So many RUMORS are flowing, and many make different claims! I am not fond of rumors as you all know, so where are they getting their information from? From reliable sources? Yea I am sure!
We have no clue as to what is up with the state, but they want this closed door meeting with the Judge and a court reporter. We have no information on what it is about, and if someone hits it on the head, then that is wonderful! But no one knows! The defense has no clue, the A’s well they think they know and so called friends, they wanna know! No one knows!
ALL we have is speculation! The defense can speculate, the A’s will speculate and us, well we are speculating! Yes it is true that DCasey is moving his office. According to his website [Thanks Patsy] he has a POBox out of Longwood Florida! What does this say? He is up and moving! For all we know he has more cases out of Longwood! BUT we have no clue!
Whatever the state has, they know the d-team blabs! They know that they tell the A’s and the A’s talk to their so called FRIENDS and it ends up on wordpress! Pretty sick if you ask me as the friends have to have the BIG gossip and have to tell it! Maybe they need to just keep it shut!
We won’t know what is up! And we may never know! But if it is against Casey or the A’s, I am SURE there will be some defense attorney out there talking, blabbing and letting the world know that they are NOW going to ask the judge for a plea deal! May all the lies that have been told by supporters of Casey, come back and bite them!

Good morning all. Humble is correct. We can speculate all we want, but, no one outside of the prosecution knows what it is about. So, I choose not to even go there. One thing this case has taught us is, patience. So, let’s continue to be patient until, and if, this information is released to us in the future. As Humble said, maybe someone will hit the nail on the head. If so, I think they should get the Humble Gold Star award for excellence in sleuthing. Going to read the news sites now. Did I read somewhere (or did I dream it) that they are finally going to bury Caylee?

You know I was thinking last night…Do we even know if they had given D Casey that deposition? I have tried to keep up, but missed a lot. One of the things people do…especially guilty or pretty close to being guilty of something, they move. I am assuming they gave him this deposition, but I am not positive they did.
Good morning steph.. I totally agree on the move statement.. Another reason people move, especially when involved in a case of this magnitude is to get away from all the publicity… You know.. Go somewhere where no one knows their name.. (Singing the Cheers theme song) Although that one is going to be a difficult thing to do.. D Casey’s name is pretty popular, and it’s not a good kind of popular either..
Just to clarify.. I know the Cheers theme song says go where everybody knows your name.. If that were the case D Casey would stay put right where he is..

Steph, I too am trying to keep up-have been reading back blogs fron all the time I was gone. I would like to see this blog get busy again like when I left. i think HO is on the right track to include other missing children under the Halo of Caylee. What a wonderful thing to do in her name!

I do think you’re right about us getting “tired”.. I know I am tired of the A’s not being in jail yet, the continued lies & motions.. you bet, it gets tiring after awhile, which in this case was months ago back in ‘09 for me. I just get so mad, sometimes & no its not good for me to vent causing my BP to go up. Venting is good, yeah but I build it up until I explode! lol.. I’m trying to see something positive about each day regardless of how bad it seems. one of my news resolutions, so far, so good.
I feel safe here & its home.. so besides FB, I go nowhere. I know who my family is & my mama, I’m sorry, is you! lol

Hi ScRaMa……I am not a big fan of FB. Never have been and just can’t get into it! The U.S. is getting to be such a sad place with all these kids missing. What will it be like when I finally become a grandma?

sad, Humble.. I’m afraid for all my grans & whenever my son & dil talk of having their first, I have second thoughts.. sure I want to hold a tiny baby again but to think of another child brought into such an evil world, I have to worry.
People like the A’s & all involved with others in FL or elsewhere, who abuse, kidnap & murder our chidren, or our men going off to war, & more terriotic threats, I fear for them all. You have to wonder what the world will be like in another five years!
I have a grandson, age 9 who wants to be like his uncle & be a soldier & God bless him but I will want to keep him right here with us, safe.
But ya know, if everyone does his part like you & SJ do, or my trying to enlighten another, I feel we’re doing our part to save our children.. no part, I think is too small.

ScRaMa, it is an evil world. What gets me is that things like Casey should have been reported for child abuse! it is NURSE impersonators like Cindy that don’t help! Caylee was abused, you can see it in photos! Cindy claims there was always an excuse, and I believe that is what it was, all an excuse! [actually a lie that Cindy was too stupid to see the truth]
Oh yeah, I agree & her being abused… Cindy being a nurse is no excuse for being stupid, thinking she is all that & get away with not reporting abuse. Those pics of little Caylee with blackened eyes, bruises on her face, god knows what other harm killer mom did to her before this. I have yet to see a medical record for her other then what Cindy said she had her baby shots. My kids saw a doctor many times before they reached three. I have to wonder if LE has ever asked for her records!
ScRaMa, I don’t think Casey was to much into taking Caylee in to the doctors, they would have hit her with abuse if she had! Many are good at picking out abuse, Cindy well, she isn’t good at anything!
I’ll bet she had never seen a dentist either! Gosh, my kids were always doing both!
my boys also saw the dentist, if I remember before they were two & brushed for them until they were old enough to by themselves.
& you are so right about stupid Cindy, she would be too afraid her perfect mom image would be tainted to take Caylee to the doctor or hospital whenever she saw a bruise or something wrong with Caylee also for fear of them calling abuse or C&YS investigating them. I thought I read way back on one of the posts that they were investigated for something. Could have been someone called on her?

On the subject of the Anthonys burying Caylee: I really don’t feel it’s anyone else’s business when or where they bury their grandchild, no matter the circumstances of her death.
I know we all feel an incredible connection to this little girl, but none of us has held her, rocked her, fed her, read to her, loved her, picked yer up when she fell down, sang to her or bonded with her in any way other than in our own minds and hearts.
George and Cindy Anthony have done all these things, and she is theirs, no matter what her mother did to her, what their daughter did to her, or their feelings about that.
Burial is a personal thing, and it’s their right to do so in private. They don’t have to ever bury her. It’s all they’ve got left of her, and I truly feel they need to be left alone on this matter.
Yep, that was when they were babysitting. I don’t blame the people that put in the complaint! My thing is, if they aren’t capable of working, they aren’t capable of watching a child! Of course that was bat girls kid Cindy was watching!

Hi Sophie…You are right they have every right. I think many are upset about all they have done because it doesn’t seem any of it was for Caylee…She is the victim and it seems like they have just victimized her over and over again. Even Caylee’s memorial was a big production that didn’t seem to be for anyone but really Cindy. I could be wrong, but I do know that is what I perceived.
SJ…It gets real busy when something is going on…. Most still lurk even when it is slow…But, most are still around, like you can say hi to Chap and Katga…they are there just not posting like so many others.
I know for me I have so much I am trying to take care of it is better to do when slow so I don’t miss out on too much.
Hi Sophie, well I feel that the length of time they took was over the top! Caylee had been in that field for 6 months, plus all the hype they brought on themselves was sad! Might I add that the fact they had a DO NOT LET IN list! It was about Cindy and only Cindy!

Muesli, remember when the A’s said they wouldn’t bury Caylee because they thought someone would steal her! Guess they will have to worry about that when the needle meets the arm of the jail princess.

I think we think that because thats usually how privi info gets on to this blog. I am very confused as to how the state manageed to get that ex parte hearing with the judge. If there is anyone with that answer, please share!!!
