George was released from the Halifax Medical Center and has returned home. He will be in an outpatient program.
Brad Conway said George is getting therapy and resting and starting that journey back to finding the skills to cope with everything that’s happened and everything that’s going to happen. Conway also said “He’s feeling good. He’s ready. He’s totally receptive. And this is part of the healing process. He knows that his family needs him, and he’s ready to move forward.”
The depositions for George, Cindy and Lee will NOT have the media in with them. Conway is looking into a motion to not have these depositions released to the public and kept private. If they have nothing to hide, there shouldn’t be any problems with any part of this…
It was said that the results of the finger prints should be back! Wonder when there will be a request for more information in this case? I sure would like to find out this information if there were any prints found. Also waiting for the results of the duct tape on the gas cans and the duct tape on the body.
REMEMBER this fun stuff? Well today we know George is totally healed! He has gotten on national tv and changed his story. Guess this is how the healing process works. When you are all fixed, you lie like a rug! We know the depositions by the Morgan and Morgan attorney’s were released to the public. The videos’ and the transcripts. If I remember correctly as soon as they could get them on the web! As for the finger prints, looks like we get none. BUT with the latest greatest private evidence the state is keeping from the d-team and the public, could be the breaker of this case, like they don’t have enough evidence against Casey already!

Hello all ya’ll. I think the state has their BOMBshell now. They had evidence enough to go to trial with DP on table all along. But now they have a SLAM DUNK !!
Humble, the new site is like when i moved into this house, so many rooms and passageways I STAYED lost. Robyn came home from school and would have to call me on my cell , in order to locate me inside our own home. lol This too will take some getting used to. ( I STILL get lost at home lol)

Mikka, you have heard the old saying “Give him enough rope and he will hang himself”? Well Cindy’s “rope” is all her statements and public appearances, her cell phone and cc records. Cindy should have NEVER spoke except thru a GOOD attorney. She had a good one -but he was too honest to suit her plan. Well she has mopped herself into a corner, now she looks down and realizes there she is stuck.

I agree this may be the bombshell I, “we” & prosecution needed to get this rolling but I am confused also.. I thought all evidence had to be turned over or presented before trial, well it is but will we ever know what before that? Will we soon see any more documents?
I am also curious to know what or who it is.
My guesses would be that someone saw killer mom carrying Caylee’s lifeless body or remains from house to car or etc.. maybe a neighbor? What ever happened to the guy at the no-tell0motel who saw her coming out of the woods?
Maybe someone saw Lee move remains to the woods? Maybe why Lee is so quiet? The high five between the two of them while killer mom was in jail had to mean something & that promise he mentioned to CMA during the memorial service?
Maybe DomCasey came forward with what he knew about being told to search in the woods? Could be it was Lee or Cindy on the phone?
Could their really be more fingerprints we don’t know of?
Or, maybe dirt samples proved killer mom was in the woods.. dirt on her shoes, beneath the car.. something that puts her there. Do the pavers, sand etc. match the A’s compound?
I still would like to know what happened to the shoes little Caylee was wearing that day!
And, I sitll think there is something about J Blanchard Park.. either the body was there once & moved to the woods after it was searched, maybe? Remember, Cindy herself said she thought Caylee was not in one place but she was being moved around a few times!
At this time it could be anyone but why now do we hear of this? Is it legit? hmmm..

When Casey was originally arrested, do you have to give your blood/DNA upon entrance into jail… It seemed they were eager to get her DNA with the check fraud guilt.

Prosecutors now say Casey’s trial might not start until almost three years after Caylee was murdered, but Casey faces a possible death sentence, so you’re seeing the judge, prosecutors and especially the defense take extra care.
The defense isn’t takling extra care, they seem to stall and bring in people who lie. I believe the d-team will not be ready bu 2 May 2011. Just wait and see!
