Discovery of Witness:
State shall complete deposition of expert witness by 31 August 2010
Defense experts shall complete evidence review by 30 September 2010
Defense shall list all witness, provide report prepared by expert witness and file any motions related to the forensics/science evidence no later than 31 October 2010
Depositions by expert witness completed no later than 31 January 2011.
Discovery to all other Witness’
All other witness’ listed no later than 31 August 2010
Deposition of all other witness completed by 31 October 2010
Discovery order of Law Enforcement witness
Shall be completed by 30 September 2010
Non-forensic/scientific evidentiary motions shall be filed no later than 31 October 2010 and heard no later than 31 January 2011
General Discovery
Once a witness is known to the d-team, needs to decide in 30 days if the witness shall be listed. No witness shall be listed by either party outside the time limits unless they show good cause for the delay.
Order to all other motions
Non-forensic/scientific legal motions requiring no testimony before the court shall be filed and heard no later than 31 January 2011.
Order as to Penalty Phase Witness’
All NON-witness to be called for penalty phase only shall be listed by 21 August 2010, deposed no later by 31 October 2010.
All defense expert witness for penalty phase shall be listed and reports provided by 31 December 2010 and depos completed by 28 February 2011
All state rebuttal expert witness shall be listed by 31 March 2011 and depos completed by 30 April 2011.
The cause is hereby set for trial to begin 2 May 2011. Time and location to be determined by further order of the court.

Even if it is evidence that shows that Cindy, Lee, D.Casey, etc. were involved in some way, it would not change the fact that she was the one that killed Caylee.
I do not believe she would stay in jail for ANYONE ELSE who killed Caylee – she would have already told the truth if someone else had murdered Caylee.

I agree….they are bending every rule in the book, dragging their feet, leaking information to the media and calling “foul” EVERY CHANCE THEY GET” just like the spoiled sports and losers they are. THEY ARE ALL SO UNPROFESSIONAL!
I felt like the trial would be lengthy, but I never dreamed it would be three years AFTER her death before justice would be served; And, it might not happen then. The track record is not good.

Hi everyone! Well, at least the judge is making it clear that he expects things done. Enough with the stalling, delays, endless motion filings, etc. This has dragged on long enough, yet we have to wait until May of 2011.
I am so hoping and praying that the state has a true “bombshell” that will blow the A’s out of the water and into jail permanently. We have not heard from Lee in a very long time. It makes me wonder what is doing on with him.
Their time will come and little Caylee will get her justice.

The Duh-fense has done the leaking and then blamed the prosecution numerous times and then “cried foul” for poor Casey numerous times. AFTER they are given this latest “secret information” it will be leaked again and AGAIN they will declare the prosecution leaked it and claim Casey was treated unfairly.

Yep it could be from him, it could be anything. Maybe he talked about who he was on the phone with that day in November. Could be anything, but i think Bozo was going to be in the top secret depo of DCasey.

Also the prosecution has filed a motion for a CLOSED door meeting with the Judge without the drama team and do not want this information disclosed to the public. They have received some information from their investigators. See EVEN the prosecutors know who the leaks are! If it isn’t a so called friend of the A-team, then it is the d-team!
I hope the judge grants the meeting, even if we have to wait to find out what the information actually is. And beause it will really bug Bozo and the A’s not knowing what the information is. I think it will eat at them!

After 12/2008, Casey had some lawyers shuffle around a bit – Lyon came on, Belligerent Turd Macaluso faded out…there were a couple of hearings but mostly involving the civil case. What is the point of allowing more time to be wasted?? This is just obscene. Defense did nothing for a year but try to get pictures sold and now they are rewarded with another year.
How truly sad it is that Caylee was here on earth less than 3 years and it is taking longer than her lifetime to bring her killer to justice. We will not forget you, Caylee! No matter how long it takes, you will get your justice, sweet angel.
