Well, a few more days of the holidays! Christmas was fun, New years eve was fun! Now to get started into 2-thousand and 10 or is it twenty-ten? Who cares, but there is alot of thinking going on in peoples heads and money flowing to figure out what we need to call this year!
Two-thousand and ten will be a good year for Amy H, and hopefully ZFG. I also hope that the judge sets the date for the murder trial! Caylee needs justice already, with the Anthony’s standing behind her or not!

Suffer alot.. But here are a couple of things that help when it gets really bad.. Alternate ice packs/heat packs.. Use the ice pack wrapped in a lightweight towel, until it gets warm, then put heat on it for about 40 minutes.. Do this about 2-3 times a day.. Go see a chiropractor.. They work wonders with Sciatica, if it’s affordable.. Which most of time time it’s not.. For me anyway.. But I did have a chiropractor tell me something that I can do, and it helps if I can stand to do it.. Lay flat on your back.. Raise your non affected knee up.. Put your foot on the affected side over the knee that is raised up.. (Like crossing your legs, only you’re laying down).. Take your hand and push gently on the knee of the affected side.. You’ll feel it pull in your hip area.. Just apply gentle pressure, as much as you can stand, and hold it for as long as you can.. It stretches the muscle, and will hurt like the dickens.. It works for me, after I do it a few times as tolerated, but he may want to check with his doctor/chiropractor and see because I don’t know the severity of his.. Another thing that works is to find the most tender area of the hip, take your thumb, push in on it firmly, and hold it for as long as you can.. You will notice the pain starting to ease off.. This is only good for temporary relief from the pain.. It deadens the nerve for a little while.. I can’t remember who told me to do that one… Hope it helps.. I suggest chiropractor above any of these though.. Just make sure that they’re well recommended, and that they x-ray BEFORE any adjustments..

Oh, about the sciatica & I believe I’ve mentioned this pain in the butt problem before
I usually suffer from this off & on thru the year, mostly damp/rainy or cold weather. It’s been over 35 yrs now, soon after my #3 son was born.
I’m not sure we had Ibuprofen back then but remember taking aspirin, using a heating pad & resting! I think I went to a chiropractor a few times too! Sometimes it would affect my whole leg where it hurt right into the other leg because of putting all my weight on it. I also noticed it could be either side at any given time, so those same ppl would say, “Hey, I thought it was your left side”? I hated them saying that almost as bad as the pain itself!
So, First.. I suggest taking Ibuprofen for pain & it also reduces the swelling which is actually the real culprit causing the pain, second.. rest/using heat & third to walk/work it out if possible.
Oh, & one more thing.. could be heredity as all sons are bothered with it now & then so thanks, family!

I do believe that 31 days she went partying while Caylee was “missing” is most crucial in proving her guilt! Add that to all other evidence plus what we have not seen yet? She’s definitely toast & will be fried in the end!
My predictions: With new docs coming out soon, I predict some of these will also help prove her guilt & also prove the guilt of others doing the cover-ups.
I think dirt or soil samples taken from a pair of Casey’s shoes or boots put her at the scene where Caylee’s remains were found. I think soil samples taken from beneath her car also put her there! Also, the soil, plant life, pavers & sand found there may also match those from the A’s compound! And, I still believe her fingerprints were found somewhere either on the one of the pieces of tape found at the scene or somewhere on that darn gas can!
I also predict George, Sindy, Lee & maybe Mallory will either be hauled off to jail or fined heavily for perjury & or taking part in destroying or concealing evidence after the fact! Also Bozo & other attorneys will face criminal charges for lying & concealing evidence.. for one Bozo knew where the remains were & told DomCasey if he found anything to tell him first before going to LE!
Hi ALL..I have a question…Yuri Melich talked to Ryan or RP ( he’s the one who actually worked at the Sports Authority) a friend of Casey’s since they were 6 yrs old and he said he would go the jail or call the jail and schedule a visit and try to get Casey to talk to him about what happened to Caylee..Now im wondering whatever happened to that visit..??? Does anyone know why we dont have any documentation on that or is that maybe Melich’s smoking gun?? Although Melich did say that contrary to what the media said they kept visits confidential..but video taped.

Innocent people don’t party while their daughter is allegedly missing and refuse to cooperate with police…lying to them over and over again. 31 days….no lawyer on this planet can get around the 31 days that went by before Cindy (not Casey)called to report Caylee missing.

Hi all. Been busy all day with visitors. I saw this on Holly Gagne early this morning, but I didn’t want to be accused of spreading rumors before I had a chance to check out if it was true. I did see the report which Smoke posted (thanks Smoke&Mirrors). You know, I have been so burned before (not here), that I am very carefrul when I come across something. I don’t even remember where I first saw it, but I started googling, and it seems it is true. I tried to look up the court calendar for 1/21 and 2/08, but couldn’t find anything on this case. I notice that there was a cancellation/postponement aka Dominic Casey. How do these people seem to rule the courts and LE/prosecution. I would love to stay here and discuss this with you all, but they are yelling for me to come and finish dinner and join them. I’ll come back later. I keep telling myself that I will not be amazed by anything with these people, and then, viola, they amaze me again. BBL

When I was a teenager, my older brother would pay me to iron his shirts for work. At least I was getting paid for it.

When we have something that Larry needs an ironed shirt…I make sure to get it to the cleaners a couple days before hand, lol. Now that might make me sound spoiled. So I will tell you what I taught my yountest to do a week or two ago. I told Larry it sounds like the clean out needs to be cleaned out. I could hear the washer empty in the kitchen. Well he kept putting if off until I was baking and it stopped up. I took the router rooter and opened up the clean out outside and cleaned it out. It seemed to work, but it didn’t and we had to go rent a big electric because it was put off for so long, lol. But, I tried and a spoiled brat wouldn’t have done that, lol

I also used to eat much healthier…I will get back to eating much healthier (we had taco bell on the way home from the airport, good start). Stephanie, I envy you being able to run. I have bad knees, so I can’t do lunges, squats, jumping jacks, running, etc. I get crunching noises and pain in my left knee. I will get serious about doing my weights again though. That didn’t bother my knees.

I am almost afraid of going to see a dr. about my knees. Never had any kind of major surgery before.
down about a month with 2nd knee..but not really that long..was workin them as much as I could.. same with 1st after I got out of the hospital.. the pain was bad but like having a baby..it’s is now forgotten..lol
I will look into our local gym and see if I can make an appt. I also thought maybe I could do water aerobics, but that seems so, I don’t know, like I am a senior citizen or something.

Michelle…lol. You don’t even have to worry about making an appointment. Just call them on the phone and tell them you are looking at gyms…do they have a pass to try theirs out. You don’t really have to do much more than that. Of course tell them when you go in you want to try their bikes and to show you to them.

You might also end up liking the gym and get a membership. If you think about doing that…go to a few gyms and see how you like the atmosphere when working out before you sign anything.

But, in the end she would see when her family didn’t support her lies and stories…things would change. Gig, I think the girl found out that Casey wasn’t at work, while she was taking care of Caylee. And she was upset that Casey lied to her.
I would think they were suspicious of all of her friends at first…I would have been. But, much of this evidence is from long ago…they give all over to the defense even if it isn’t something to prove her guilt, I believe.
All I want to see are the fingerprints if any. There is no lie Casey or the DUH-fense can come up with to deny that.
