Hi mikka, even when you are not the first one here, you are our number 1 Humbler. When I read these statements made by Mr. Biaz, I am embarrassed for him. Doesn’t Casey or the Anthonys see what an incompetent lawyer he is. For a case this serious, you would expect to have the very best and experienced lawyer you could find, even if it meant selling your house.

Atty. Baez made a big mistake when he argued AGAINST the Prosecution’s Gag Order request. His appearances on the national and local news stations have done more harm than good where Casey’s case is concerned, IMO. Your memory about the status of the Gag Order is correct.

OMG, Smoke, this is scary. I was just thinking of you and going to ask if anyone has seen you lately. You’re absolutely correct, Mr. Biaz definitely did not want a gag order. I really wonder why. Didn’t he realize that prosecution had the right under the Florida law to release evidence and documentation, which he would have to try to debunk the entire time.

I saw your comment as well as other well informed bloggers on the BS blog, but I do not comment there…. read only. Some of the misinformed bloggers over there get on my nerves. It’s obvious some are just too lazy to do fact checks.

You know when Baez says law enforcement intentionally wanted to put his client in a bad light when arresting her again…Do you remember how he said he contacted LE and said he would turn her in? Yes he did do this, but he faxed it instead of calling and talking to them…He is such a dumb arse, lol.
I can think of other potential things that Bozo said to WF in the privacy of his car, office, and her jail conference room. Hahahaha
He is very incompitent, its so sad. Too bad WF thought she had this all figured out. She has another thing coming. Also too bad Amy wasn’t at the hearing I’m sure she would have changed her tune for sure.

I have been down in the dungeons of Humbles blog. It is scarey lol. Seriously I went all the way back to 2/09. Those were some great blogging days (and nights. I miss that. We have so little info coming out now, but humble seems to be getting the links on other missing and murdered children added here. Did you know that 3-5 children are murdered EVERY day somewhere in the USA, by a parent or step parent? Did you know that stranger-danger only accounts for 8/qo % of murders that happen to our children? These numbers are from the FBI who have not seen fir to DO a study since 1992. Ths does not include children who die from neglect .
Since Humble has decided to honor Caylee by sdding other children to this site, I have decided to be here to support her. What do ya’ll think?
Maybe she will call an Humbler meeting soon.

I think her parents have gone over the edge … I truly do. Cindy was supporting all 4 of them. I think she raised her children without principles and morals … so this is what she gets. Lying should be nipped in the bud, not laughed at, as if it’s cute. She was raising future people/adults, not forever “children”. As the twig is bent – so grows the tree.

I thought perhaps another Hispanic attorney would take him to task but I never read anything on it. Legal analyst on JVM took laughed at him & said he needed to focus on KC’s defense. LOL!
Outrageous! Only in this case can the participants call their own news conferences, such as GA calling Holly Bristow/Fox Orlando to show off the SS Caylee Marie & lately, GA calling another news conference w/Fox Orlando to complain about the media, DUH GA! (yea, about not being $$$$$ I bet!)
