Good evening everyone.. I won’t be here long.. Time for the night shift.. Just wanted to offer my opinion.. This is from the Sentinel..
The State Attorney’s Office has asked for a private hearing with Orange Circuit Court Judge Stan Strickland to discuss “certain materials and information” that have “come into the possession of Law Enforcement.”
According to the state’s latest motion, the materials and information are releasable to Anthony’s defense and the public through the discovery process.
“There is good cause to delay disclosure of these materials and information,” Assistant State Attorney Jeff Ashton wrote in the motion filed Wednesday.
The first paragraph I pasted above leads me to believe that this is something new, something they just received, or have just pieced together.. .. My opinion is maybe something has come to light to charge Cindy, George, Lee, or maybe all three.. Or that D. Casey has flipped, and is offering to give all, in return for leniency.. Something to that effect anyway.. I don’t think it’s anything old.. But that’s JMO..
If that’s the case, I can see them not wanting it released at this time.. If it is something connecting someone else to this nightmare, this could create a flight risk if it is known before they have enough to solidify the charges and arrest this person.. IF that’s what it is, of course..
I think it has to do with D Casey spilling the beans on the A’s.. It’s been rumored for awhile now that he would turn states evidence to protect his own arse.. I can’t help but feel it’s something to do with him.. Of course, I’ve been wrong many times before.. *L*
Bat phones chlry.. That’s too funny.. I wish they’d crawl back into their bat cave and hide.. I don’t think my nerves will take another 15 months of their spinning.. Makes me dizzy.. *L*

Have you noticed how quiet it’s been about D Casey lately.. Except for us bloggers wondering why he hasn’t been depo’ed yet, his name is never mentioned anymore.. I Can’t see the prosecution just letting him slide under the radar like that.. I think there’s something in the works.. But what I wonder about is if it is D Casey, HOW did they get to him without the media picking up on it.. Those sneaky snakes.. *LOL*
i thought he was to have a private meeting w/ the sa , and bozo and co could not join in …maybe it’s been done already and this is what all this is about , idk .
I haven’t had much time either and now I am getting ready to put a new harddrive in my laptop…Thank goodness it was still under warranty for another 5 days, lol
The Maricopa County Attorney’s Office has filed a criminal complaint Wednesday against a Scottsdale woman in the case of a missing baby, officials said.
Tammi Smith, 37, was arrested Tuesday and has been accused of conspiracy to commit custodial interference and forgery, County Attorney Andrew Thomas said at a news conference Thursday. Both charges are class 4 felonies. The criminal complaint essentially is the step between an arrest and a preliminary hearing or indictment.
When I saw you say “good docs” it instantly came to my mind, “good docs” as in the Medical kind.. I didn’t see documents at all..
Of course the first thing I thought of was, we all need a valium lollipop.. You know.. A huge valium to hang around our necks on a string.. That way we can just lick it whenever the A’s or the Duhfense team do something stupid and pizz us off..
On second thought, cancel the valium lollipop.. If we licked it ONLY when they did something stupid, we’d STILL go through a lollipop a day.. *LOL*

Steph.. If D Casey called the prosecutors office and wanted a deal.. You can bet your sweet azz they’d do it secretly.. Especially if he gave info that would incriminate someone else.. Because of the flight risk, among other things.. I would think anyway.. Of course, like I said, I’ve been wrong before.. Many many times.. I guess I’m just hoping beyond hope that SOMETHING, ANYTHING will happen to make Justice For Caylee quick and complete.. That’s all that matters to me, as I’m sure it is to all of you as well..
I haven’t really been following the baby Gabriel case.. I don’t have much time right now.. I do read what you all post though.. Another innocent angel lost in the shuffle somewhere, and I’m afraid it is not going to turn out good.. Something is wrong with all of this.. They need to stiffen the laws where child abuse, molestation, and murder are involved.. If they don’t, this same stuff will continue to happen.. Something has to be done.. these children just can’t continue being hurt this way..
