked my son’s favorite dinner and he made all the proper (albeit made up) excuses for them. I just let it pass. Can’t change what is.

  27. Muesli on 23 December 2009 at 04:39

I realized while wrapping gifts that each shopping trip, I bought a gift for myself. What I do is wrap them up and put that they are from Santa or from my husband. That way, I get things that I want and can use. They are nothing exceptional or overly expensive, i.e., fuzzy slippers, my favorite perfume (it was on sale at Walgreens), a costume jewelry watch from J.C. Penny’s (also on sale). Still my favorite shopping is for stocking stuffers. I found some really fun things for everyone.

  28. MeMa 52 on 23 December 2009 at 04:40

that’s the way I look at it too muesli….change the things you can…walk away from the rest…not worth the energy spent to be mad or feel bad about it…I conserve energy anyway I can

  29. Muesli on 23 December 2009 at 04:48

I was just checking my recipe for lobster newburg, and discovered we do not have any dry sherry. Have to hit the liquor store again. That will be one of the main fish dishes Christmas eve. Yummy. Publix had Canadian lobster tails on sale–just in time for Christmas. Otherwise, I wouldn’t dream of buying them. They are so expensive here in Florida.

  30. MeMa 52 on 23 December 2009 at 04:51

sounds delish muesli…just make sure the sherry goes in the recipe

  31. Muesli on 23 December 2009 at 04:51

    Stephanie, where did you go?

  32. Muesli on 23 December 2009 at 04:53

MeMa, who said it was for the recipe?

  33. MeMa 52 on 23 December 2009 at 04:57

    mues…

  34. MeMa 52 on 23 December 2009 at 04:58

one shot for me…and one for the pot…two shots for me…and one for the pot

  35. Muesli on 23 December 2009 at 04:58

It’s coming on to 8 a.m.. That is the magic hour I set for myself to leave this blog for the day, and finish everything up. Of course, I’ll check in from time to time to see if any new developments happen in the case. Hope someone posts what the jail is serving for Christmas dinner. Perhaps green bologna and red jello. En Guete, Casey. That’s Swiss for Bon Apetite.

  36. Muesli on 23 December 2009 at 05:00

Mema, just one last thing. Did you ever read Southern Justice’s cookie recipe over on OT? It is hilarious. Bye for now. Have a fun day.

  37. MeMa 52 on 23 December 2009 at 05:01

ok mues…I gotta run myself…dogs are doing the dance to go out…hope to catch up with you later…have a Merry Christmas if I dont…hugs

  38. Stephanie on 23 December 2009 at 05:30

Muesli…Been baking poppy seed muffins…the kids love the bread but love the muffins even more. So bread for adults and muffins for me and the kids, lol

  39. Justme66 on 23 December 2009 at 06:00

Good morning all.. Won’t be here long, as usual.. Have to take my daughter for a follow up with the doctor this morning… I’m thinking, gee that’s quick.. But I guess she’s just very thorough, and for that I don’t think I should complain…

  40. Stephanie on 23 December 2009 at 06:16

GM Justme and Merry Christmas if I don’t get to see you again.

  41. Justme66 on 23 December 2009 at 06:25

GM steph.. I hope to see you all again.. I understand though, it’s a busy time of year.. Here you go.. To all of my Humble friends..

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ybUql9mIRF0

  43. humbleopinion on 23 December 2009 at 06:38

    GM! Everyone ready for Christmas?

  44. Justme66 on 23 December 2009 at 06:41

Nope.. But I never am.. I’m the world’s worst procrastinator.. I’ll be fighting the crowds, as usual..

  45. humbleopinion on 23 December 2009 at 06:45

LOL Justme! I am yea, I am so happy!

  46. humbleopinion on 23 December 2009 at 06:45

I hate the crowds, pushing, shoving, walking over….lol

  47. Justme66 on 23 December 2009 at 06:51

I wish I could get the “groove on” Humble.. I don’t know what it is, but I’m always out there at the last minute it seems… Last year I just gave gift cards, and that worked out well.. They bought what they wanted, and I heard no complaints.. That may be what I do this year.. I just haven’t been in much of a Christmas mood this year, with everything that’s happened in the past 4 months.. It will take some time for everything to return to somewhat normal, but it will.. I’m sure of it.. Meanwhile, I’m trying.. The boots I’m kicking myself in the tail with just don’t seem to be big enough.. Got any combat boots I can borrow??

  48. Stephanie on 23 December 2009 at 06:52

Thank you for the links Justme…I do love Christmas time.

GM Humble…I have a couple things to get, but will ask the youngest to grab them for me, lol.

  49. Stephanie on 23 December 2009 at 06:53

East has some pointy boots, lol

  50. humbleopinion on 23 December 2009 at 06:54

 Yea, let me get them out of the attic! lol
Yea, I hate last minute, my husband takes the kids [of course they are older now] and go shopping last minute. I hate that and i am alone the night of Christmas eve for a while! lol
I wish you could get in the groove. But soon it will be over!

  51. humbleopinion on 23 December 2009 at 06:55

GM Steph…so your a cheater! lol Funny how kids will go out and get stomped on! lol

  52. Stephanie on 23 December 2009 at 06:56

I did all of the other things…she has to go out anyhow, lol.

  53. Justme66 on 23 December 2009 at 06:57

Pointy boots?? OUCH!! That should really get the groove on Steph.. At least I wouldn’t be able to sit down for a few days.. Then I’d have to find something to do wouldn’t I?? I wonder if they’re the “I could kill a cockroach in the corner with those boots” kind?? *ROFL*

  54. Stephanie on 23 December 2009 at 06:57

I asked her the other day…they are things for Larry’s stocking. She said…I thought Santa filled out stockings, lmbo

  55. Stephanie on 23 December 2009 at 06:58

I believe they are Justme…she is planning on using them on Cindy, lol

  56. humbleopinion on 23 December 2009 at 07:01

Mema, I am curious to know if there are any pictures of Caylee with Santa. I assume not as we have seen none. Poor Caylee was brought up in a house of misery!

Muesli, your right the A’s should be wrapping gifts for Caylee, for all we know they are. Remember they are unsure if she is dead or alive. It is sad, they are playing on their own emotions. I guess you get mixed up when you are on meds.

  57. Stephanie on 23 December 2009 at 07:02

It is nap time for me…at least I hope to get a quick nap in. I have been up since 1:30 this morning and I will be totally worthless soon if I don’t close my eyes for a bit.
Have a good afternoon everyone…talk to you soon

  58. Justme66 on 23 December 2009 at 07:02

Well, then she’d be stomping a cockroach FER SHURE if she used them on Cindy.. Piece of trash.. I hope she’s enjoying Christmas.. Knowing that her precious grandbaby is gone and will never have another Christmas, and that her useless piece of trash daughter is sitting in the “Ole Pokey”, right where she belongs.. Sick bunch.. GRRRRR..

  59. humbleopinion on 23 December 2009 at 07:03

Justme doesn’t need pointy boots, we would all be running and she would be falling down!

Steph, I wish someone would use something on Cindy!

  60. Justme66 on 23 December 2009 at 07:05

Nite Steph.. I have to get on the move too.. It’s almost time for daughters appointment.. Then I hope to be able to rest for a bit.. I’ve been really tired lately.. Talk to you all asap.. *HUGS*

  61. humbleopinion on 23 December 2009 at 07:05

Justme, they are a bunch of sickos! And I am tired of them. They think they are celebrities! I have never heard of celebrity parents, whose brat child is a killer. They need a slap!

  62. Justme66 on 23 December 2009 at 07:07

Humble.. I’m with you on the “She should use something on Cindy”.. Duct tape comes to mind.. Gorilla tape would be better.. No chance of her getting that stuff off on her own.. It would bring skin, hair and all with it.. Would be good enough for her though.. What use is she anyway?? All she’s doing is contaminating good air, IMO.. *L*

  63. georgetta on 23 December 2009 at 07:12

  69. ScRaMa on 23 December 2009 at 08:43

Twas the week before Christmas at the Orange County Jail
When KC was heard screaming, “Where’s all my mail!!
Dad said I’m the boss, again & they all love me here
So where’s all my cards with Christmas cheer!
If it weren’t for me, mom & dad wouldn’t be making money off TV shows
& when I “see” them, they’ll hear again, “this family thing blows”!
Remembering the script, CMA gave it some thought
To who else she could blame, or who else could be bought

While she yelled, all they ever cared about was “that little girl”
bloggers were rejoicing for justice all over the world
While bloggers were high fivin’ that the death penalty was still on the table
CMA cried out again, I must come up with a better fable
While BigBozo was dreaming up anther motion, he smirked again
I have proof of her innocence, but not a word until trial, only then!

Inmates then heard screaming, “get me the frickin’ outta here”!
While back at “her” compound, GirlyGeorgy popped another beer!
Sin-sin-sindy was in the kitchen cooking up more lies
Chomping a wad of whatever, “I’ll kill you, George if she dies!
While back at the jail, “mother of the year” still caused a ruckus
With a face so red & fists a’poundin’, this isn’t justice!

    She yells I didn’t do it, I wasn’t the one, I swear
Why doesn’t anyone listen, doesn’t anyone care?
I’m the victim here, no one else, why can’t they see?
Everything’s been taken away from me, me, me!
Cryin’ Lyon at the bar down the street, drinking whiskey & rye
Toasting to herself, I’ll get her off when they all see me cry!

Laughin’Lee at home sewing-up old tube-socks, hoping Santa will bring some new
Still wishing he had socks of lipstick red, poo green or pain blue!
Malory at five & dime buying tubesocks, won’t Lee be surprised!
He can never have enough of those she thought as she sighed
Back at the Orange County jail all hell breaks loose!
When CMA cried out in rage, “It was never my juice”!
Now GirlyGeorgy, now SinSindy, Now LaughinLee,
On BigBozo, On Cryin’Lyon & DumbDomCasey,
On the rooftop of the prison, there arose such a clatter*
it was the devil’s evildoers coming for all demon filled matter
Not a word was spoke, as they were all hauled away & among them was his demon bride to be, CMA!

    To CMA:
You won’t hear MERRY CHRISTMAS or Happy New Year
Nothing but disgust & hate from the bloggers here!
No one will say they love you; it won’t touch your ears. *
*And, that sweet little voice of the one you threw away, you’ll never hear
*She was one of the true gifts, the one you so easily discarded*
*You took it all away, her future dreams ended before they started. *
*So go ahead & celebrate your Christmas without any tree’*
*snacking & sipping on whatever is paid for by others & listen to me. *
no one ever believed you, no longer do we want to hear what you have to say
but be discarded too just as you thru precious Caylee away!

No more shopping Target with stolen money or nights with Tony at Fusion,
No more scamming the other boys & no more of your premeditated confusion!
Because we all know you’re guilty & will celebrate when your end comes!
But doubt even then, will you see what evil you’ve done!

  70. Stephanie on 23 December 2009 at 09:06

Merry Christmas Georgetta, Chap and Scrama.

Georgetta…i don’t believe the chloroform was George. I depending what computer I am on whether I use firefox or IE. On my desktop I only use IE, but on my laptop I use firefox and IE. I will go from using really only one until something becomes a pain than switch. At times when I am blogging I use both of them. I just don’t believe it was George, jmho

Hi Chap…I will be in and out all day, lol

  71. Stephanie on 23 December 2009 at 09:07

    Scrama…LOVE IT!!!!

Thank you humble for all you do! Enjoy your holiday!
I so appreciate my bloggin’ friends, such great conversations & many, many laughs! Merry Christmas to you all!!

Finished all my cookies & started giving out platefulls to the neighbors. Everything is wrapped, bagged & ready to go. Gotta cook today & clean up stuff. Tomorrow is lunch with “the girls” (it’s one of my friends birthdays) so we try to make sure her birthday doesn’t get lost in all the other going’s on. Christmas eve I spend with my other friend & her whole family, i’ve been doing that for over 30 years now! (yikes 30 yrs!!) Christmas day at my brothers & if I have the energy, other little “stop in” visits. I’ve already been invited for leftover day the day after! lol

I’ll be popping in here when I can. Hope everyone enjoys their holiday!

  74. CT~J4C on 23 December 2009 at 09:51

    Oy!
Just wanted to pop in to tell everyone Happy Holidays and to be safe & have fun. I know I’m not here often, but I do lurk (yes, Mikka…lurk…I’m exempt, remember)

Anyhow, everyone, enjoy the time & enjoy your families.

    Hugs

  75. lynda on 23 December 2009 at 10:09

Good afternoon everyone, I’m still sick but trying to get my act together for the holiday. I’d like to wish you all a very Blessed Christmas. Humble, it’s been wonderful blogging here for the last year. I never blogged before. Thank you for keeping it real and focused on the purpose, finding Justice for Caylee. Caylee should be waiting for Santa to come, and leaving the reindeers cookies and milk. She should be putting on a Christmas dress and going to the church pagent. I can’t fathom how anybody could harm a child. God is keeping her safe, and she’s warm in the arms of the Lord. Merry Christmas Caylee Angel. You’ll get the Justice you deserve.

Justme…The song makes you cry without the video…many more tears with the video.

  90. madmaxi on 23 December 2009 at 12:48

    hi humble,stephanie,smoke & mirrors,mikka,gigwails,justme,lynda, ct,molly,mema,scrama,muesli,hvf, georgette….. I think thats all of today’s guests!!!!
I can not wait to get more info… and I agree, with someone, I think it was you, stephanie, that george is not the one looking for chloroform.. at least, I dont believe for one minute he put it in casey’s car!!! but, blink did have an interesting printout of georges escort records on computer!!! wow, this famdamily is the weirdest family..

  91. Justme66 on 23 December 2009 at 12:50

Yeah.. I know Steph.. I had to step away from the computer.. I’m still sniffling.. But our day of rejoicing will come.. When Casey is convicted and is never to see the outside of a prison again.. And then we’ll smile, WITH Caylee.. And we’ll all have group cyber hugs, all over the world..

  92. Stephanie on 23 December 2009 at 12:51

Hi Maxi..Very true and Caylee paid the price for their extreme dysfunction

  93. Stephanie on 23 December 2009 at 12:53

Justme…Also very true. Or maybe one of us will win the lottery and we will all have that hug in Florida. After of course we all cheer in the court room when they announce the guilty verdict and we are kicked out, lol. I have a feeling the day the verdict comes back it will be very much like it was in the Scot Peterson case.

  94. Justme66 on 23 December 2009 at 13:00

Steph.. YES.. That would be WAY cool.. But where would we all sit?? I guess we’d have to root out the Casey supporters and take their seats.. They don’t need to be there anyway, and they’re small in numbers so it wouldn’t be much of a fight.. We’d have ‘em outnumbered 100:1.. Like I said in an earlier post.. All these people do is contaminate good air.. IMO..

  95. madmaxi on 23 December 2009 at 13:04

I just went over to humble’s calendar of events, and saw that the state has not rescheduled the forced invite to dominiqe casey!!! why is he allowed to keep avoiding le???
Like the man that went camping at midnight, He is avoiding talking to le too…. It really looks like guilty knowledge to me… IMO..

  96. Stephanie on 23 December 2009 at 13:07

Justme…Some of us will have to go in with id’s and report for Humble’s blog, lol.

Maxi…I didn’t realize the problem is D Casey is not a witness on either side. I guess that has been how he was able to get out of it. I don’t know the rules for that, but I am assuming it is a little more difficult to call him in for the depo. I wonder if the state is going to allow Baez to be there??

  97. lynda on 23 December 2009 at 13:09

madmaxi, have they arrested that man yet in the disapperance of his wife? Who would take toddlers camping at midnight?

  98. Justme66 on 23 December 2009 at 13:10

I was thinking earlier that during the fraud trial we should all go find our favorite picture of Caylee, and change our avatar to it.. Just to show a united front for Justice for Caylee.. And we should do the same thing everytime Casey has to show her face in court.. It probably wouldn’t make a difference to many, but I bet if George and Cindy does read here, it would sure set their tempers flaring..

  99. lynda on 23 December 2009 at 13:11

Stephanie, if a person is a witness for the prosecution or the defence, must they be deposed? It seems strange that he keeps slipping through the cracks.

  100. Justme66 on 23 December 2009 at 13:12

Steph.. I have a program where I could make us an ID.. And then we’d look like the “REAL” thang.. *giggles*

  101. Justme66 on 23 December 2009 at 13:13

and then we could ALL get the Casey syndrome.. I, I, I, I, me, me, me, me,..

  102. lynda on 23 December 2009 at 13:15

Justme, I also think that when there is a court date we should blog Justice for Caylee all day long. No other dialog, just Justice for Caylee. It would be interesting if the other blogs would do it too. It would send a message to sindy and george, and any other cma suppoters.

  103. lynda on 23 December 2009 at 13:16

    opps, supporters

  104. Justme66 on 23 December 2009 at 13:17

Lynda.. I agree.. But I’ll be honest with you.. That would be one VERY HARD thing for me to do.. I get so angry during these hearings.. The top of my head would blow off if I couldn’t vent.. Then there’d be goo all over the place.. And this part of KY would cease to exist.. *LMAO*

  105. madmaxi on 23 December 2009 at 13:19

lynda, I am sure he has not been arrested yet,, but, I believe it is only a matter of time.. He is soooo guilty.. all the friends say that there is noOOO way, she would have let him go off at midnight in sub temperature with the two babies camping!!!!!
thanks stephanie.. I think the state is doing this invite by another name.. I forgot the name.. but, can he still ignore the supbeonas????

  106. lynda on 23 December 2009 at 13:20

Justme, It would be hard not to vent, I love Ky. My late brother lived in Louisville for 30 years. What a great city with great people

  107. Justme66 on 23 December 2009 at 13:23

I have an aunt, uncle and cousins who live in Louisville.. My daughter lives in Lexington.. Max and Marsha’s neck of the woods… I’m in the mountains.. Can’t force myself to leave.. I love it here..

  108. lynda on 23 December 2009 at 13:26

Justme, when you love where you live, why leave. Being in the mountains seems like your closer to God

  109. madmaxi on 23 December 2009 at 13:31

justme, I used to live in louisville, and I think marsha did too… Small world… are you over by paoli??

  110. madmaxi on 23 December 2009 at 13:37

I think we are actually in a better place to watch the trial.. because if we were actually there, we couldnt see casey’s expressions of rage and disgust at the prosecutors.lol, but, maybe the judge could get a bigger courtroom and get a monitor for us, like the one cindy had access too on the last court day and she watched poor casey cry her eyes out with pain!!!! she wasnt watching the casey I watched!!!!!

  111. Stephanie on 23 December 2009 at 13:40

Hi Lynda…From what I understand you are normally a witness when they have you deposed. They all made it sound like that was the problem and why D Casey was able to pull this stunt again.

Justme…I think that is a great idea.

    BB in a little while

  112. madmaxi on 23 December 2009 at 13:43

stephanie, remember when the judge told ms burdick to get a prosecutorial supbeona or something like that in order to make him come in… the only problem with that type of supbeona is that boaz cannot be present…. UNLESS, he puts him on the defence witness list…. I think I am correct.. what I wonder if why there isnt already a date for it????? Why couldnt they have used the original date????

  113. lynda on 23 December 2009 at 13:49

Madmaxi, makes you think d. casey has something to hide.

  114. lynda on 23 December 2009 at 13:52

    HIya everyone

  116. Humbleopinion on 23 December 2009 at 13:56

Madmaxi, I think it was called an investigative subpeona. And I do not believe the public will find out about when it will happen. For all we know, it already could have happened. No part of it will be released to the public.

Lynda, well, I hope they have to pay fines too~! They got off easy!

  117. Humbleopinion on 23 December 2009 at 13:58

  124. Stephanie on 23 December 2009 at 14:01

Maxi…Humble is right and the state can invite Baez to it…the way Strickland said it to them, it kind of sounded like well you can invite or something Baez to the depo.

Hi Eoar…Missed you, I have to go, but have a wonderful Christmas.

    HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

Steph~you asked a question earlier about Casey being on the HP computer in the a.m. of 16 June 2008?

    _____________________________________

The reason it is not in our timeline is because I have not had an opportunity to verify “the high computer usage between 7 a.m. & 9 a.m.” on 16 June 2008. However, I did read that on another blog (don’t remember which one right now, though).

Of course if the Computer Forensics Report does show this HP Desktop computer activity, it may have been George. Casey was up all night texting and chatting with Tony L. until 3:22 a.m. One would think she would have slept in to get her beauty rest! And didn’t George say Casey and Caylee usually got up around 9 a.m. – 10 a.m. on a “normal day?”
